I really want to say something wonderful, but I will say that I booked my reservation for the car on August 24 for my trip September 17 and was expecting a BMW or other. When I showed up my only option was a Buick which was fine but how is it possible that I lost out on a luxury car when I booked my appointment so far in advance? When I got there it was nice I got a huge discount which I’m happy about but what was the point I could’ve just drove my truck down to the beach, instead of trying for a luxury car. The moment I pulled up, I saw a person driving off with a rented BMW. Not quite sure how they run their reservations, or is it first come first serve, again what would be the point of doing a reservation. I am sad that hertz is gone from Redlands, because they did people good and followed the rules. I wanna thank the kind gentleman that gave me a big discount for doing what I was supposed to do!!!!
I was supposed to be next and was passed over by two people. Other than that great place. Its where I rent all my cars from.i would definitely recommend to any and everybody. Easy to book usually no hassle.

Great experience. Got an upgrade from the representative, which turned out to be the perfect car for the trip that was planned. Very expedient, efficient, and courteous employees at the Redlands location upon pick up and return, as usual, especially for a busy location. I always go to this location as well as Ive never had a problem with them. Keep up the strong work.

Picked up a vehicle for a beach trip, soon as I got the car home, I had went in my truck to run some errands. When I returned in a few hours, I noticed the change oil light was on in the rental but the location had already closed. I brought the vehicle back the next day and the manager gave me a full refund and a coupon for 10% off my next rental! They were very understanding and accomodating.
I went to pick up my rental and noticed the place was very busy with numerous customers. I waited for a short time and talked to a rental agent. Her informed me that the vehicle class that I reserved was unavailable at the moment and offered me lower class model to do my errands at no charge until the one I reserved came in. When I came back I was pleasantly surprised that luxury model was available at no additional charge. My family and I were very happy with the service and friendliness of the rental agent. All in all VERY SATISFIED!!!
The last few times weve rented from here were extremely disappointing. More than once we have had our reservation not honored simply because they do not have inventory otherwise itd be over an hour wait. What I dont understand is how can Enterprise accept a reservation request from us and give our car away? We were traveling out of town on the day of our reservation and this caused a severe inconvenience. The employee at the counter had the audacity to offer us a one-hour wait and told us we could go and have some lunch and come back. Is that your solution? I dont believe Enterprise teaches empathy in their customer service training. I hate to be harsh (&really dont leave Google reviews often) but there have been too many times this has happened at this location. Please go elsewhere.
Picked up the 15 passenger Ford Transit Van just as I had reserved and everything went without a hitch!Vehicle was perfect for what we needed and ran like a top! Redlands Enterprise Rental Car is the bomb. I would recommend them to anyone in need!

Not enough staff to assist amount of customers obtain their vehicles. Long wait even with appointments 😩. Staff takes reservations for cars that are not available when you arrive and customers have to wait until a car is returned by another customer. Not good business practices 😬

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any rental car company.Tried getting my employee discount and it didn’t go through which was fine, so instead the manager offered to wave my young driver fee. I was having issues with my actual work car so I ended up having to extend my rental for a month and at the end of my period I was overcharged by almost double. Called in and the manager called me a “fraud”, said I was a lier, and wouldn’t even let me switch the payment from my personal to business card, in turn greatly affecting my credit.Enterprise always talks about their outstanding customer service but when it gets down to it I can’t recall a time that I’ve been treated worse by a company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Called around 11am today and nobody answered and it rang for around 3 1/2 minutes before it told me “goodbye”. Then I call an hour before this location supposedly closes and the same thing happens again. It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t care.
Enterprise is the only go to place when I need to rent a car. I have not yet have any problems when renting from them fast and easy...

Ive rented cars from every place around and no one takes care of me like enterprise. I have horror stories from the red and yellow and orange companies, but I have never had a problem of any kind with this enterprise location. They are fast, friendly, accurate and thorough, and theyll even give you a ride. This is where you should rent cars if you like things to go smoothly and you enjoy customer service done the right way.
I had a aaa reservation for a rental. I called confirmed everything. Had to go to a store farther away from where i am living. I was told everything was good until i arrived. They were short on cars and then they didnt want to rent to me. They said i needed utility bills and credit cards for extra verification. This was not explained over the phone. Complete waste of time.

This is a very busy place, usually they take care of me quite well.
I reserved a car two weeks in advance. They didnt have that size when I got there - the only available one had someone elses name on it. They upgraded me to a larger car (a minivan, which mean my gas mileage was much worse than it would have been with the car I actually reserved) without increasing the price, which was nice, but then they said if I wanted the insurance that I was planning to get it would be twice the price because the car was bigger.The whole thing felt like a bait and switch. I am glad they had a car for me, but the whole situation was frustrating, and it took almost an hour and a half from getting there at my reservation time to when I actually drove off the lot. The only good part was that the staff was nice about everything, but that didnt offset everything else.
I requested a pickup from my house and was denied because Im out of the service area but I live 4 miles away a 7 minute drive, last time I got dropped off I also qualified for an upgrade but didnt get one even after they verified the email. I am not happy with this rental
Awesome experience my insurance set a reservation and when I got there they got me in a vehicle of my choosing and on my way quick. Awesome service awesome people couldn’t be happier!!
I went to this location to rent a compact vehicle. I saw that according to online they had multiple cars that matched this description or were within the price range so I went in right away instead of reserving a vehicle. When I got there, the woman who helped me said they didnt have any compact or midsize vehicles and asked if I would rent a minivan for $100 a day. I said no as I did not want to spend that much, have never drove a minivan, and I only needed the vehicle to transport myself. She then told me the lowest she had was a $61 per day vehicle. When she took me on the lot, I pointed to the compact car I saw online for $49 a day and was able to rent that one, but she still charged me the $61 per day. Due to the way she lied several times about what vehicles were available, still over charged me, her dismissive tone and actions, and then also had me sign on a tablet zoomed in on the signature section so I could not see the breakdown of what I was paying and was only given a verbal quote, I didnt feel good about the whole situation and had planned to return the vehicle early. While I was considering this, the branch manager text me asking for my feedback and if I was completely satisfied. I replied with my experience and that I wasnt completely satisfied and I never heard back from her even several days later. I was supposed to rent the car for a week and I returned it after a day. From my experience, I feel like customers are treated as disposable and asking for feedback is a formality instead of actually applying it to your business in order to make your customers feel welcomed and heard.
This Enterprise branch should be, shut down. & Ms. Andrea Garcia, should demoted or resign from her duties. Pretty woman, Ugly attitude. She is very unprofessional and she dont follow Enterprise Policy, nor Customer Consumer Rights. I had a reservation at another Enterprise branch & they didnt have no cars. So, to accommodate me, the Area Manager finds me a car, at this Redlands branch. Upon arrival, I immediately was profiled as I entered the building. I felt discriminated. They treated me, like I wasnt a customer. I gave them my reservation#, rental pass, & my Enterprise Plus i.d.#. And they acted, like they couldnt find my reservations. So, I called the reservation center, to confirm my reservations. & It was, then at the point, when they finally found my reservations. And was denied a rental. Ms. Andrea Garcia, told me they have cars available, but their branch are not, honoring same day reservations. So, I asked an existing customer there, when did he make his reservations.? & He said, he had a same day reservation.And, when I asked her, to specify this statement or rule in the Enterprise policy. She was reluctant to do, so. I was clearly unhappy & unsatisfied. I missed my job seminar. Which means, Im jobless.....I reported this incident to Corporate & the BBB.
Got an Infiniti Q50 instead of the Fusion I wanted, they called it a free upgrade but I had to use premium gas for it so thanks a lot. Was filthy on the outside and not so good inside, I returned it cleaner than received. All smiles when they refused to let me use the restroom when I brought it back. At least this time the car didnt have a broken rear shock like the Nissan I rented from them 3 years ago.
I had a reservation for today and they had no cars available. Keep in mind if you have a reservation here, they may not honor it.

I rent from here regularly. They never have the vehicle class that I reserve. I dont understand why they dont assign vehicles to those with reservations in advance and only upgrade people who dont have reservations or make their reservations last minute. I reserved a small suv over a month ago and ended up with the option of a minivan or a pick up. If I wanted a pickup or an suv I would have reserved them. I am 49 and do not like driving big vehicles. Do better enterprise or I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Associates and service was excellent. Was very surprised to be informed that they offered me insurance in case of a breakdown, otherwise the first 100 of the diagnosis is on me. Really, so if I get lucky and it breaks down in the 200 miles I am using it, I pay?
Extremely poor customer service, the people are rude un friendly and I’m helpful. They over charge you and don’t communicate on what’s going on. They also supposedly always have an issue with their phones being down.
No issues with the car, rented from this location many times due to convenient. Customer service is always questionable and this time was the worse. Car was not ready and the customer service representative was rude. This might be the last time for this location. I will be looking at other rental companies or have to drive further to us Enterprise. Side note: the manager text me to inquire about the rental and when I replied there was no response back.

It happened 2x. I made a reservation electronically and I went to pick up the car in Redlands Enterprise and both times theres no car available. Bad service!
Car broke down on the fwy to Palm Springs - spring break, daughters, hubby and a bunch of stuff in the car. Called to ask the store if they had rentals available, the minute that I told them I didnt have a reservation the girl transferred me to reservations, and wouldnt let me get one word out. Talked to reservations, they put a standard SUV on hold for me.Called back for a pick up, when she asked for my reservation I told her what customer service just said. She then said she doesnt see the reservation and transferred me again! Rather than wait on hold again, I reserved a standard SUV online for the nearest Enterprise location. Called back again, asked to have them pick me up, nope My driver went home for the day. What? What happened to Pick Enterprise, we pick you up. Anyway, took a Lyft to get there, when I got there all they had were minivans. Tried to put me in a minivan that had a nail in the tire- ugh - took the minivan cuz really had no choice - but instead of giving me the minivan at the Standard SUV price, they charged me an extra $30/day for this minivan. I have used Enterprise for years as I work in the insurance industry and they are one of our partners. Disappointing experience.
I had a reservation at the closest location too me. I showed up on time and the doors were locked. Had a sign saying to call them and they hung up on me. No one called me to let me know ahead of time that no one was there, no cars were there or anything. I get there and since I’m out of state I and I didn’t have a major credit card that day I couldn’t get a car. I get a new reservation for a day after. They call me once leaving a message saying that the type of car i reserved was not available but that they have several others to choose from. I called more than several times and no one answered. 40 minutes before my reservation time. I finally get there and after waiting 10-15 minutes, the only employee comes out asking for my details. Followed by hi I’m really sorry but the only car we have available to you is a minivan. Followed by would this be okay? I asked for a vehicle that was not big for a reason. In the end I did not want that car and was forced to go to their farthest location from me. Fed up and not wanting to start let with another company so I followed through and went through renting through them. Going to the farthest after not telling me to go there first was bad service. Not once were they informative. In fact, they were so unhelpful that I had to drive over 30 miles location to location. Basically I did myself a disservice by going through enterprise. Time is money and they wasted my time. Over all, service was the most horrible I’ve had to deal with in a while. If you are in the south California area, it might save you time and money not dealing with them and going through a different service.

We had a great experience with this location in the past but we were very disappointed with our recent experience. We asked a replacement vehicle as the one we rented from a different location had a smoke smell. Then the manager picked this out for us and it could not be any worse. See the engine and cabin air filter pictures of the car they gave us. Please make sure to check these basic maintenance things before renting out your cars.
I USED ENTERPRISE FOR MORE THEN 10 YEARS THE ONE ON SECOND STREET SAN BERNARDINO AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE BUT THIS TIME I USED THE REDLANDS OFFICE AND I WAS DISSAPOINTED .THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE NOT FRIENDLY NOT EVEN A SMILE .AND MY HUSBAND MADE A RESERVATON FOR AN ECONOMY CAR AND IT WAS AVAILABLE WHEN HE MADE THE RESERVATION BUT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK IT UP THEY DIDNT HAVE AN ECONOMY SO WE HAD TO UPGRADE AND PAY MORE .WE EXPLAINED THE CASHIER THE SITUATION BUT SHE SAID SORRY IS WHAT WE HAVE AVAILABLE NOW SO WE ENDED UP PAYING FOR THE UPGRADE AND I THINK IS NOT FAIR .

I rented a car for a week to go up north. While in Sacramento, tire blew, stuck on side of the frwy for 2 hrs, tear in sidewall so had to purchase brand new tire, needed to be ordered so had to wait for it. This mess cut into my vaca so once I got back home I wanted to extend the rental for a few more days to go do some things. It was Friday evening, car was due back Sat. morn. The Redlands branch closed at 7pm Fri. & it was 6:40pm. I called 5 times, nobody answered. I called the Enterprise cust.service number, spoke to an agent, first thing I say is I want to see if I can extend the rental, cars due back tmrw morn, I want to turn it in Tues morn...is this something you can help me with or does it need to be arranged by Redlands? She says, Absolutely I can take care of it for you. Cool, we go over cost, she gives me price quotes, its gonna be a little under $150 for 3 more days of rental, perfect, shes going to use my Visa that I have on file, done. The next day about noon, getting ready to leave, see a missed call from Redlands Enterprise. Call them to see whats up & this is where my NIGHTMARE begins. Stephanie answers & asks me why I havent turned in the car, it was due at 9am. I explain everything, that I had set it all up already to return it Tues. Im really bothered with the fact that theres no record of that phone call the night before that lasted at least 20 mins, the woman just never processed it??? Stephanie isnt concerned with this at all, not offering any explanation or making an attempt to find out what happened, never apologized for the inconvenience, just wanted to hurry up, figure out the cost, bill me & hang up. So she quickly tells me its gonna be like $320. Wait, back up, how are you getting this amt? She tells me it includes a $200 deposit, something thats already been charged to my Visa the day i picked the car up. I tell her this & she says You only paid a $145 deposit, they didnt take enough out, youre supposed to pay $200. Im still confused about what happened with my phone call with the Enterprise agent Fri night, now all this deposit nonsense. I tell her my total price when I reserved online was $437. My Visa was charged $637, exactly $200 more for the sec dep. Now youre telling me No they only took $145, that doesnt make sense. The next thing she has the audacity to say is If youre not happy with this price you can return the car right now. WOW!! Ok so when I return the car Tues, Im going to get $400 dep back? No, youre going to get $200. Nothing she was saying made any kind of sense & she is giving me NO explanation to the pricing, just either give us $320 RIGHT NOW or return our car. She said shes tired of going round in circles with me because Im obviously not understanding whats being told to me. She had given me ZERO answers as to how she arrived at that price or how she was going to charge me $400 but only give me $200 back. She says shes going to get someone else to explain it since Im incapable of comprehending. I tell her Yes, pls do, preferably a supervisor. She tells me Well I am a supervisor but Ill get you someone else. I ended up having to DRIVE OVER to the office where Alex, who was very nice & helpful, explained it all to me. It turns out the $320 does NOT include any sec dep AT ALL, thats the price just to rent the car another 3 days. After looking into the only paid $145 dep, Enterprise had taken $55 Roadside fee for the flat I got. No one from Enterprise assisted me with that blow out. I called them to see if it was covered under the extra insurances I had purchased, nope roadside is separate but they took $55 anyway, Alex reversed tht fee. But the best part, Stephanie is NOT a supervisor. Apparently its ok to just tell customers that youre a supervisor when youre not & talk to customers rudely. Management is aware & has done NOTHING. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
All i can say about this place is WOW and THANK YOU!!!I called to have the cars oil change and windshield wipers done and less than 15 minutes a rep was outside my work waiting to take the car in. Less than 30 minutes later, they called me to say that its done and car is parked and fixed... I mean ...just wow. Great job you guys and i really appreciate it!!!!!!
Worse Experience Ever !! They picked up my son took him to redlands and did not have a compatible car ready for him even after we had a reservation. Then they offer him a Cadillac which we had to pay out of pocket, no problem then they hit him with oh it wont be ready. Then suddenly an Altima they say they have but would not do a thorough walk through for inspection. We asked for it to be cleaned and dried to inspect, they got upset and gave it to someone else. They then leave my son there with no ride refused service We had to call Hertz to pick up and get a car.
I have rented several cars and trucks from Enterprise. I have always been pleased with their service and support as well. Until my last rental nightmare. I was returning my rental and the young lady (name unknown) who checked in my vehicle was out of line. She charged me my entire $200 deposit for a detail Cleaning staying that upon inspection she smelt cigarette smoke and seen ashes inside the vehicle. There were no questions as one might expect. She was very stern with her words and made me feel as though I committed a crime. I very boldly stated to her that she was in fact not mistaken but she was outright WRONG! I explained I had not smoked anything inside that car and she just gave me a stern face. Made me feel like a child being reprimanded. Thats how I felt and so I just left. I attempted to call the location several or more times that and the next day with m answer. No explanation and no investigation or results.
I rented a vehicle from the Redlands CA Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Contacting this office for information was difficult, the majority of the time calls would be dropped after someone didnt answer. The tech that walked me to the rental did not complete a pre-rental inspection and seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. The Branch Manager (Kimberlee) texted me asking for feedback but never replied once I sent it. Overall i had a poor experience at the Redlands branch.
Very upset with the service I received today and ended up leaving, my family trip is now messed up because no one lets people know when the polices change and doesnt even call to confirm my rental and I had to use uber to get to and from. I am a gold enterprise plus member.

Worst customer service experience Ive had in years, top to bottom: Rental van was obviously recently smoked in (masked for a day with fancy spray); receipts from previous renters were found in two different parts of the car (contradicting the Complete Clean Pledge promise during COVID-19); 2 days after renting the car, branch manager Kimberlee asked for feedback, which was provided and then completely ignored; tried to swap out the vehicle and was told they had zero cars on the lot; item we left in the car was removed/disappeared within 30min of dropping off the car and team was extremely loyal to each other not seeming to care about the customers POV; was told no receipt would be provided for my out-of-pocket expenses and that Id get an email, that never arrived. Spoke with manager over the phone today to obtain a receipt/invoice, and provided well-meaning feedback, to only receive silence and team loyalty back. No acknowledgment of unclean vehicle or smoke damage complaint. Ive rented here a dozen or so times and will not return. So disappointed.
They called me the night before my appt date to pick up the vehicle to say to be there at 10:30 am that way I would miss the rush. But when I got there not only didnt they have the car but I had to wait 2 hours to receive one, the workers there didnt have a clue what was going on. They keep receive more clients and helping them out, while I waited frustrated with them. They didnt even offer me a seat or water I will NEVER rent from them again. ( Redland California Enterprise) bad service.

I picked up a rental on Friday for the weekend and the guy that just me I believe his name was Will. He was very helpful and friendly. He made sure he had the car cleaned and ready to go i was happy to have a great experience over all . Thank you again!
I will not come here again. The staff are like kids with authority to rent you a car or not. They need special training dealing with handicap person. I am disgusted with the lack of training of the staff.
All the employees with whom I dealt at the Redlands Enterprise were friendly and efficient for both the pickup and return of the vehicle. The car was in perfect shape. I will definitely return to this location the next time I need to rent a car.

I dealt with Melvin two times getting my car. The man asked a ton of questions to make sure he was getting the right car for my family and our needs. When I dropped the car off, he not only remembered me but asked how our trip was and looked for feedback about the car we rented. Ive NEVER got this kind of service from Enterprise- Ive had not so great experiences in the past- but the way I was treated makes me a customer for life.Theres simply no replacement for personal customer service and thats what I got. I would glad recommend Melvin and Enterprise to anyone I know. If something isnt right, Melvin will make it right. Ask for him by name.
I have never had a bad experience here, until this time I rented a suv and it was dirty inside and the outside still had mud on the sides. I asked the gentleman helping me and f he could please have this vehicle washed. He had me pull up and another gentleman washed it and said your good to go I said no way what about the inside it’s dirty. He seemed inconvenienced and wiped it down fast so I used my wipes and drove to the car was and paid 22.00 to have it cleaned correctly. I did report it to Amber never heard back.
I am renting from enterprise for a while now I never had a problem until recently. Recently they took the money out of my account and then turned around and charged my whole car the amount they had already been paid. I’ve been with my bank account negative because they refused to refund me my money. They are telling me that they have no control over and I have to call my bank even though they were the ones that took the money that made the authorization I will not be using them anymore and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Actually used two different location one for a week use which was Redlands, Cali have to rate a three due to the way their customer service an getting the vehicle you reserve. But the San Bernardino office has been good to me for many years an i have to rate them a 5,if any problems arise they do best to correct .Thats what keeps customers coming back knowing they getting the best deal. Needed a Rental because I had to put my car in the shop. Relands Enterprise was there to rescue me. They have so many nice options to choose from. There so friendly an understanding, an got me in an out with no problem.
Ive been renting from enterprise for the last 15yrs but the last rental was by far the best ever. After my mom was diagnosed with covid-19 twice me and my sisters was very scared but both times she came home. 2 days later my baby sister fainted at home with her kids alone and had to be rushed to the ER and prepped for emergency surgery my mom rushed to Barstow CA to get the babies 1 and 5, but me and my oldest sister did not have a vehicle so at the last minute literally 12 minutes to closeing we was greeted and helped by Tiera who was the absolute best she was helpful polite and she asked what was wrong and I told her which she was very caring and wished us well. We was in and out within minutes. Then on the return Samuel did the return and was again very polite helpful and asked how was the vehicle which has never happened and for those two Tiera and Samuel I will forever rent from and refer enterprise. Ih and Tiera came out and asked me how was my sister which really warmed my heart
Very poor experience. 2 days in a row nobody was picking up the phone, could have made my pick up process totally different. Then, I had to pay hundred bucks for uber/due to traffic that day since I was not able to talk to anyone to give me a ride to get the rental car, I was soo late to work that day, and I know I payed for a decent car for a reservation but they gave me a straight out of junk shop vehicle which was so gas-thirsty. The releasing guy promised that it was all sanitized but of course I had to make sure, realizing all my disinfecting wipes were all blacked with dust just at the drivers area. But I was late so I was left with no choice. Then I opened the trunk the next day, the rear seats and floor were like dried from a muddy flood it was filthy. Definitely not worth recommending. What a waste of money & time.
I have used your car rental agency many times, on a regular basis for a number of years. You have been our preferred provider for all company trip rental needs.On this last occasion I did note a lower standard of customer service attitude.When I stopped by to secure a reservation, there was a booth outside with a very rude young man receiving the customer requests. I asked for a rental for the following Sunday. He cut me off to say the office did not open on Sunday . I settled for one day earlier, then he asked for the time. I asked if he meant pick-up of return, he retorted BOTH !!I did not say anything, only stopping for about 10 seconds and giving him a long hard look, until he looked away. After that the transaction proceeded uneventfully. (no name tags, so no idea who he is).When I returned the car I was received by a young lady that appeared to be have some rank (manager ?), but again no name tags to help identify.She handled the return with a minimum of communication, acting more like I was not standing just a few feet away from her.In conclusion: the customer service decline is likely to reflect a attitude coming from management and picked up by all the lower level employees.The only bright spot was the young man that handled my rental when I came for pick-up, he stood out, since his co-workers are in such contrast.Hope you talk to someone about this. I have been a regular customer and never cause any issues.I would like to see name tags on the employees, I sure dont want to hire them when they come to me for their next job.Albert H. Arteaga
As a teacher during Distance Learning, I needed a little getaway! I used the online service, entered my CTA discount code, and reserved a car. The service at the Redlands location was fast and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. Returning the car was breeze. Great experience!
Have had better experiences with them. I tried to calling to verify last minute rental reservations and to verify the location was open but couldnt reach anyone at either option ( location or call center). Arrived at location in sunny SoCal (where social distancing is still in effect) and there was little to no shade available for the many customers waiting. The staff was fairly friendly considering the situation.
Stay away from this place. Ruined my whole vacation.
Fast and friendly service. Easy to check in and check out. The car and all its functions worked great. Ive been using Enterprise locally for 18 years whenever I needed to rent a car and Ive never been disappointed.

Awesome staff, made us feel comfortable. Stayed after hours to handlea minor pick-up issue. They remedied it promptly with excellent customer service. They close later than most on Saturdays are open Sundays, too. We ended up using their services for at least 10 days, renting 3 different cars and are extremely satisfied..
I reserved a vehicle at 10 am and I was told that the vehicle was going to be ready by 12 pm. I arrived at 11:30 am and they told me that they tried to call me and I didnt answer when I had my phone in my hand the whole time. They said that the car was going to be ready by 3 or 4 pm. I asked them if they could contact another enterprise and get a vehicle for me and they just gave me a number.
I was very impressed with how the employees handled the volume of customers and cars while I was waiting. Very organized chaos. All of the employees wore masks, they had very good social distancing practices in place and communicated with their customers and each other to keep the system moving. My car was clean and in excellent condition. I decided to extend my trip by two days and that process was easy breezy. I look forward to renting from Redlands Enterprise in the near future. Hopefully I can get the same car. :)

Failure to deliverBooked a reservation in advanced, come the day off and they have me stand outside for 20 minutes with no explanation. They finally tell me the car was damaged and they cant rent it. Why would you not call me before to tell me the car was no longer available.Do not expect your reservation to go through...It means nothing to them.
I rented a car at the Redlands, CA location. The staff were courteous, listened well and provided great customer care. Ive been renting cars when needed from Enterprise for the last 20 years and I have always left with a smile and satisfied with their rates and customer care.
So apparently I came on a very VERY busy weekend. I hadn’t even had my car for 24 hours and got a flat tire . I got a ride to he location first and the manager toldMe if I bring it back with the tire changed she will swap it for a new car really quick. I got the tire changed in an almost 100 degree heat and come back and the manager was not pleasant, sadly. She spoke to Me when I first approached her after coming back with the spare tire and then totally forgot about me after that . When I first got the carThe day prior a woman name jasmine helped me and she was very friendly and made the processes simple and quick. I asked for her again after not hearing from the manager and she made things happen quicker for me. She also gave me a free upgrade. So after all the unfortunate things and manager I’ve had to deal with in less than 24 hours the onlyPleasant thing about this experience was jasmine, thank you jasmine, your dedication and hard work truly Made this experience so much better for me and my grumpy pregnant self. Amazing customer service, everybody’s welcoming before even you step I the office, Melvin was very helpful, he offered us multiple options to choose from, we were in rush plus the car that was reserved for us was an amazing brand new car. Needed a rental as my car was at repair shop and still slow repair due to COVID19. My check out was fine and guy told me price for per day rental which is 24 hrs. When I returned the car after 20 days, the agent told me the rental is for 20 days. Due to covid19, did not take the printed receipt and hence when received the email the header of receipt said 20 days. When looked at my credit card it had 20 days plus 1 day charges even though rental was only for 20 days. Seemed like they cheat as we may not see further detail if the receipt header says 20 days.Apart from this car had no washer fluid and other problems. I called and left the voice mail and no one called back during my entire rental period.I never had this issue in the past as rented so many times from them. It may Redlands, CA location who has front staff do the right thing BUT the manager does all the goofy stuff. BEWARE!!!
