PC Place changed their pricing three times before work was sent to begin. Each tim increasing the total price. I DO NOT recommend PC Place. They wasted my time and consistantly changed pricing over the phone.

Absolutely miserable experience with them. I brought my desktop in for repairs. They had it for three weeks with no word - I finally called and the technician hadnt even found the problem yet, despite my telling him two different methods of finding it when I brought the PC in. Five minutes on the phone with me and he found the problem, exactly where I had explained it would be. If at any point during that three week period someone had called me and said they couldnt find the problem, I could have walked them through it again. It took them another couple days to diagnose it as a problem with the motherboard, and I bought a replacement. Two weeks later I still hadnt heard from them, so I called, and it turned out the part had come in but nobody had gotten around to installing it yet. The next morning they call and tell me my hard drive is also bad, so they install a new one. I go to pick it up the next day and they want $300 for it, on top of the $230 I already paid for the replacement motherboard, even though it took them a month to fix my computer, more than half of which was them sitting on it doing nothing. Then I get it home and it turned out they hadnt even installed everything on the motherboard correctly. I had to go back in and hook up things like the power button light and one of the side fans. Absolutely not.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices.

This week I, again, had problems with my laptop. Luckily I live near the PC Place and took my computer there for service. Seth, Hanna, Irwin and everyone I have met at PC Place is knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed the problem quickly and reasonably.I highly recommend PC Place for excellent computer service.

PC Place is awesome! They offer quick service at very reasonable prices. Paul and Erwin are very friendly and never talk down to you like some computer repair shops do. Definitely avoid Geek Squad and come here instead. I highly recommend them!

My latop was not booting up so went to PC place and they could not figure out and said give your laptop for ewaste as it is of no use. I took the laptop home and turned it on and it was working. But they messed up my speaker and it doesnt work. Paid 80 bucks for nothing. Never recommend this place to anyone.

This an awesome place to fix your desktop or laptop here i had to fix my desk top and laptop!

I needed a newer computer but couldnt justify the cost of a new one. As they had before, I asked PC Place to find me a good used one with Windows 10. After a hiccup with the firt try, they came through with what seems a great tower, slightly used, lots of speed, and at a cost $300 lower then a new one. They are good guys and make sure youre happy.

The people here are very helpful and know computers.

Erwin was excellent! He has hung up some TVs up for my brother and came highly recommended. He didnt disappoint, he was very professional and prices were very reasonable. He upgraded my HDMI cables and made another trip just to do so. 5 stars!!!

I have gone to them 3 times now and​ could not be happier with the work they do and the customer service. I have also sent my brother to them who is completely satisfied. I think everyone who needs computer help should give them a call.
