We just moved out of this complex a few days after 6 years! It was a great place to live. Clean, safe, amazing location, nice neighbors, solid management... the list goes on. I would recommend the complex to anyone, as a matter of fact, we gave our apartment to a friend of ours who moves in next week!

Just moved out and will miss this community greatly. Dog friendly and kid friendly. Private dog bathroom area in the back which was nice for late night or early mornings visits. Nice BBQ spot by the pool and has 2 grills, never had to fight over grill space.Manager Manuel is great with email communications. Secured package room that has individual security codes and cameras.If we weren’t moving out of town, we’d stay there as long as possible.

I lived here for over 2 years and loved it. It’s in a great location with everything so close by: restaurants, bars, beach, and grocery stores to name a few. Everything I needed was so close to me. I also loved the open layout of the apartment. It’s well maintained, clean, and safe. There’s assigned parking with some storage. The property manager Manuel is also very helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. Would highly recommend this place and would have stayed if I didn’t have to move closer to work.

We LOVED our 2.5 year stay at Aviation Townhomes! The complex was always clean and very beautifully landscaped. It truly felt like home. It was very dog friendly! It is close to the beach, stores, gyms, and restaurants which we frequently walked to. It is also a short drive to the airport which was perfect for the travels required of our work. If we did not have to move to another state we would still be there.Manuel, the manager, was super responsive to any repair(mostly minor) and usually handled them the same day! He was not only the manager, but he was part of the community and a friend. All of our neighbors were kind and it was a true community.As an avid gardener, I was able to have many plants including veggies and fruits--even a dwarf Meyers lemon tree! We received our full deposit back and a warm farewell letter.We were extremely happy there! We would highly recommend this complex to anyone!!

I lived here for 3 years and it was by far my favorite place to live. Manuel, the property manager, is very friendly and takes very good care of the community. The neighbors are all very nice and welcoming (very important during COVID). My doggy and I will really miss living here!

As a resident here at aviation townhomes for 2 plus years I have had a great experience with the property manager Manuel as well as the on site maintenance employees who are happy to help with any repairs. Love the fact that the complex is dog and very kid friendly. The laundry room is one of my highlights as you can use an app to load your laundry loads and tells you when to switch to the dryer. 😻

We loved living at Aviation Townhomes. We moved out of California for work, but had we been staying in the area, we would have happily remained at this place. The property manager, Manuel, is great and really cares about the community. Maintenance requests were always responded to quickly. We felt like it was an excellent value for the location and amenities. Bonus that is dog friendly! Definitely recommend the townhomes here.

I lived in the 2br unit for roughly four years. I loved the area and the apartment complex is great. Quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the people who live there. There’s a good sense of community.

I lived in Aviation Townhomes for a little over 4 years and if I ever need to move back to that area I will try to stay there again! It was as if I hit the landlord lottery! Manuel is by far the best and most responsive landlord I have ever had. I never had any major problems living there, just small things like a loose cabinet door or something like that but when you let Manuel know he has it fixed IMMEDIATELY! His customer service is over the top. He made my move out process so simple and he was by far the fairest landlord ever when it came to retiring my deposit. He really is one of the best.On top of that, the neighbors in this community are some of the nicest people I’ve met. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and everything else is perfect. I absolutely loved my time there and would recommend it to any of my friends.

The place is very good to live in, the only problem is that the condominium does not have a competent manager

We moved to the Aviation Town homes during our home renovation. Manuel, the manager, was so accommodating from the first call to the day we returned the keys. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained. It was a great home away from home!

Aviation & their management is absolutely awesome! I lived in a 1 bedroom for 1 year with my dog and we had an excellent experience. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state.Any maintenance requests were taken care of immediately, the employees are beyond courteous and thoughtful. The property was always clean, packages were never stolen. Also a great spot geographically. I got my entire deposit back. I highly recommend this community!!!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of living at Aviation Townhomes for 4 years. Aside from the convenience of living so close to the beaches, shops, and restaurants, the complex is always kept clean and comfortable. What stands out about Aviation Townhomes is the friendliness of the neighbors. Our 1.5 old son is always looking forward to playing out in the courtyard with other kids and swimming in the pool. We loved it here and a little sad to leave such an amazing community. Thank you to our manager, Manuel & Bertolo for being so attentive to our needs as well as the groundskeeper, Joey!

Best rental experience of my life! Manuel is a real gem of a manager. Apartment complex is impeccably maintained and theyre always making improvements. Manuel is great with responsiveness and I have no complaints! I would highly recommend :)

I lived at the Aviation Townhomes for two years. Had I not been required to moved I would still be living there. The facility was always clean and well maintained. The management was top notch and very responsive. It was a great experience living there. I heartily recommend this complex.

I had the pleasure of leasing an apartment in this development on two occasions, and both experiences were exceptional!This property is cared for, and maintained professionally and meticulously, with outstanding on-premises oversight by the property manager.You cannot ask for a better location (walking distance to all necessities, and the BEACH). It’s unlikely you’ll find renovated spacious units, which also allow pets.I gave Aviation Townhomes a 5/5!!Cheers~Nancy W

I lived here from 2016-2019 and had a great experience. Every time I had a request for management or maintenance they responded within less than 24 hours, and always resolved the issue with no problems. When I moved in, the apartment was perfectly cleaned and ready for me to move in to. I never saw a bug, and there was very little noise that I could I hear from my apartment. The bbq and pool area was always kept clean, and the manager Manuel was kind and attentive.

Management will deduct anything from your deposit, even a nail that was left on the wall. Units are so closed to each other that you can hear the neighbors steps all day, and whenever the flush their toilet. Windows are, according to management, soundproof but Aviation bl. is a busy street that noise will keep you awake 24 hours! Summer time, units become an oven and there is no AC and no air vents to install portable ACs. Parking lot? property manager suggest to new tenants that they can park your car illegally across the street at a private parking. For the amount they charge per unit, you better off renting in Hermosa Beach or Manhattan Beach.

I lived here with my girlfriend for two years including the pandemic lock down (she lived for a total 5+ years) and it was a really good place to live. Well connected to the i405 and 5 mins bike to the beach. It’s a very friendly community, safe neighborhood, and Manuel the property manager is always on top of any problem (he would review all the cameras in the property if an amazon package disappears hehe). We had no issues with getting our deposit back and we had a really hard time deciding to move out. We might come back in a few years, we’ll miss this place
