Rude service from county employees, from supervisor down. Had to contact Senators office to deal with these individuals, who refused to give me an updated medical card, assistance with questions and then the AA woman.( with the chip on her shoulder) decided she couldnt assist me cuzv Im certified deaf, had no hearing aide and obviously this was offensive to this little county employee. Needless, to say great satisfaction in reporting them to senators office! Got results ASAP 😁 so, dont put up with this bunch of rude employees, just report them...right to the top. Senators office or Pete Aguilar offices. After all, they work for the county, have great benefits, and for all this and more, we need to hold them really accountable for all their actions, especially how they treat people who need help. All personal thoughts, opinions, good luck.

I drove a friend there. The Employees were outside with a table. They were trying to be safe from Covid. I thought The Employees did a great job.

THEY ARE VERY RACES!!!! THEY GAVE ME AND MY KIDS $47 WORTH OF CASH AID AND I AM UNEMPLOYED!!! SO I SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT PLACE. Whoever have a case worker name lachelle Burks, she is VERRYYYYYYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM Currently suing them for stressful pregnancy.

What a clean, well run, government office. Everyone was polite and helpful. I had to return 3 times to complete something for a family member and each time I was treated respectfully and the staff was prompt and helpful! This was my best experience (s) ever. All offices should use this one as their wanna be just like you example!

So inconvenient! In order to just ask a simple question relating to your case/benefits, you have to call the 877 number, and it takes sometimes over an hour just to get through to someone its absolutely absurd! A while back, they would assign you a specific case worker for CalWorks, which was much simpler... but instead of making it convenient for customers, they made it easier for employees. Such a mess.

This location is way nicer than the San Bernardino location and the staff are somewhat nice. My only problem is my case worker Veronica who lacks communication. I feel that a lot of workers dont take their job seriously and dont really have the joy of helping others who are in need. Its been almost a month since Ive applied and I havent been reached out to at all for any benefits. I just moved her from another state so having this extra help through the county would be much appreciated but I feel that my case worker can care less. I might switch to San Bernardino location.

Horrible experience this last time. It should not be difficult to get help with food!!!!! Its food!!! I was judged and disrespected by two different employees including my case worker who obviously didnt believe i was hungry nor did they seem like they actually cared at all! I was just diagnosed with ptsd anxiety and depression lost my job and needed some help with FOOD...FOOD!!!!! why should it ever be difficult to get help with food..... The jobs these people apply for and have are litteraly to help people in need not to question disrespect and then send someone to my place of residance for a reason i still dont know! I missed the worker because i was at the doctors and they cancelled my FOOD, this is ridiculous....
