Nearly 4 years later, and we are still having problems because work that should have been, work that was promised and PAID FOR was not done. We are currently fighting a fraudulent EDD claim because documents that we were assured had been filed WERE NOT (and we paid to have them filed). It is taking us hours to provide three years of information to the State because our requests for documents from GUTTAX have been ignored.This is a recurring theme. We had to fight a property tax lien several years ago, again, because documents that should have been filed (promised, paid for) were not. Soon after, the State took money from my bank account, again, because filings were not complete. We had no idea this amount was still due, otherwise we would have paid it.The last time we filed with Guthrie tax, we were assured our returns had been electronically submitted. They were not as confirmed by the IRS.gov website, which posts confirmations 24 hours after receiving returns. We were told by a staffer they had been filed. After a WEEK+ of leaving messages and sending emails with no response, our return was finally filed more than a week after the staffer had assured us it was.You can pay for work to be done; you can be promised that it will be or has been done. In our case, the work we paid to have done was never done.For simple, personal taxes I guess its okay. Beyond that, you take a risk that you will be getting fines, emails and be exposed to other inconveniences.

Not only does she do my taxes yearly, she has helped me with an audit and she is able to provide documents to me quickly when I need them for school, home buying, etc. Her quick wit and charm are always entertaining when we have our yearly date. They are the best! I always know my taxes will be done perfectly and they will have all the changes in the new years rules noted. We have been coming here for years and our friends from out of state still use them.They wont let you deduct something that will get you in trouble later, they are very honest and keep you that way also. (Special lady).

YOU OBVIOUSLY dont know what your talking about, 1st reviewer....Terre is a GREAT WOMAN, VERY PROFESSIONAL and an even BETTER BOSS!!!. I worked for her, either you asked her to do something ILLEGAL or asked her to BEND the truth just a little OR you were late to the appointment that YOU MADE because THATS THE ONLY REASON SHE WOULD BE RUDE TO YOU!!!! She will not put her whole life/business on the line just to make your life easier. So....if you want a FUN, HOT, HONEST TAX PROFESSIONAL THAT IS MORE THEN FAIR, TERRE JOSLIN IS THE ONLY ONE!!! Just hope you get lucky enough to book an appointment...that woman is CRAZY BUSY every single day during tax season...GOOD LUCK!
