I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers who was kept waiting to see an apartment. The only difference was, I was traveling from California (yes, you read that right!). I had done a zoom call with the agent. Most apartments were only doing zoom during COVID so I did not see a problem with that. He walked me through the apartment, I put down an application fee and deposit. Everything was said to be fine. I asked if I could start having furniture sent up as I traveled to get there to make my move In as easy as possible. I was told that was fine. So I started driving up. Seriously, every single day I would get an email from them asking for one more thing. I was constantly pulling over to a FedEx to fax or re-fax something new or something that apparently didn’t come through. By the time, I got there they said there was a misunderstanding and I couldn’t have the apartment. I was beside myself. They seemed completely unsympathetic and tried to tell me they had this great other apartment that I could look at which was a literal dump. I paid the handyman to help me move my furniture into a Public Storage (because they refused to hold them). This place is a rip off! Stay far away and don’t say you weren’t warned if you think they won’t come after you.

Going on now for two wonderful years living here at Delano Apartment complex in downtown Redmond. The complex is very well maintained by two wonderful men, David and Antonio, who take their jobs and trade very serious. We are always greeted with friendly smiles and hellos followed by positive outlooks on life. Frank our leasing agent is such a gentleman and always willing to listen to my endless stories with a smile and a hot cup of coffee, doggie treats as well. And lastly we are blessed with a professional gentleman as our property manager who is one of a very few male community property managers. I highly recommend calling or going online to setup a interview and tour of one of many 125+ apartments. We are located with in easy walking distance to many shopping stores, Valley Village, Ross, Safeway, Costco, Target, banks, Andersons Park which has a large playground area for kids. Several local community churches. There are over 210 local restaurants all with in a 10 minute walk from Delano Apartments. Marymoor park is one of the states oldest and with over 640 acres and is close by with walking trails, sports fields and summer concerts. 5 Star living community here at Delano Apartments.Steve H.

This apartment is in very calm place with close proximity to restaurants, bus stop, groceries, banks etc., Also there is a park at walkable distance. Apartment and the premises are well maintained.

Lived here for 4 years and it was awesome.

We are tenants from more than 2 years at delano and we like the place. The issues faced were resolved in time by Paul. I appreciate the timely action taken.

If you love construction, terribly old and dirty appliances, and a lovely complementary 30 minute alarm every Monday morning at 745 by way of leaf blowers(EVERYWEEK @745AM) than this is the place for you

Denied me a walk through when we moved out. Then took my damage deposit for things that weren’t present when I left. Scammers.

Beautiful, well-maintained apartments with new appliances and a very very friendly staff. It is one of the most convenient locations in Redmond. The place has a lively vibe and is pretty quiet in spite of being right in the heart of the city.

It seems no one is here for my scheduled tour today and forgot about me. How disappointing. I wanted this to be my new home :(

Very well laid out flats, good use of space but totally overlooked by neighbours. Buildings very close, little privacy.

I travel around the country for work and have lived at a plethora of apartment complexes. Delano is one if the top complexes Ive stayed at, not only due to its location (easy access to go south, north or into Seattle as its opposite traffic in any direction), but also its staff. Jen and Heather have always been promt and responsive to my needs and requests and are much appreciated. Dave and his staff keep the grounds quite clean (inside and out) and are very friendly...always providing quick and professional responses to any maintenance needs. I reccomend this property to anyone whos looking for a quiet, clean atmosphere with responsive and friendly staff.

They couldnt care less when I walked in there to lease an apartment even tho I had an appointment. And then when they finally talked to be they were very abrupt and I realized they had misled me previously about their availability. Dont waste your time.

The lady at the leasing office, be thankful I forgot your name, made us wait for about 30 despite of having an appointment and said the apartment we were looking for was rented out in the morning with a rude tone. Wasted 1.5 hours of travelling to and fro from downtown seattle. Avoid this place at at all costs. Wish there was a 0 rating! Such a waste
