First time using Stewart Title. The price was good. Not the cheapest but but not the most expensive. I will be back. An excellent value for the service I got. I did like that every time I called on the phone a live person answered. No automated machine. I also asked that all the signed documents be scanned and emailed to me. That was done the same day as I signed the mortgage documents.The notary Albert Ensign was also very knowledgeable about the signing process and made signing all the mortgage documents easy. He explained each and every one of them to me. I like that. Not just sign here sign here type of notary.
