I have been a tenant of this facility at about a year. I started out with a 10x15 unit on the 3rd floor, then added another unit 10x15 a few months later and grew into a 10x10 all within the year as my small business overflow needed added storage space.Each time I needed a new unit I was able to get in contact with the manager Rick by phone or email and he was prompt, courteous, accommodating and efficient. When I say that he takes care of his customers! There is not enough stars to give him.I believe as I grew my small business he (Rick) saw the need for the demand and eventually helped me transfer into a 10x30 unit.I can go to this location at any time that it is open (until 10p) and always feel safe and secure. The ground are well kept and clean. Ive never had any safety concerns while there and you get a sense of whos who. If there are any concerns Rick is always available to check in with and he will address.If you are a small growing business looking for overflow storage - give Rick a call and he will take care of you. The front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. She helped someone in the middle of helping me. I was on a time schedule and she wasted that by helping someone in the middle of my transaction

Who would have thought that I would say my storage unit host made me feel like family? Rick was gracious, triple checked the number of steps to my storage unit, and spoke with the moving van driver several times to make sure all went smoothly. PLUS, a 75 full length truck fits in the space easily, so no need to transfer and add cost with a smaller truck. Thanks Red Way, and thanks Rick!

The compassion Manager Rick Bell has shown me in regards to my husbands premature death from cancer treatment has made a difficult time much easier for me.  He has always been very understanding of the stress that needing to store most of my belongings has additionally caused me.  With positive and clear communication, I have also found him to very professional and knowledgeable when conducting business.It has given me such tremendous peace of mind to know my belongings (and all the precious memories that go with them) are in a secure, clean and climate-controlled facility-- AND overseen by WONDERFUL people.

I highly recommend Red Way Self-Storage. Its a very fair priced and clean storage. The move in was so smooth and Rick took really good care of us and making sure we are all set and happy with everything. We cannot thank you enough.

Bait and switch pricing. They promote units for a cheaper price and neglect to tell you that the pricing will change after a few months. When you surface this concern they claim that they have this conversation in person and that it would be too confusing to make it clear on their website.That last claim is interesting because they put dates on some of their other deals, so apparently it is only confusing when it serves them. But dont worry, the limited-time discount is apparently on your receipt so you can find out after youre already locked in.

Well run, fairly priced storage. Whats extraordinary is how much the owner, Rick, cares for his clients. His kindness somehow transforms a dreaded chore onto a delightful opportunity. I never thought that I would *like * to go to my storage units! 180 degree change than my prior place.

I was recently in need of a rental van and first tried the local Home Depot. They quoted me $80 for a half day and indicated it was first come first serve at 6:00AM. The storage facility did not open until 9:00 so I would have been more than half way through the rental by then. I contacted Ashley and the Red Way Self Storage and arranged to pick up a rental van in the morning, one hour before they were scheduled to open. The new U-haul rental app. allows you to pick up the vehicle using your cellular phone. I was most impressed with Ashleys assistance and picked up the van without a hitch. The move went well and upon returning the van, Ashley again assisted me with expertise. The final bill for the half day was $20 lower than the Home Depot quote and I was able to select when I picked the van. Cudos to Red Way, U-haul and Ashley!

Every aspect of our experience has been amazing. Red-Way Self-Storage has been welcoming and kind; the facility is extremely clean and well-maintained; the construction and quality of the building and units are the best we have ever seen in a storage facility; and they make customers feel like they are family who matter.I recommend this facility to everyone who is looking for storage options.

Red Way is clean, friendly and efficient. As a real estate agent I need to store staging items and am in and out of the units frequently. It is by far the best storage facility I have ever worked with. Rick, the manager, is just wonderful and treats all of his renters like family!

This place is bright and clean, the security looked good and their person at the desk was polite and helpful. They have a U-Haul office and offered a good variety of moving supplies. However I had a few problems in my experience:1. I reserved on their web page, but then when I arrived there wasnt a connection between the application I made on the web and the application needed in the office. Fortunately I printed my confirmation from the web, and got the web discount. But all the information entered on the web needed to be reentered on the office application.2. The system in the office was working slowly - I was there 25 minutes and had to leave before the process was completed, returning the next day to finish the process.3. The elevator security system is not perfect. After one of us got out on our floor, the doors closed with me still inside. I could not open the doors from the inside, apparently locked out by the security system. Fortunately the other person with me returned to the elevator and was able to open it from the outside.

Rick is extremely helpful and accomodating as well as being a really nice guy.I have rented a lot of storage places before and mostly the people have been nice, but Rick definitely goes the extra mile and has definitely done so for me.I am moving from quite a distance away and there are enough stressors in that alone. Being able to talk to Rick to make arrangements is like talking to a friend.I feel lucky to have found this place. But come to think of it, it was highly recommended by a friend!

Location was a little difficult to find, but once I did, wasnt so bad. They offer a nice, clean facility, with useful amenities, and a super friendly manager! = ) I recommend this storage property!

They wont charge you for a full 30 days if you dont need it. And they let you pay week by week. Clean, safe and friendly. Always there to help. This is my second time with this company. I feel my precious things are safe at this facility. Cant thank them enough for that feeling. Love it!!!Theyve been very patient and kind. They understand they moving is a difficult thing. I appreciate them immensely.

This is a good place to rent a Uhaul from. The staff is friendly and gives factual data that helps customers take decisions independently. Id recommend renting from here if youre looking for a truck. They also have a good array of moving supplies although Im not sure if the price is competitive when compared to Home Depot.

I was considering Red Way Self-storage to store a few boxes while we prepared to move so i made a reservation online to hold a unit but didnt end up needing it and a few days later i received an email saying i owed them $120 for a unit i never even signed for or used. Its a new facility and not sure that is the best way to start a new business. A simple follow up call would have been nice.

Very clean facilities. Ive been in 3 units in 8 months (downsizing) and the staff has been very helpful. I recently had a billing issue and it was promptly taken care of with a phone call. I researched several storage options in the area and am happy with my choice, theyre great!

We have been renting a unit since they opened, and to be absolutely honest, the staff there is the best, always smiling, and always a pleasure to see. The unit is always a comfortable temp keeping all of our belongings in good condition. Great experience, easy to access, and affordable.

I tried renting a Uhaul truck from this place a 10ft truck. I reserved it 9 days in advance. Showed up to pick it up. Yes we were late to pick it up but I figured we reserved it then it wouldnt be that big of deal right? Wrong!!! We were 40 minutes late yes but they gave away our truck. To the people in line in front of us... Also I know that he could see the traffic outside so you would think that maybe he could have given us a little extra time. So when it was our turn he told me that he had our van but I said no I reserved a truck. I showed him my email that said I had reserved truck and he said if you are later than 40 minutes then they can give it away. NO WHERE IN MY EMAIL DOES IT SAY THAT!!! Well I needed a truck we were moving my one bedroom apartment. He did however find a bigger truck at a different location which we great appreciated but it would have been nice to have the truck I reserved.If you guys arent going to put in your email for confirmation that if you do not show up on time to get your truck then they can give it to someone else then you need to not have that rule. You need to inform people of this otherwise you are going to screw people over. We were lucky that there was another truck at another location.You could have called too my number was on the reservation. I always pick up my phone.I just want to warn people of that rule cause there may not be another truck at another location.
