My wax tech was really nice and made me comfortable but I was definitely not satisfied or happy with my service. Went in for a full Brazilian and when I got home there was still visible hair. The whole point of a full Brazilian wax is to remove everything. But thats not what I received. Very disappointed especially since its $63 just for a Brazilian. I guess you have 5 days you can go back and they can take care of the issue. But also those 5 days they dont have available times for me to go after work. So basically I just lost $63 plus tip over a service that sucked. Im just going to stick to the wax tech I originally go to that does a better job and way cheaper price.

Brandi was super sweet! It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I was super nervous but she continuously made me feel comfortable and made conversation with me so I could get my mind off it! She was super caring and made sure I had no questions! Definitely will be returning! Definitely would recommend anyone to book with Brandi!

I had a Braxilian wax done. I would have given this place 5 stars if all the hair would have been removed as expected. Well, Im going back because someone else (not anyone from the establishment) told me that by the 2nd or 3rd wax itll look cleaner. So Im looking forward to my next visit. I hope this place is a keeper for me.

Went for a Brazilian the first time about a month ago. I was scared but I felt comfortable with the lady I was with. Yesterday I got a call and said that my lady pulled out the day I was scheduled for my second Brazilian. They rescheduled me at 8:30 the next morning. At 7:30am they sent me a text saying my new appointment was canceled because that lady also called off. I drop my kids off to school by 8 and call them and was told there was nothing they can do for me if I couldnt get there in 15 minutes to meet with the only open person they had available. I found that absolutely ridiculous being that I live 27 minutes away. Unprofessional to me, maybe I wouldve felt better if I was accommodated but there was nothing they could do for me.

Im so glad they were able to reopen! This location is always wonderful, clean, service is spectacular no matter the aesthetician, and theyre super flexible on scheduling!

The lady was nice and all but the fast pace was too good too be true. This is the first time I am going for a full Brazilian and I got a half shaved type of look. Yes Im saying their was still plenty visible hairs. Ive asked the lady so its no hairs? She replied no youre all good to go Ive felt the top felt smooth couldnt wait to get home to take a look since their is no mirror or anything provided as soon a so as I got home I was disappointed to see such half done look. But over all the services was okay.

This was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. I came super late for my appointment, I was still taken for a 30 minute wait. I only waited 10 minutes. Didn’t get the front desk name, but she was blonde and so sweet and professional. Marisa was amazing. Very quick with waxing. Yet definitely not rushing with her work. Marisa even tweezed hair that we’re left over. I’d say the pain level was a 5. I got a butt wax, full brazilian wax, and butt strip. I was informed on some products that I was curious about. Marisa let me know that there was samples and gave me some to try. The service was so great. I believe this is now my new location. Thanks again.

I really enjoy getting waxing services here. I have been using European Waxing center for a few years now but I love coming to this location. My waxing technician is professional, discreet and amazing. The staff is always friendly. It can be intimidating going to a new place for waxing anywhere in your body but the staff here makes the experience as comfortable as can be and I never feel judged.

A while back I had Services done here and I was Helped by someone who knew my husbands relatives. Not soon after I left I got a message from my husband. He was asking me if so and so helped me I said, “yes”. He then told me she had told his sister I had been there and also told his sister what kind of services I had received. I called to complain about this because it created some tension between me and my husband. The issue was resolved. So I decided to go back, I had an appointment at 11:45 a.m. I arrived at 11: 40 or so to check in. Waited and waited until 12:05. I had enough and decided to leave. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had an issue. The girls in the front desk have always been helpful and kind. I always had amazing experiences until this year. I’m left with a sour taste and discontent. My rights as a customer were violated and In this last occasion I also waited more than I should of. Their policy is if you’re late 15 minutes they will cancel your appointment. Which is what I should of done, I should of left after waiting 15 minutes but no. I sat There waiting for 20 minutes hoping I’d be next. I’m truly disappointed and do not plan on coming back to this location.

I love this place.... the environment is trendy and the staff is great. They only use hard wax which is way better than the soft. And if its your first time or your unsure of their process, they will walk you though each step as they go. They have packages available if you know you will be coming back regularly. And their are 2 different kinds to choose from to help you wax needs or your pocket book. I liked the packages because they are discounted and they help make sure I keep coming back when I should. They also have reward points and referral program so you can get other services or products discounted or for free.I highly recommend European Wax Center for first timers and especially regulars. Ive already been telling everyone about them in my circle, this is the best place in town.

Terrible customer service

Best price around. I visit regularly for bikini waxes and Im happy with it. I recently started doing underarms, and Im pretty happy, but they arent as thorough as Id like. I also recommend going elsewhere for brows -- EWC is good at hair removal but not so much at shaping.

I went this morning for my first service with the company. I got my eyebrows waxed. Staff was all friendly and helpful, facility was very clean. I just was not overly impressed with how my eye brows turned out. It wasnt terrible but just not as clean as I would expect. I have had better waxes done at your every day nail salon. They also were very forward about selling packages and products. Otherwise I had no complaints.

I did my way for the first time today. I loved my wax but they over charged me. One girl said 45. And the other changed me 65. And said she forgot about the promo. But that next time they will honor it. I hope soBesides that I love my way and my wacer

Having problem with the schedule appointment. Ive try 3 times to schedule a appointment and always happen something wrong. I did first time walk in and it was perfect, but the ladies in front are very wick, no professional and does everything wrong!! Great service on back of house but lack of professional in front of the house. Just sad

The esthetician was very nice but I hated my brows until they grew back out. It is a different type of wax than Im used to that is supposed to be less painful but to me it felt the same. My husband got his nose done but was not satisfied. Upon getting home we noticed that majority of the hair was still there. For some it might be the right option based on how you like your brows. Ive also heard the bikini wax is good but have not tried it here.

So here is for a tmi review. I have not had a Brazilian done in over a year because my first experience was horrific (bloody and took almost 2hr for an expensive as heck spa). So, Ive hesitated alot to do it again. Finally, I grew the cahones to make an appointment. I am 9 months pregnant and will be inducing next week-- so I wanted to be relatively clean down there before I have to go at least 6weeks postpartum being gentle in that area. Marie took amazing care of me. I was definitely timid going in. Pregnancy does alot to you (areas get darker, more sensitive, many women get hemorrhoids--thankfully I have not). So I was a little embarassed for not having groomed in so long. She completely impressed me with how fast and detailed she was. I even did my backside which didnt hurt a bit. Marie definitely knows how to make a customer feel comfortable and feel prettier about the uglier sides of pregnancy that we sometimes forget to talk about. Thanks Marie!!! I will definitely be back after docs okay Me 😊

Im an esthetician of over 10 years. I have waxed myself over the past 8-9 but this past year I became so busy I didnt have time to do my own waxes. I decided Id give EWC a try. From my first experience the customer service was great but the wax was bad. They are corporate trained to speed wax. Speed anything means low quality. They have this application technique where they apply a thick strip of wax in a non-specific direction and pull. Well this method unfortunately increases breakage of hair from the surface of the follicle and causes faster hair regrowth. So I dont like it. I went a second time and ask if theyd individualized my wax application and pay attention to the direction of hair growth, I was ignored. 3rd time I drew arrows, arrows ignored, 4th time I said EF it do whatever and still hated it. 5th and FINAL time I asked again to pay attention to my hair growth, not only was I ignored but she wasnt thorough. I wanted her to stop mid-wax so badly but I just let her finish. So, now I have to stop being lazy. Go to cosmoprof. Buy my own wax, and wax myself. Over it.

I usually go to another location but I was close to this one. The woman taking care of me did a horrible job at my Brazilian. Getting waxed never hurts but she actually made me cry out in pain. She also left a patch of hair when I told her I wanted everything gone. Wont go to this one again, Ill stick to the one in Rancho.

I had a Terrible experience here!! The Receptionist is rude not friendly at all!! She had an attitude for no reason. When I went in the room to get my underarms, sideburns and neck waxed my underarms were supposed to be free of charge because it was my first time there! I was told my underarm hair was to short so I asked the receptionist if I could still get my complimentary wax next time I came and she said no! just straight out no! When I asked why she said because today was your first time coming next time will be your second time!! So basically they dont honor their promotions and have bad customer service I will never go back to this place!! Also the waxer missed spots I had to tell her to clean it up and the wax left my skin red and irritated!
