Had a pool inspection done. Did not highlight that a $1000 part was not working and not able to get this issue resolved. Tried to contact multiple times.

Redlands Poolwerx has been extremely helpful for taking care of my pool since 2005 when I got the pool. The staff is very professional and helpful and they carry quality products. Last Saturday the owner showed up on a service call to take care of my pool pump problem because they were so busy. I really appreciate his dedication to taking care of his customers in addition to taking care of his staff. And this week the staff was able to replace my pool vac even though it was out of warranty, amazing. Great place!

Had never gone there before but needed to exchange a Hayward salt cell on warranty. The staff were efficient, friendly, and I was in and out with the replacement in 10 minutes. While I was waiting more than one staff member came up and asked if I had been helped. Very impressed and I will getting all my pool supplies from them from now on.

Luke and Dan invested a little time into the parts that I needed and actually had them in stock. They put the time in when others hadnt. I drove 20 miles to get there and it was well worth the time spent.

Been shopping here for probably more than 12 years. Used to be Redlands Pool Supply. Same guy behind the counter. Knowledge, friendly. Most times they have what you need in stock. Good standard selection of supplies. Occasionally have to order something but the wait time is nil. Small shop, so prices are not the lowest, but not too high. Recommended.

Very good service. Prices are up there yet quality is in everything. Try not to be blown away by the beautiful spas. Wished I could afford one.

The products for the most part are more exspensive than can be found from other shops.

The Pros at Redlands Pool & Spa really do a great job. I can 100% rely on them for accurate readings of my pool water and the required items to buy. I always get my chlorine and acid there as well as all the needed supplies. Both Josh & Dan do an excellent job in providing that professional service. I highly recommend them for your pool/spa needs.

This use to be the best place to go, hands down. They had amazing staff and knowledge, always helpful and pleasant. Now that Pool Werx has taken over, the place has changed and the service lacks to say the least. Not sure what happened... now they dont even stand behind products they sold and recommended last year. Miss the old place.

I recently purchased a spa from Redlands Pool and Spa, after checking several other sources. Everyone at Redlands was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They answered all my questions, didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing something I didn’t need or want. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from purchase to delivery and setup. The delivery men were also professional and on time. Once set up, employee Dan came to my home, went over all aspects of using my spa, including how and when to check and add chemicals, cleaning filter and spa. He offered to come back any time I had any questions. As I stated, an overall pleasant experience. I wish I would’ve done this sooner.

Daniel was great, quickly responded to our many questions with accurate and knowledgeable answers. Our spa was delivered ahead of schedule and he came out to make sure we knew how to operate it. I loved that he respected our budget and even came in under budget while making sure we had everything we wanted.

We have been a happy customer for over 20 years and Redlands Pool & Spa has always done professional pool work. Any time we have called them to perform a service on our pool, to include warranty compliance services, they have followed through and have done a great job. We rely on them to be honest about what we need for our pool so that it runs well. This company is the greatest!

I took a pump in for repair which I felt was toast and was fearing that it needed to be completely replaced. The guys took it apart, found that it was simply a rubber band tangled around the motor. Its great to know that there are still honest people in business today. I will forever refer friends and family their direction. Thanks guys!!!!

When we bought our house, we had no idea how to take care of our pool. The guys at Redlands Pool and Spa were so patient with us while we learned. They took the time to get to know us and the complexities of our particular pool situation (in ground vinyl liner). When we replaced our pool pump, we made a mistake connecting it and fried the motor. We called to order a new one, but they replaced it for us. This is the only company that I know that is willing to stand behind MY $750 mistake. They have shown me that my business is important to them, and I wont shop anywhere else.

Here is a plan for taking care of your pool yourself with a little help from friends:GOAL: Balance the water so it is not depositing minerals on/ or eating away the surface of pool and equipment in addition to the sanitizer level.Analysis) Monthly (or as needed) take a water sample to Redlands Pool and Spa (RPS) for a complete written analysis with instructions on any needed action.Written Log) Record in a written log water treatments and test results from a quality test kit (min Ph and sanitizer levels) every 1-2 days while pool is open. Include monthly reports to support any warranty claims. If you have an issue bring the log and sample in to RPS for analysis.Tip: There are different strengths of acid and there is a difference in the quality / concentration of chemicals. Therefore, the amount required will vary by source/vendor.Filter) Record baseline filter pressure after cleaning the filter. Monitor pressure and record in your log. Determine the pressure when it is time to clean the filter. If your unsure about this ask Redlands Pool and Spa staff. Tip: adding a sock to your skimmer will reduce the junk getting to the filter.Vacuum and brush your pool (consider it as part of your exercise routine). If you dont want to do it - consider a robot. Mine climbs the walls and brushes the waterline in addition to systematic rather than random vacuuming.Thanks to each staff member at Redlands Pool and Spa who have been so helpful to me and the others I have referred!!!
