Great doctors, often rude receptionistsLove this vet location. I’ve worked with both Dr.Maillet and Dr.Hartung, both amazing. They are thorough with their work, have fast communication and would call each morning with updates when my dog was getting bloodwork and other testing. A few months back I had a question I emailed over and Dr.Hartung typed out a long detailed response which was beyond helpful. Above and beyond service from doctors.My only “complaint” would be the front desk. Often times the employees that answer phone are rude and sound as though you are bothering them. I am sure they are busy but no excuse to be rude. I still love this location and return because of the doctors, but I always get nervous calling because I don’t know how I will be treated.

If you’re ok with your pet sitting all day without food waiting for a dental then this is the perfect place for you. We were told to bring in our senior cat at 8:45-9am, without breakfast and after two unanswered calls, we finally hear back at 1:15pm that they haven’t even started the procedure. We have been long time clients but we will not be bringing any of our pets back nor recommend you do.

I read information on the care of rabbits on your site that is utterly wrong. I am not taking my rabbit here to get spayed, not like youre accepting exotic animals right now anyways. But the wrong information was that rabbits are just great fluffy pets that love to be handled, along with the only food rabbits require is water and unlimited pelleted food. Rabbits hate being handled aka being picked up at all also rabbits require unlimited green hay along with unlimited water and only 1/4-1/2 cup of pellets per 5 pounds of body weight. Im not sure if I can trust any of the other info on your cite either. So actually do your research and update the cite with correct information to ensure the health of pets whose owners go to your cite to seek reliable pet care advice!!

I highly recommend the Redmond-Fall City animal hospital. We have been going there since we moved to Carnation in 2013. Theyve been outstanding in a variety of situations. We have a diabetic cat, an adventurous pug, and they were so kind at the passing of our very old cat when we first visited. Weve seen Dr Maillet many times and she is knowledgeable and practical in solving challenges. The front desk is also wonderful, thanks Dana for all your help and support. I really appreciate it.

We had to have our beloved dog put down after a long life, and I so appreciated the care and respect the staff gave to my children and our sweet dog. So loving and caring and gentle. It was a sad day for our family, but the way we were supported and the way Jake was cared for made it a little easier. We have peaceful memories around our dogs final moments because of this clinic and their sweet care. Much appreciated.

We just moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for our 11 year old cat with high blood pressure. We were very happy that Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital was just down the road from us. It was very easy to make and appointment and were extremely nice over the phone and just as nice when we came in for our appointment. Our vet was caring and took care of our little baby with a calming essence. We have confidence that this will be our long term vet for our cat now and any pets we may have in the future!

I love the staff here. They care for your pets and you as an owner. Weve been there on countless occasions where they spared our animals lengthily and costly tests. They follow up as well to make sure our animals are feeling better. I really appreciate that!!

I saw Dr. Wise this morning for a 2nd opinion for my 15 YO dog, (should have been my 1st choice). As other have said the staff is great and Dr. Wise took the time to explained the situation and the different options. You can tell the staff really cares about your pets/family member. (its not just a job for them). I will be back, I highly suggest you give them a call if your looking for a excellent Vet.

I take my chameleons to Dr. Mitchell. She does an absolutely wonderful job and diagnosing, not selling me every thing in the book, very reasonably priced and such a lovely kind person. She is easy to talk to and listens well.She has always been right in her diagnosis too!I have passed on her name to my customers who purchase their chameleons from me.

I got a ~2 yr cat from a shelter recently and went to RFCAH in the first week that we got her. The doctors and technicians are amazing and very helpful. Since this is my first pet ever, I had a lot of questions (even dumb ones), but the doctor and technicians were very patient with me and answered all my questions very patiently. They are available even for answering any questions or concerns over the phone. I felt my little kitty was in safe hands. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants good care for their furry little ones :)

I have ALWAYS had a positive experience at both clinic locations. Ive always gotten quick/accurate diagnosis for my Buddy. They treat him with kindness and like he is their favorite and most well behaved client 😊. They always take the time to answer ALL of my questions and never make me feel like I am being rushed out. Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital is a rare find. I cant even begin to explain what a comfort it is to know that when/if my pooch is ill there is somewhere I can take him and have peace of mind he is getting the absolute best care by people who truly love animals and are experts. He had a respiratory infection a couple of months back, Dr. Engal called on the weekend just to see how he was doing, and then remembered to call at the end of his antibiotic prescription to check in again. She was such a comfort to me and has won me over as a lifelong loyalist to RFCAH. I wont take my big guy anywhere else!!!!

Have been going to RFCAH for 18+ years and love it. I take my dogs and cats to see Dr. Hartung and she is the best! Very thorough with examinations and spends enough time at each visit so I leave knowing that my pets got great care and all my questions/concerns are answered. Dr. Hartung has a great approach to pet care in that she doesnt push unnecessary tests or treatments but will give you an honest and practical answer when it comes to making important decisions about your pets health. I feel fortunate to have such great veterinarian care for my pets and the rest of the staff is great as well!

Jasmine had her annual physical at RFCAH. Dr. Maillet was her vet, and Jasmine loves her. The service of all of the staff was excellent, warm, and friendly, as usual. I started taking my pups to Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital after my little buddie Augie got a spot on one of his ears and another Vet had recommended cutting the end of his ear off without even having it tested to verify if it was cancer. When he told me that he did 3 or 4 of these surgeries each week and that Augie might go into shock and die if he tried to biopsy the spot on such a small dog, I thought that was just crazy. When I called RFCAH to get a second opinion, Dr. Hartung told me to come in and she would check it out. When she looked at the spot, she instantly said it didnt look like cancer to her and that it looked more like scar tissue. She did the biopsy (Augie had absolutely no adverse reaction to this), and we were able to verify that it was not cancer. She said the spot would heal over time and sure enough, the spot went away and all is well. I now take Augie and Brendal for all of their care and the team is awesome. If you have a question, one of the Drs always calls you back right away, the service is great, they send you electronic copies of your reports, and they have a great website where you can also track the health history of your pets. I drive almost an hour to see them when I have other options that are closer, but I know I am getting the best care with them and my pups are worth every minute of the extra drive time : )

We were refer to RFCAH by a friend. Id refer. Its conveniently located. Am dog owner. Using RFCAH for at least 5 yrs. Quality of service my pets receive... 1st you encounter reception, always friendly and helpful. Vet Techs great, taught me grooming. Use for urgent care when my hunters encountered a bug swarm, +. We have seen Dr Maillet & Hartung. Feel really good about using RFCAH services, I really like my Vet. Have 2 very healthy, very active and very agile dogs (4 & 11 yrs) that hike and hunt.
