On may 10th Three guys showed up on time to install my windows. They did a great job. The windows are beautiful. When they were done and gone my husband and I went to rehang the Venetian blinds. Nether one of us has any business being on a ladder and hated the thought of doing it. We found that the guys had already rehung them for us. It was so greatly appreciated. Thank you to those guys. We will refer our friend to WIT windows.

I was not pleased with their services.

Go in and talk to Michael in person. In person he’s a great guy! Had I minor misunderstanding over the phone. Michael is a great businessman he really does just want to see his customers happy. I know in today’s world that’s sometimes difficult. This is now my third time doing business with WIT, his installer has been with him forever, super polite professional and knows what he’s doing. I’m sure I was probably not the easiest customer but definitely not the worst. Thanks Michael and everyone at WIT!

Unfortunately this experience was negative. They do have nice doors but be prepared to be spoken down to if you don’t have at least $1000 to buy a door. Once the owner realized we didn’t have $1000 to spend on a door he dismissed us and we got the feeling we were wasting his time. So we left. Very sad.

I hired WIT Windows and Doors to replace all of the windows and sliding glass doors in my townhouse. The installation was completed as promised, and the installation crew was competent, hardworking, friendly, and kind. I enjoy and respect that sort of service with workers who come into my home, my personal space. The windows I had installed are quality Simonton windows and look fabulous and function beautifully. They also come with a lifetime warranty so I can rest assured with my choices in window and window company. I would undoubtedly recommend WIT Windows and Doors for you replacement needs.

Great Redlands Institution. Knowledgeable and friendly

I have used WIT on two separate occasions for purchase and installation of our windows. Both transactions went very well. Andy, the salesman was very professional and gave us more than one option for a couple odd shaped windows we have. The installation crew was also professional, polite and very tidy. Overall, I am very impress and give this company an A+.
