Mark and his staff go above and beyond to provide a stellar customer service experience. Mark and his staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and kind. They know that without happy customers, their business would not exist and they take it seriously. Mark and his staff have a loyal customer in me.

The only Avis in the San Bernardino area. The cars are good and relatively new. The rates are decent if you plan ahead. The downside is that this location seems to be staffed by one person, leading to long waits even if you have a reservation. More stars of they could staff up. Also, a restroom for customers would be appreciated.

Just called for a last minute reservation. It’s 12:30 store closes at 1pm I get it you’d like to go home but you’d think the business would attempt to see if a cars available before dismissing me saying “we close in 30 minutes sir” crazy.

Mark, at the Redlands California location, went out of his way to help me. He was very honest and thorough with the charges. I had to call the extend my days for the car and he was very pleasant to work with. Also, a very helpful thing to note, Avis will let you rent a vehicle with a debit card as long as its not a pre paid to rent the vehicle. This was a plus for me as I dont have credit cards. I would highly recommend Avis over any other car rental because of this and also, they go above and beyond to help you.

Poor, poor customer service!This office is run by 1person who has no customer service skills and over charges.Recent experience low inventory.When called to try and extend rental due to family emergency, no one was available. Results in overcharges not justified. Dont go here!!!!

Hire more employees. Every time I’m here it takes so long due to the amount of customers and the lack of employees. You got 1 guy doing all the work.

Mark is awesome, I have never had any issues with the cars I rent from this location. Great customer service and fast friendly service. I have tried other companies but Avis is my go to company. We always rent a car for our vacations so it keeps miles of of ours and mainly if something breaks down we get a replacement car and don’t have to ship mine all the way back home. Great pricing as well.

Both times I have to this Avis location I have found that only 1 person is working the front counter MARK. He is awesome and knows his stuff. He is the only reason we keep coming back. He always makes sure we are happy and satisfied. The building seems generic and cold but dont turn away because Mark is on his way. He makes all the difference and has been there for years. The prices are not to bad either. We payed two weeks in advance of picking up our car rental, it was not there when we arrived. We did walk out with a different vehicle and found it very satisfying. For me I will always pay in advance.5 star because of customer service - and one word: MARK.

Im on a business trip staying one block north of Avis. During the week I can use the company car, but on the weekends I want to explore California. Mark, who runs Avis, has been in this location for 18 years, he has loyal customers who have come to his business for 15 years. My experience has been top notch. Theyre very professional. The cars are clean and in good shape.

Rented a small SUV for a quick trip to Arizona. Easy to reserve, quick pick up and very fast return. I was able to do everything on the website. Next time will try their app

1 st car had bad brakes and no oil. Called them and they said it wad all good. Oil went down to 13% and then the brakes failed. 2nd car said it had a tie issue. They took the car and supposedly fixed the tire. Next day tire went flat. Had to grey out towed. 3rd car was perfect.

This isnt your quick-and-go rental location. If youre expecting to drop in your rental car within 5 minutes like you do at airport rental places, youre mistaken. But heres the good news: you have Mark! Hes a great guy, represents Avis very well, and no matter the wait, he will make sure youre taken care of. I was amazed by his efficiency and ensuring customers get their rental in a timely manner. This is a location that could use a second associate at the counter, but despite this, Mark *will* make sure you have a good rental and on your way.

We rent one-way cars from here as the best and most economical alternative to getting us to LAX airport.We are always greeted warmly by the staff, and the car is waiting. I know that there was a change in ownership not too long ago, and in my opinion, it was a great change!I joined the Wizard club, so checkin and checkout is very easy, and charges go right on my credit card.When we have visitors come, we rent from this facility whenever possible for them, as well.Good show Avis! The Redlands facility is very much a travel/business tool for me!

The service at this location was excellent when I picked the car up but the store wasnt open when I returned the car.

The man working took a personal video call in the middle of helping us then gave us a truck instead of the sedan that we had reserved. The truck got about 10mpg which we were not ready to be able to drive or pay for that gas difference. Would not recommend renting a car from here.

Mark was great! We had to wait a little because it was busy but my friend and I didnt mind at all because of how nice and helpful Mark was throughout the process. He came and picked us up and got us all squared away. Great experience!

If there were a way to leave negative 5 stars It still wouldnt rate my experience with this establishment. First off the guy at the redlands location was beyond rude and unprofessional! My reserved vehicle was rented out before I got there, I was told I was lucky that they had a vehicle available for me which was not at all what I needed. This ruined my vacation with kids sitting cramped for 1,000 each way. I contacted customer service which made promises that were never kept. All in all my vacation was ruined, I got charged $1,100 on a $419 rental and only $200 was refunded. This is a long story short . This business is a joke and I strongly recomend saving yourself the frustration and inconvenience by not doing business here.

I do NOT recommend this car rental place to anyone. Two weeks ago, we reserved a Ford Edge for $480. Yesterday, we went to pick up the car, but they told us that they had no more cars available, not even one. They told us that they would try and find another car at another Avis location, but the closest one was 35 minutes away. They offered us another Ford Edge for $760 ($280 more than our previous reservation) which was too expensive. So, they offered us another car - the Ford Escape - which is a smaller SUV for $562, and it still cost more than the Ford Edge we reserved two weeks ago. This place ripped us off. They had our phone number and email adress on file, but NOBODY from that company even bothered to notify us that there were no more cars available. They waited until the last minute to pressure us to bite to their current rate without taking into consideration our business deal. These people involved were very unprofessional. We ended up renting a car for a better deal at another company. We will NEVER EVER do any transaction with this company again. I hope you take this review in consideration :)

Rent from Avis in Redlands quite often. Shawn and Mark always take very goodcare of me. Never had a problem. Always get the car I want and if they dont haveit there they will find one for me. I would recommend this place very highly.

The car I got was dirty on the outside and on the inside. When I asked if it could get it washed the girl was very nice and said yes. The guy that had to wash it didnt seem too happy about it. When the guy gave me the keys to the car after the car was washed, but not dried, he asked if I could make sure that the car was washed before returning the car. Since when is that a requirement? Then I get into the car and it reeks of cigarette and its dirty inside with stains and sticky marks everywhere. I only went with Budget Car Rental because it was a little bit cheaper than Enterprise. Now I know why it was cheaper, next time Ill stick to Enterprise.

Mark, the owner of this Avis budget rental place is one of the hardest working people I know. He is always polite and helpful, and has earned my business whenever I need a rental.

Convenient Avis location. They usually just have 1-2 people working desk, so if you are unlucky and 3 people are ahead of you, it may take a while. But its not very busy so its usually fast and they are VERY SWEET.

I made the mistake of renting from these guys to get to lax. Just me and a single backpack no luggage. Backpack stayed in passenger seat. Then weeks later I get a $250 bill for a stain in the backseat! Prices may appear to be reasonable but they will stick it to you on some nonsense. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worst customer service EVER!! Got there at 8:00 AM. No one there untill 8:10. Computers are down but man working there never said anything about it to customers. We had to ask what was going on. Told us to go to Colton, Colton had no cars. I went to Enterprise. Should have gone there in the first place. Took 5 phone calls to get my money refunded. Even though he could not give me a car, he ran my credit card and charged me. NEVER again will it I to Avis.

The customer service was excellent, the price was right and it was quick. Ive gone to other rental agencies and waited as much as 30 before even approaching the counter. Not the case here.

When you plan to rent from this location, make sure you take plenty of time coz this guys are never in the office behind the counter. They always running around.
