I went there with the intention of looking at the plant selection. I was pleasantly surprised to see the generous selection of plants. However they were a bit on the expensive side. I did buy 5 plants.

Im building a room in the New York Pizza parlor. Home Depot did not have a door that we needed. Lowes however had a door that was 2 inches larger than what we required and cost less then the one at Home Depot. Thanks Lowes 😋

One of the nicer hardware stores in the valley. And most of what we needed. However they were out of most of the irrigation connections that we needed.

Well I actually didnt visit yesterday I visited today which is Monday August 9th and I had to go out of my way to find somebody to help me and then after that I had to go out of my way to find somebody to find a price and then I had to go out of my way to find the lets just say I had to go out of my way multiple times just to get the information I needed to buy a damn air conditioner the only person that was their saving Grace was the self checkout lady she was amazing super helpful fix the warranty in a matter of seconds when it made the mistake and she was not only polite but she was fast she deserves 10 gold stars but only her

We recently bought a house and we have made several different purchases in their Redlands store. We have had excellent 👌service each time. We also had installations through them and their work was impeccable.

At a 20 mile distance from me, this is the nearest Lowes to me, whereas the other big box store with the square orange logo is just 1 mile from me. The other store gets all the attention from me due to its convenient location.That said, I had been blinded by the fact that there is always more selection available if you simply search for prodhcts outside of your norm zones / region. After striking out on selection desirable tile from the other store, I made the 20 trip to Lowes and on the first trip found a tile that was liked.

People and manager were awesome. Very helpful and helped me get the best deal by price matching everything.

Though we needed assistance at checkout (vs. self-checkout), what we encountered was rather robotic. No recognition of our need to arrange for item pick up at the lumber desk, no direction where to find the lumber desk, etc. It would have been nice to encounter some initiative in customer service (trying to think a couple steps ahead). In the stores department that we visited, we had great help from start to finish.

Excellent service at the garden department. The night crew all very helpful and pleasant.

I tried getting an associates attention for 10 minutes. I then had to go to customer service to ask if they could get someone to help me and they acted like I was bothering them. They told me to find an associate. I told them I tried for ten minutes without success. They then paged an associate to meet me at the aisle I was on and I waited for 15 minutes until I just got disgusted and went to Home Depot. Theyre really losing their edge as a competitive home store in Redlands.

My favorite place in the world...next to ElTorito. For food I mean. Nursery favorite at Lowes. Customer Service is great service always.

Want to give props to Ray in the doorknobs/locks/re-key section of the store. Very, very courteous, personable without being pushy. Courteous and timely, and most appreciate his thinking outside the box to help me with rekeying some doorknobs for our home. apparently Westlock hardware has longer pegs than the Kwikset replacements I got, but he was able to make it work. Give the man a raise, I say! Kudos to whoever hired the man!

Its close & I use this store a lot, but getting help is a hit & miss proposition. A few days ago I was looking for a storage container, of which the website said the Highland store had approximately 40. I went to the aisle/row & there were none. I walked back to customer service & they confirmed the quantity, sent me back to the aisle, & told me someone would come to assist me. They never showed, so after 15 minutes, I went home & ordered the items online. I received a message that my order was ready for pick-up, drove back to the store & learned that it was at a store in another city! Not good.

And Lowes on June 30th around 3:00 p.m. no one was there to help us when I was looking for blinds I kept asking the lady across the way in flooring department if she can call somebody she was very rude every time I asked her if she can call somebody to help me she want to know what the problem was by anytime I told her what I needed help and shes all she said was somebody will be there soon nobody ever came I had to go to the front of the store and get somebody to help me. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience at Lowes. Customer service is not a pr priority for them.

I like Loews. Great place, but every once and a, have hard time trying to find someone to answer my questions.

Great garden area. Better than the Home Depots around here. They have more plant varieties, and more options for ground cover and gravel. Lots of trellis options, too.

Love shopping at Lowes in Redlands, they are Always fully stocked. As you walk in I love how they lure you in with all the beautiful colors of all the plants. It always lures me in🌼🌻💐🎍🌸🌼

Polite customer service however when it comes to communication on a work order or in home installations is really lacking. Had lowes come to measure for french doors wasnt a problem, the ordering for the customer doors took about 2-3 weeks, but when the did arrived at the store nothing happened, no notification of doors showing up or appointment the installation. We called and asked the status the response waiting on a work order will call back and never got a response. We call back and same response waiting on work order. A month and a Half later we call and 2 managers later had found the problem and now things are moving kinda. Still no call backs to info work order and nothing. I have to call to get answers. Im still waiting. Going into month 2 with doors at the store, no communication no work, $3000 spent with nothing to show for it, but polite customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOWES!!!

Not sure which company is worse, Lowe’s or ScreenTight. Neither company answers their phones even after holding for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions and different times of the day. Received a damaged screen door 4 months after ordering from Lowe’s and can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to help resolve this. I will never order products from either company again.

Went to Lowe’s to get some floor tile ideas, lady told us “yes, we install” we told we wanted to tile the deck around our swimming pool, and set up an estimate to be done. The following Wednesday a person from a separate company showed to measure, we had told the lady at Lowe’s Redlands, that this was an outdoor pool deck. He measured and left, according to our written estimate papers given to us that it may take a few days for Lowe’s to get back to us. Thrusday 5-27-2021 we went back to find out why we had not heard anything back from them (I tried calling several times and was cycled through their phone circus 🤡 with no answer) we went to flooring and spoke to a different lady who could not find any information on us or our estimate. She then informed us that there is “no out side insurance on workers so the system dropped us “ we asked why weren’t we notified and showed her our paperwork with our name and phone number, she had no answer, just dropping someone off your paper is the absolute worst in customer service, Lowe’s should change their advertising to “Lowe’s Blows” big failure

This place has alot of containers for plants and have reasonable prices. But I am a veteran and the only thing is you have to go online to register to get a discount and they will not give it to you if you dont do that.

ONLINE ORDERING!! First never had a problem with the Redlands store. Now to my issue. I ORDERED 5 ITEMS ONLINE ALL AT THE SAME TIME. They didnt charge me the full amount but two different amounts. Because they are shipping 2 items from the Chino store. Then two days later when my 2 items get delivered is when the first charge gets finalized with my bank meanwhile the big amount for my remaining 3 items is still prossesing for a week!! On the day of my 3 remaining items are supposed to be delivered I get another charge for the same amount while the first big charge is still processing what kind of B.S. is that? One of those charges better drop off PEOPLE I ORDER 5 THINGS AT ONCE I WANT TO BE BILLED FOR 5 THINGS I ALSO WANT TO RECEIVE ALL 5 THINGS AT ONCE. I dont know why thats so damn difficult! I dont think Im EVER going to order from them online again

Went to Lowes in Redlands to buy a Hall Tree. Asked a Lowes Member where it would be and they couldnt find it. Asked 3 more employees and they couldnt find them. All they could tell me is that they have 5 of them but they dont know where they are. Finally another employee showed up and walked the whe floor and storage area in the back. He could t find them but took my name and number and said he would call me when finds them.

Christmas has arrived!

It has a variety of items which I usually find the ones I need with out much help from service personnel. Because, they are far and few between.My friend bought a dishwasher online to be delivered. All is well. I am not a certified plumber. However, Ive installed enough sinks, garbage disposals, toilets, build plenty of showers & bathrooms and dishwashers to know how and what I mostly need.The dishwasher I removed was at least 15 years old. The new one has different size of water connections. Lowes, Home depot and other suppliers sale dishwasher connection kit. WHY NOT advertise it with the sale of a new dishwasher. Its called Proactive Sale Promotion!Whatever happened in employing retired electricians, plumbers, construction workers. Some of the attendants are as useful as a broken plank.

Enjoy going to this Lows, Every time I go everyone is friendly, and helpful; It is a way from me but, I just hope they had one near me, specially with the quality of staff they have working in that store. I would like to recognize all those employees, from the bottom all the way up to management they do a great.

I usually shop at home depot, but after not finding what I needed there, I took aride across town to Lowes. Ive done this a couple of times and realized that home depot doesnt always havewhat Im looking for, nor do they always know what they have or dont have in their store. Also they didnt try to help me find a different tool that I may have been able to use. Thats when I had to go to lowes. Patrick at Lowes on the other hand asked me to explain to him what project I was doing in order for him to help me get the exact tool I needed. This guy is amazing! He knows what to ask to help his customers. And this is not the first time he has helped me! I am now officially a Lowes customer! I will not be returning to home depot anytime soon. Thank you Patrick for your expertise and great customer service! If you need somethimg in the electrical saw section, hes your guy!

Very disappointed, customer service was very unprofessional. Not even the manager was helpful. I purchased a washer and dryer from this store in November and finally yesterday June 5,2021 received it. When it was installed the parts that was send with the installer was wrong. I called customer service to tell them how unhappy I, she was rude and nasty over the phone. I asked to speak with a manager, he did not know how to provide a reasonable solution or answer my question, instead his solution was I will call you back, he never did. I am a very unhappy customer who will continue telling my friends and family how horrible my experience was with your company. Ofcourse this will be the last purchase that I have with your company.

Came here for a Christmas tree and was appreciative that each block of trees was clearly labeled with the price. We had gone to several tree lots and left them all when we were told we had to ask about the price of each tree individually. While they wont tie the tree to the top of your vehicle the attendant was very helpful and managed to fit it in the back seat of my car with the windows down.

Love Lowes. I shop here often for all sorts of things. Great selection of items.

I was trying to put together and eliptical machine at home. Some of the screws were the wrong size ( too big) and one important part was stripped. 2 gentlemen in hardware worked to successfully salvage the damaged screw and to replace the ones runway didnt fit the machine! They went above and beyond! The b assembly was a success!

I spent quite a bit of time looking for the things I came to get today. Not because anything was hard to find. On the contrary, it was all real easy to find. The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I think it was the comfortable feeling they all have me that just allowed me to walk around just browse rather than get my stuff real quick and leave. I was impressed with the level of helpfulness staff provided.

Woodprices being so high I found that Lowes is actually cheaper than home depot in the wood department.

I have been able to find most of what I need when I visit this store. The staff is a bit inattentive, but the aisles are clean and the merchandise is where it is supposed to be. I rarely have to wait for a register.

Terrible customer service. Rude, unhelpful. Not enforcing Covid mask policy inside store. Never any flat carts inside the store while constantly watching employees having social hour with each other. We have been shopping here for 3 years now and have noticed a progressive slide downhill. Manager seems helpful, but not so much from the other employees. I would avoid this location or consider Home Depot instead. Once our project is done, we are not returning here ever again. All around more bad experiences than good!!!

I walk to the aisle and I see a store associate Marvin and he say I dont have it. I say dont have what?? He say that window. I chuckled Im looking for the glass he say I dont have that either. Im now looking confused because hes being extremely rude. So Im now asking questions so I can find what I need. Marvin you didnt have to be short this early in the morning. You could have provided me with the information so that I could have found what I was looking for. Please be better. Out of stock or not YOU could have been better as a human.

I went to the paint department. Im looking for a good deal in paint. Im painting my kitchen light yellow.So i asked the lady in the paint department if there was an good deals or sales in the paint. She just said NO! And went back to her work. Didnt even try to check or tell us the other prices. I guess Ill take my business to Home Depot!!!

Horrible customer service!!! We bought a washer and dryer and were told it included installation and a pan for the washer. Delivery drives came with no pan and said they couldnt install until we purchased a pan. So they left the washer and dryer in the garage. We rescheduled for 2 days later.We bought the pan. They came back and said they couldnt install the pan, a plumber had to do it. This would have been great to know the first time. They installed the dryer this time but left the washer in the garage. We rescheduled for the next day.An hour after the installation window we were given we called and were told the driver was 2 houses away. 2 hours later we called back and were told the driver went home for the day. We couldnt reschedule for 2 days.We then received a call canceling our reschedule.We have 3 children and spent $1,800 to wash their clothes. I cant do that and my kids and I are running out of clothes while the washer sits in my garage useless.

Online shopping and in store pickup has presented some problems. Sometimes the staff cannot find your items and tell you to come another day despite an email confirming arrival at the store. They were made to find the items TODAY while we waited. Perhaps some hiccups need to be worked out yet.
