I needed a local Realtor to represent myself and my husband so you can understand that I did my research before securing the services of Cerise. I wanted someone with experience (30+ years?!!), someone who wasnt going to let other Realtors push her around to best represent our interest and a great judge of character since we would be trusting her to recommend vendors throughout our transaction.We were super pleased with our transaction. She was always diligent to provide us with updates so there were no surprises, she anticipated our transaction red flags so we had no closing delays, she reviewed all invoices, receipts and closing statements to make sure no one took advantage of us and went above and beyond to meet with vendors on our behalf. The other agent we worked with was an inexperienced agent so she had to do double work to keep everyone on track and she did all of this with grace and class. We met Cerise when we were looking at some neighborhoods in the Crestline/Lake Arrowhead area and she was holding an open house. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable (not to mention, up front about the pros/cons of the property and mountain living), so we decided to work with her to find our first home. She was very present throughout the whole process, and wonderfully patient whenever we felt confused or concerned. She was on top of things whenever we ran into a snag with the process, and kept things on schedule when other variables would have delayed us. We just closed on our house 2 days ago and could not be happier with her service. Thanks a million, Cerise!

WOW. Talk about a truly horrendous and completely dishonest agent. From contacting OUR lender and speaking badly about OUR agent, to responding slowly to escrow so the deal would close later, and the list goes on. I am truly disgusted that an agent can have such unethical practices. I will make sure that I escalade these issues to the highest levels possible.EDITED- Would like to add further information. Yourself and the sellers did not catering to our side in any portion of this deal. My Reviews will not be removed.
