Had an awesome experience with the repair of my Samsung refrigerator. The technician Miguel pretty much knew what the problem was by just me describing what was going on. The confirmation was I sent him a text showing the noises it was making. He order the parts, came within the 2 hour window, worked fast, and even cleaned up after!

Complete Scam. Technician spent less than two minutes diagnosing the refrigerator error code, which I had already explained over the phone. Gave me a $750 quote and walked out with my non-refundable $59.99

Our Samsung fridge is fully operating. Response was the same day. Repair guy was totally amazing and quoted a fair price for us.

They use independent contractors. The one they sent was not knowledgeable and took advance money to replace a part. The new part was defective and did not work. He refused to refund the money and disappeared. The company reluctantly refunded money only partially. Our refrigerator was not fixed and we lost $120.

Absolutely horrible! Technician came to house hours late, did a cursory glance, and left saying he would call me back tomorrow with parts estimate. Nothing. Ghosted! Two weeks later called customer service and they are still charging me for the service call. Would love to give 0 stars.

Great service! I called last minute of Friday yet they were able to still accommodate me and sent a tech the same day I called! Tech was nice, informative and professional and knows a lot about my Miele fridge. He was well equipped and fast. In less than an hour I have a working fridge again!
