Unbelievable the amount of detail that was put into the rebuild of my wedding ring. I wore this ring every single day and did not take it off unless I was having it cleaned. It had worn down and I am so pleased that it’s now rebuilt to its fabulous state of sparkling beauty. Brian even thoughtfully saved the remnants from my original ring as a memento for my husband and I. Thank you so much for updating my wedding ring into an exceptional piece.

Ive been here quite a bit over the years. I always bring watches here to get sized. I just went in to get ny ring size. Their customer service is always great! Doesnt matter who helps me, I always leave satisfied!

I sent an inquiry online to see if the store had a particular piece that was advertised on their website online. Brian responses that it was not in store and that he could have it the next day if I wanted him to order it. I responded that to order it. I called two days later to verify it before I came to pick it up and he claims he never got the email that he read out loud to me telling him to in fact order it. Poor service. Lack of responsibility. Awful

This is the second time I am writing another raving review about the this business. Once again they amazed me with their customer service and their selection. I went in to get my diamond ring fixed. I had damaged one of the prongs. I expected to leave it there and pay a fee too. But the young man who is the owner, took it in the back and after a few minutes came back with my ring fixed and cleaned and sparkling. He said it was a minor thing and did not charge me. Also while I was waiting I had a chance to look at their unique, exquisite and dazzling selection of rings and other pieces of jewelry. They seem to be very knowledgeable. All around, just a great jewelry store. I just love this store.

Theyre amazing. Got a quick appraisal for a mens ring repair and while they were unable to add a gem that got lost (due to the rings design) they still were amazing and didnt charge for it. Also got my fingers sized so Im much more confident buying rings for myself (college/grad school rings) online. Theyre always willing to help and have excellent customer service.

I came a few minutes after they closed. There were 4 or 5 people inside just standing around chatting. I asked how much for a battery replacement. The dude told me but refused to replace it and was rather rude about it. Then he closed the door and went back to chatting with the others. I understand they were closed but it hardly would have inconvenienced them. It takes 90 seconds at most to replace a battery. Especially for a small business they could have been a lot more lenient. Rudeness and unreasonableness gets a 1 star.

Went in to change out watch band and left feeling valued and humbled. The young lady that assisted me was efficient, kind and what young people should be today. The owners of the shop can be very proud of her as an employee. I will be back in the future. And referring others.

I found their services and workmanship superior to any of the other very well known jewelers here in Redlands. I needed some repairs to family heirloom pieces. Their work was flawless and the price was shockingly lower than other well known stores where they were not even sure how to do the job. Redlands Jewelers did a fantastic job repairing my pieces and in a fraction of a time of what I was quoted elsewhere. They are my jewelers from now on and that is where I will go for purchasing new pieces also, because they have a gorgeous collection.

Redlands Jewelers, was courteous and prompt. They replaced the battery on my Luminox dive watch while I waited. They also performed a pressure check on the watch. Parking was close and easy.

Great quick service! Went in there with all my broken, too tight, dead battery watches and left 8 minutes later with two of the three watches fixed and in hand! Great service and good people, check them out!

I moved to Redlands a year and half ago and I was looking for a jewelery store to fix my chain. I went in and the person behind the counter was working on something and immediately greeted me and got someone to help me. It was great. Good service and very quick and affordable. Thank you I will be back.

Took my clock into get repaired. After about a month I got a call to inform me of the additional cost to replace the front glass. I approved it and was told it would be about a week to a week and a half until it was done. I called back 2 weeks later and it wasnt done again I was told about a week and a half. Called back again it still wasnt done, told again about a week and a half. I let 3 months go by so we are now over 4 months and I walk into the store and want my clock back. They bring it out and it isnt repaired. The front glass bezzle wont close. Its missing a foot and the actual clock mechanism isnt repaired.They call the clock repair man and I ask what happened to my clock. I brought it in for repair and it ends up broken even further then when I left it with them. I was told apparently someone picked up the clock and moved it and a foot fell off and they havent been able to find a replacement. I ask why, and Im told he cant find one, its an antique and they arent just laying around. Plus he has been moving houses and office space and hasnt really had the time to look or spend time on my clock. When I brought up to him that he has had 4 months and has basically done nothing with the clock but break it, his repsonse is sorry I just havent had time.I have taken it to another local clock repair shop where its now going to cost me twice as much to repeair since this repair shop has to fix what he damaged and didnt fix to begin with. The attitude of this repairman was very unconcerned with time or customer satisfaction. Wont use him again or recommend him to anyone else

Walked in with a cheesy Roxy ring watch that my ex witch, i mean ex girlfriend had and also a Puma sports watch for battery and chronograph hand alignment help and the service clerk behind counter was very personable and not only managed to get a battery in that tiny Roxy ring watch for a few dollars (cost of battery ) he also got my Puma watch working accurately and didnt charge me for the knowledge he shared or the service for fixing Puma chronograph! Must have been my lucky day or something but I will be returning for a mantle clock repair with this store and would recommend anyone looking for good people and great service for all their time piece keeping needs. THANKs!
