DynaCore is a great gym with all the right equipment that you need and a helpful staff. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a place to work off that Thanksgiving belly!

Ive been coming here for over a year now and I am still very pleased with the pricing and the growing equipment selection. Its locally/family owned and operated and I believe in supporting local small business. The owners are very kind and engaging and give great tips on workouts. I enjoy the environment and the 24 hour access. I strongly recommend them for your fitness needs!

I have been a member for over a year and it has always been a great Gym to get some gains. Pricing is fair, equipment is good, 24 hour access, friendly staff, music if you need it, and no lunk alarms (albeit I try to keep it classy). Any complaints of hidden fees or disinformation are pretty much BS, you sign a contract, you can read it, they will go over the contract with you if need be, yes as with most memberships these days your contract will auto-renew unless you call them and say hey I would like to cancel that...TADA! The owners have always been chill, I do not give them a reason to have chats with me, the doggo is cool, he will play fetch, a little dog hair is the least of your worries in a public place but also the gym is always CLEAN for a gym. I have rarely ever had to move weights to the racks because someone did not want to put their plates where they got them. I would recommend Dynacore Fitness, here is to hoping they will be allowed to open back up soon so I can lose some fat and make gains.

Be cautious about signing any contracts with this gym. They will sell you on how they are up front and not like other gyms but I had the opposite experience. I signed up for a 6-month training membership and the staff went out of their way to not tell me that all their contracts are auto-renewed. If you decide to sign a contract with this facility be aware that after the duration of that contract you must physically write a letter of cancelation or you will be charged every month until you do so. The staff and the owner will not tell you this. I had to read the fine print within my contract to see why they were charging me for a contract that was already complete. Before signing up at Dynacore Fitness go check out a few other gyms in Redmond. I wont be back because the staff and the owner are dishonest humans and are out to squeeze as much money as possible out of their members.

Explore your options before joining. As a potential member they will sell you this place as the ultimate lifestyle gym. A upgrade fee is worked into the monthly dues, but in 15 months I never saw one piece of functional equipment added to the open gym portion of the facility. The floors are covered in dog hair, as the owners bring their pets into the facility regularly. The emerald classes are a great workout but dont be sold on the idea of it being an intimate training environment. Typically trainers are pulled away to man the front desk or answer the phone during class. The equipment is new which is appealing, aside from a stair stepper and one of two treadmills that have not been functional in months. This gym receives a one star review mainly for the lack of customer service. Ive never experienced such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Typically customer feedback is appreciated and seen as an opportunity to improve your services and expand by maintaining your existing base of customers . Not at Dynacore. Management is hypersensitive in regards to any negative feedback or suggestion. They disavow their obligations per the contract and are quick to make the rules up as they go. Its disheartening to see such a level of unprofessionalism from a locally owned and operated business.

This is a great gym. Open 24 hours, tons of free weights and cardio equipment. The classes and trainers are amazing!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean. Machines are always fixed in a timely manner (on the rare occasion theyre broken).

Was traveling in Redmond and was so happy to find Dynacore because they offer drop ins and I was able to keep up on my exercise schedule, thankful! Great gym and they are open 24 hours!Thanks Dynacore :-)

When my fiancé and I joined dynacore I was looking to make a change in my daily fitness routine. The owners (Teresa and Denys) sold us on the emerald class package. Initially they were very pleasant and attentive. However, as time went on we experienced several dissatisfying situations with the owners.The staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the equipment is very nice and clean. We slowly learned that being around the owners was difficult. For example when they fired one of their employees, whom was my personal trainer, they proceeded to blast him in front of an entire class about having PTSD and stating he never got over his mothers death.We later decided to downgrade our membership to join the 24 hour access area. This was extremely difficult because Teresa refused to alter our membership. She literally wanted us to cancel our membership and pay cancellation fees then start a new membership. We finally got through to Denys and had a reasonable change made to our memberships.The gym is often covered in dog hair because they allow their dog to roam free in the gym. Their young son bothers members while they try to workout. I like dogs and kids, but it was very unprofessional. All the improvement fees we paid seem to go to the classes not to the open gym. In fact the open gym had several bikes and an elliptical removed during our membership.The only equipment they added was a treadmill that didnt work because of an electrical problem that they promised to fix for months, an inversion table, and an ab roller. The stair stepper is constantly broken due to the electrical problem. The building has no AC so its pretty hot in the summer.Most recently I noticed the grip tape on the seated calf raise machine had become worn. I tried to be kind and purchased replacement grip tape. I left the grip tape with a note that stated Please replace the grip tape on the calf raise machine. The next time I came to the gym I was accosted by Denys. He kicked me and my fiancé out.The most frustrating thing about this is that we spent the last year and half tolerating the owners just to be kicked out when my fiancé and I did nothing wrong!? The customer service from owners is non existent. The owners make up the rules as they go and have forgotten they provide a service. Don’t let them dupe you and go join another gym!
