I had workers enter my apartment unexpectedly last week in the morning while I was still in my pajamas. They did this without a forty-eight hour notice by the property owners or management. This notice is required by Washington State law.How difficult is it for the property management or owners to give this notice and follow the state law on a time period to enter an apartment with their own set of keys? For the sake of ones own piece of mind and sense of security in their apartment, I would personally recommend to look at another building based on this experience of mine.Edit with reply: I believe I know which apartment building I live in, thank you. This is true, my handle here is not identical to my name, so that this handle will likely not appear in your resident listing. The entry into my apartment here was last week during the day of the loud fire alarms, Thursday of last week. I received a written notice on my door, but it was certainly not forty eight hours before this entry. I also received no emails. Do you disagree with this, that this written notice was in fact posted on all of your residents doors, with the forty eight hour notice guaranteed by Washington State law?

I recently moved to Bell Marymoor and love it so far! Desiree was a huge help with answering all my questions and making the move in process seamless. The location is amazing and serene. I love being so close to the trail as well. My unit is beautiful and has all high end appliances.

Beautiful apartments at best location! Jamie and team are amazing! They were patient to consider all our points and helped us move to the apartment we wanted. Amenities and management are great as well! We cant be more happy!

We have been fortunate enough to live at Bell Marymoor for the past year. They have worked with us on everything from changing a light bulb, to understanding my need for a service dog without any fees. The apartments are beautiful and we have a wonderful view. The staff are is always warm and ready to answer any questions. This has been a hard year with the virus but we feel very comfortable with the constant attempts to keep our homes safe. Their amenities are such a bonus. Thank you for a great year!

Great place to live! Super friendly staff and residents. The Amenities are great and keep getting better. The Maintenance staff is very helpful and always on time.

Narrowed down to three choices in the Redmond area it was easy to choose Bell Marymoor park.The location offers a huge park near by, easy access to 520, and close shopping to my favorite stores.The apartment is beautiful, quiet, and has all the nice amenities I could want to enjoy.The staff is incredible, Desiree made the application process easy to understand, and was available to answer any questions when needed.Happy to be one of the newest residents in the community here, and first impressions tells me I could make this home for a long time.

Beautiful apartment building and not far from downtown redmond. Location is magical, right on Marymoor park and within a few min walk from lake Sammamish . Staff was amazing in assisting with the application process and ready to guide my wife and I step by step. Magdalena Popusoi was the agent helping us and she was awesome. responding promptly, and making sure there was not any confusion along the process. If I were to recommend someone to work with during your move in process, it would be Magdalena .Thank you Magdalena for being so awesome.

Bell Marymoor is such a great building. My lovely wife and I lived here for about a year and the staff made us feel right at home immediately. They are very communicative and helpful always letting us know through multiple channels if there were changes to the building. And the close proximity to the park is a serious bonus. We were there almost every day. 10/10

The complex is absolutely stunning - multiple friends have told me how fancy the common areas and apartments are!Maintenence requests are done in very timely fashion, and managament is phenomenal - theyre always responsive on the phone or on email and very understanding and helpful. They went out of their way multiple times to make my moving out as easy and painless as possible. (I bought a house, otherwise Id definitely stay!)Recommend this 100%!

If you hate the feeling of living seconds from nature and 15 minutes to the city in a well kept, new, clean home with amazing neighbors then this place is not for you. Move along if you dont enjoy being helped by excellent staffers with a high degree of excellence and care for their residents. If you are out of state, no problem. Many of our previous neighbors found this place virtually and it ended up being even better in person.

I still miss this place especially the rooftop where we used to hangout every weekend and the park and lake next to it. Great people, Jamie was super responsive to all my needs, Deseree and Magdalena were awesome in getting things done promptly for the residents. If I ever move back to the Washington state this is the place I would love to stay.Great place with awesome people.

Great location, very nice apartments and a lot of useful amenities. Maintenance was quick to respond when something wasn’t working and they fixed it in record time while keeping up on Covid safety measures. No complaints thus far!

Ive been here almost 8 months and figured it was time I put up a review. Its been consistently wonderful living here. Its a great location, right on the bike trail and within walking distance to the dog park at Marymoor - and during the summer close to all the activities that go on there. So close to most of the stores I frequent (Costco, Fred Meyers, Whole Foods, Target etc.) and the area is safe and quiet and kid friendly. The living space is laid out nicely and the atmosphere if professional yet homey. And their are all kinds of amenities - my two favorites are the frequent events they have scheduled (Alyson, the event manager is fabulous) and the coffee machine : ). Also the staff is great...even though we lost some of them with a recent change of ownership, Magdalena is still here (so wonderful) and the new staff seems to be just as lovely as the old staff was. So happy to be here!

I lived at Bell Marymoor for a year and moved out recently. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this place but here is my honest review:- ProsLocationQualityQuiet in the upper floorsDog Friendly so a lot of cute dogs aroundMagdalena and the previous management teamMoving in and moving out was easy and painlessMarymoor ParkWhole Food walking distanceBike Path- ConsFan in the bathroom is blasting cold air 24/7. Trust me you will feel it in the winter. And you cant switch to warm.Heat fans in the rooms are loud and not very efficient. Expect hefty payments during the winter (up to $180/month).Dog Spa is advertised but it is just a room with a sink lol!Most utilities are shared between all tenants (additional $100/month in charges/fees)A lot of things are not working. Ex: Elevators buttons were broken for more than 3 months, Garage door was wide open for 2 months instead of being fixed.Moving out fees. They will charge you fees even if like me, you returned the apartment in perfect condition. Got charged $70 for a carpet cleaning fee when the carpet had already been cleaned.New management company is not great.Forget about amenities with COVID.Just FYI, We paid 2695/month (+ 6 weeks free so $2485/month) for 525 and were offered a renewal for the same price. Now it is for rent at $3180.

Is a nice community everyone keeps to themselves....is a beautiful thing none the less. They have affordable units for those who qualify. There is a trail that leads you the the neighborhood Whole food market is only 4 minutes walking distance. Lake Sammamish is also right around the curve. We love this apartment!The staff when we moved in was phenomenal about talking to us like real people, answering our questions, and the management worked with us on our parking needs and keeping our hamster with us.Some of the staff has changed over with a new owner recently, but the staff that stayed on are getting the new staff up to speed. And the community events are still going strong, which is one of our favorite parts of living here.The building is new and really nice. The units are fantastic in our experience and have great layouts. The bike trail is right out front of the building and Marymoor Park is right out back - great for keeping active.My biggest complaint is some of the other residents leave trash around for the staff to pick up, which blows my mind.

I love to live in Bell Marymoor. The apartments are very nice; the customer service is outstanding. Jamie is very professional and helpful as well as the maintenance personnel. The location is wonderful, too.

I am super happy to share my very pleasant experience at Alexan Marymoor. If you are looking for a safe, close knit community with gated access then Alexan Marymoor is the right place for you! I love the fact that when you enter the building there is always someone to greet you with a smiley face. The office staff is right there as you enter and they are super friendly, warm, very approachable and prompt. They host the best events multiple times every month. It brings the tenants together, you get to know your neighbors and this is I think is their unique feature to built the Alexan Marymoor community rather than just an apartment complex. This is absolutely a pet friendly community. We made so many friends because of our puppy! Apartments are spacious. Common areas with games, grills, rooftop with fireplace - Amazing! Also the location is great- the trail goes right in front of the apartment, Marymoor park is right behind at a walking distance, Redmond downtown, major highways are close by! I strongly recommend Alexan Marymoor to everyone!

A number one rude never told where to go then when I finally found the leasing office the lady called me Heather even though we had just spoken on the phone and I had made an appointment. This was no big deal until I was told to get a job during a deadly pandemic because my fiance still has his job and makes more than enough money to live here I think its pretty unethical of the Bell apartments, edited.... we made 3x the rent, this place is just discriminating during a pandemic because they can. They are liars.. PERIOD

Overall, we love our apartment and location, but the grounds near our ground floor apartment are unkept and there are weeds growing very tall. We also can’t use any of the amenities due to the current circumstances but are paying the same in rent as we have been. If they took care of the grounds more and took a bit off of our rent Because we can’t access many of the great amenities, we’d be very satisfied with our apartment life.

Not recommended, We were there for 12 months, it was good till the time manage to Alexan Marymoor but since it sold to Bell Marymoor. Services become pathetic and staff are not friendly. We have moved out few months back even after that they sent me $1400 moving cost. it was shocking to me. I tried talking to them but no use. They are not friendly to talk and pure money minded.There are many good and friendly community surrounding. Glad that we moved out.

My husband and I have been living at Bell Marymoor Park Apartments for 11 months now, and we truly recommend it to anyone. Not only do we love the location, being so close to Wholefoods and next to Marymoor Park but the service and amenities are great. Especially in this time of need, they run lunch and dinner initiatives to support local businesses and restaurants, trying to actively engage with the community and support us by taking the strain off a meal.

Very good apartments all around. They gave me much of my deposit back, and really, what more can you ask for?

A fantastic experience with the Management crew at Alexan. I move frequently for work and they were very helpful taking care of all the details to make my arrival easy and convenient. They have gone above and beyond to make the transition smooth. The property is amazing! Best thing is the trails and park right out the front of the property!

Glad to move out. Services are not good. leasing office are font of main gate, you do not have privacy more over staff are not friendly.Not recommended, we were there for 1 year and lease apartment when Alexn Marymoor was owner. After 6 months it is sold to Bell Marymoor park and all services become pathetic. My concern is why customer need to suffer when you buy or sale apartment. you need to maintain same services.Interesting things - They send large move out bill without our information, logically when somebody moving out you need to check everything in front of customer but sending unwanted bill later after month.Anyway, very bed experience staying there and specially when moved out. NOT RECOMMENDED

A pleasant community and neighborhood to live. Brand new apartments and well maintained. I really liked the location of the apartment. Groceries, Restaurants, work, Park are easily accessible.The only thing I had an issue is with the showerhead in bathrooms and hope the rents stay affordable

I never had to ask for anything because everything was so organized and arranged ever since I moved here.Mrs Jamie(Manager) she is sweetest person I ever met. she help me out solve the problem, Help me out during Covid19 impact. Ive overall had a pretty positive experience living here. The staff does a great job thinking of and putting on events. All the amenities and apartment spaces are super modern and nice. Its also really nice to be near the park and have a nice view.

It has been so great since I moved here on February. Nice newly built apartment with quiet neighbor, no trouble with parking lot, clean gym, and I especially love the patio with grills! Also, Marymoor park is so close to here, I can easily walk there to enjoy.

I really like living in this apartment. I love the location and the fact that walking trail is right in front and the lake is close by. I like the appliances provided in the apartment. There are so many events keep happening here which allow you to meet your neighbors and that is really cool.My friends also like this apartment who visit me here.

We would like to call out what a great job property manager Jamie and her team did yesterday late night. We had an issue and Jamie was here with her team late hours to get it fixed. Thank you Jamie and team! Excellent management, location and property.

Brand New apartments, nice area, the most unprofessional experience I’ve had.All was well, I received a prompt tour, good customer service, and quick application from the property manager Ryan Horn. I was told an apartment was being held for me, and the next step was to come in to sign a lease. That was late December, it’s now February 23rd, a few days from my supposed move in date.After complete silence for a few weeks, i sent an email. After a few more weeks, I sent another email. Over the last two months i have sent several polite emails following up and three phone calls and messages (all of which went to voicemail). I have received NO answer from Alexan Marymoor.When people’s housing hangs in the balance there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of answer over a two month period on more than several occasions. Since, I’ve been rushing to find housing that can accommodate me due to the negligence of this complex and it’s manager.Despite all this they happily withdrew my application fee and $300 administrative fee promptly, which proves Alexan Marymoor is capable of acting in a timely manner when beneficial for them, but not their customer.Please look elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

Best staff and most unique layout full of amenities and sharp new decor. Pricey but honestly its worth every penny. The staff and company pay very close attention to detail and are always willing to go the extra mile for residents and guest alike. Youll feel right at home here and its Redmond cmon whats not to like? Thank me later peeps im out!!

I enjoy living at Alexan Marymoor. It is quiet and very clean. I also like the resident activities that range from adult entertainment to family-fun.

Had a very nice experience moving in and we are very happy with our apartment. The leasing manager, Kayla, is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our first night we had everything taken care of with all the stresses of moving (took care of our first nights dinner). She by far sold the place and was very thorough about showing us all the amenities and answering all of our questions. The rest of the staff that we have met is very kind and helpful and the location next to Marymoor has been very convenient.

The management staff is very kind and always is willing to help you, The build is new, the appliance are modern there are bike parking with no extra cost.There is a problem with the building looks like the way it was build was not optimized for noise isolation, if you are just walking there is noise all over the place, you can heard your neighbors tv, conversations, etc, if you are looking for a quiet place this is not a good option. If you have kids And they are playing you will receive noise complaints every day, so take that in consideration if you have kids live here is not a good option.One of the bigger problems of the apartment Is that it does not have visitor parking, if you receive visits there are no area where they can park. Also if you have 2 cars there are no enough resident parking for 2 cars.

So far so good other than 2 annoying things: 1. Apartment management never respond to emails, no matter how many times I tried. In fact, I am writing this review so that someone in the team could respond to me.2. Bathroom fans are on 24/7 and there is no way to turn them off. It is getting cold and we have to turn on the heater to compensate with the fans.😕Edit: my problems are solved except that the unit is still cooold ☹

Beautiful new building in an awesome location, complete with an incredible staff! My husband and I were blown away at the level of service we received. Quick anecdote: we messed up one of our applications (incorrectly entered my SSN...... oops), and Kayla and her team went above and beyond to figure out what exactly was happening and were able to get us moved in in a super timely manner despite our dumbness.Overall, were pumped to start enjoying the nicer weather outside with our pup and soon-to-arrive baby -- being essentially INSIDE Marymoor park, it shouldnt be too difficult! :)

The apartment has great public open area for residents to share, it is cozy and comfortable, the bad thing is, sometimes the young residents and their friends just hold it as party place, very noise, I think the property management need take action to fix this issue, otherwise, the rental can not match the quality of the life you should got.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. I can not say enough good things about the cleaning staff. Lourdes is a ray of sunshine and keeps the place in tip top shape. She always makes my morning. Kayla at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly, and is always ready to help. Having the park and farmers market so close is awesome. Only reason it’s not 5stars is because of other tenants’ careless behavior (trash left out, improper recycling,hazards left around for dogs to find,etc)

I thought this was placed was called Alexan Marymoor. Did they change their name because of all the bad reviews on here? Very confusing parking and street layout that has a dead end and a side street with cars parked all over the place, no signage at all, no place to park if you are a future resident like all the other communities around here. When I tried to make an appointment online their website was shut down. Then I read all these negative reviews about not returning deposits. Very strange for a brand new complex.

I am a little bit surprised that the customer service of Alexan Marymoor had several complain at the very beginning of its opening. I visited the Apartment last two days in my search for a place that fit my budget and also look neat. The staff there were all very friendly and supportive. Zach was very friendly in showing me the place. Kayla Caldwell was especially accormdating and helpful to explain to me the ARCH program qualification process. Although I spent a few hours there and eventually not meeting the program baseline, and end up cancel my application, but I must say the staff there are doing their best.Something I feel peculiar with the place though, the floor plan design of the whole place is a bit confusing though, everything is very modern, but several times I feel at loss where to turn. Maybe traffic flow can affect the vibe of a place.

Terrible leasing experience. If youre declined, as we were, you should know that it will take them at least two weeks to refund your deposit back to you, even though of course you paid them instantly. They will insist on mailing you a check instead of just crediting it back to the card you used to pay the $600 in deposits. Not only that, but even though I was the one who paid the deposit and it clearly shows this on the website, they made the check out to both me and my girlfriend so now both of us have to take the time to go into a bank and present IDs just to deposit the check. Of course they wont bother to tell you any of this up front, if wed known what a headache this would be we wouldnt have even bothered applying there in the first place.

I am a disappointed and poorer applicant of Alexan Marymoor. I personally visited the site 5 times over 5 weeks and made multiple phone calls to assure my unit and date of residence was recorded. On the third visit, having had no response from the facility after paying $650.00 as an initial fee, I was asked if I was sure that I paid. Well, yes, I was sure. My next contact was a phone call to ask if my paperwork had been located, and I was told the office was locked and no information was available. I found the staff pleasant, but their processes in total confusion. I did not receive any assurance that my paperwork was complete, any written acknowledgement or pre-move-in agreement that my $650 fee had been received, no information regarding the lease agreement or descriptions of conditions regarding my monthly rent/contract. When I visited the 5th time, the paperwork had the wrong move-in date. I spent 4 weeks without any written assurances that I would have a place to live as my move-in date approached.I gave up.When my $300 security deposit (out of $650.00 move in fee) was acknowledged to be in the mail, the apartment number was misidentified. I called to point out this mistake, and was told they knew which apartment I had reserved. Hmmmm......I have to wonder.They offered no apology or regret that my experience was marred by a haphazard system that left me thinking that living there might be just as disturbing as trying to live there.
