This was my first time to this lab. Easy to find, they have a kiosk to sign in quick. I was in and out pretty quick. The Lab Technician, Sonia was very professional and nice. She knows what shes doing because it didnt hurts

I was so happy from the time of parking to checking until I left I was in and out!Im so glad I went out of my way coming from San Bernardino. Front desk person WASNT rude THATS always a plus. The person who drew my blood was also nice! Definitely using this office again!

Sonia is the best. She said I shouldnt have to wait since I have a blood clot. She always gets me right back to draw my blood.

This place was the worst my daughter has very hard veins 2 find I told them lady was horribly rude and assured me she would not stick her if she wasnt sure she stuck huge needle in and dug it all around hurting her badly like purposely I got so mad.told her stop now my daughter never want to go to get blood work and i need to get it done i will never go back here again worst lab cure ever Im use to very kind very professional this lady and staff rude 2 old 2 nasty thanks alot 4 really making it harder mean lady

Super long wait, personal not friendly. If you can pick up another location or other Lab company go for ir. I hope Lab Corp Managment take in consideration all these reviews and do something about it .

I had a very positive experience here, especially with the front desk technician Sonia . She was so kind and helpful, especially with my mothers doctors office making mistakes. She answered my random questions and I felt welcomed and supported through my experience there. Unfortunately, my mother wasnt able to get her blood drawn (doctors fault). I had my blood drawn and Sonia was gentle and reassuring. She was very knowledgeable about the tests and their purpose for my own blood test. Her attitude was so uplifting and genuine. I really appreciated that kindness, it was much needed after a 12 hour fast. I definitely will be back because of the professionalism and empathy received. The office is so clean and more modern compared to San Bernardinos location. I definitely did not wait too long which was great since I was starving! Thank you Lab Corp of Redlands !

I signed in at the kiosk like asked. Once signed in I was told I could wait outside since I had an appointment and that they had my number to call me. 45 minutes later I see people who came in after us leave. I go in and they said theyve been calling me in the office. I have a job to get to. My kid hasnt had breakfast because of these tests. Horrible office.

I can say that my experience with LabCorp is not usually pleasant... Super long wait times, rude staff, issues with paperwork or their system etc. Im not sure if they company has improved as a whole or if its just this location but wow theyve really turned things around!Showed up to the minute for my appointment, was in and out in 5 mins! No issues with paperwork or the system, the staff was super friendly and the expedited service was super impressive! I think Ill be going to this location from here on out.

This is the worst place to get the blood work done, I see people waiting hours, and sometimes they just close in the middle of the day without putting any sign on the door. I waited 2.5 hours then the receptionist told me to wait another hour, then I came back after an hour and she said itll take 25 more min. Worst experience of my life.

I love Dora she made me feel comfortable and took care of my fear of drawing blood. I only will come to this location to do my blood drawing and with only Dora. She is wonderful we need more people like her.

I went to Corona lab Corp because I was in the area. The place was dirty, hot, and the people were snotty. There was about 15 people ahead of me and every single person was angry and had been waiting more than 20 minutes. Went to Redlands Got in-and-out in 5 minutes. The place is clean and the staff is pleasant and personable.

I give this place a 2 because the chaos the poor phlebotomist have to put up, and lack of staffing. The workers were great, but they are doing the administration and lab work!? They are obviously not given the tools too excel and do the best, which is not their fault. Management and corporate really need to take a step back and evaluate how they are running the company.

This place is terrible. Even with an appointment the wait is rediculas. I had pre op blood work done 3 times. It kept coming back that I had a infection. My doctor did it at her office and I had no infection. Also they are terrible with kids

I would not advise anyone to go here, if the place is busy, you cant go out in the hall way and wait, where their is more seating, because the women in the office, will not walk a little ways to call your name. That is what the woman in the office told me. So you would have to stand and wait, just so you wont miss your name from being called. I dont know about you, but I dont want to stand and wait. Hopefully, they change their ways and act like a good business, instead of being lazy as hell. Hope this comment helps others and prevents them from standing for long periods of time, because people in the work force are lazy and rude.....

Ive been here many times and they are usally awesome. Until today. I checked in at 9am and let them know Im taking a 2hr test and they said ok you be called. The check in computers went down. So they wrote down the names to people closes to the door. They took 4 people who arrived after me. I waited an hour. So now Im staying in their office for 3 hours instead of 2hrs. Im pregnant and starving 😭😭😭

I had to take my daughter in here for blood and she was petrified. The lady (I think her name was Tracy) was so kind and funny! She put my daughter at ease

Using this facility was a good experience. Everyone was very nice and the woman who drew my blood did an excellent job.

I highly recommend this lapcorp. Staff is very friendly and professional. I was out in less than 15 minutes.

Sonia was the best. I waited max 20 min to be seen. Usually when i get bloodwork done i get poked at least 5 times trying to find a vein but sonia got it on her first try 10/10 recommend

This lab was amazing. I was in there for pre-op services and I found that the staff was amazing with my 2 and a half yeargranddaughter. She was getting ear tubes inserted. So they needed urine and blood samples and that was no easy job!! The phlebotomist was amazing, patient and kind!

Receptionist is the worst, rude to everyone, never smiles, someone should report and close this place down, they dont know how to run this place.

They are fast and do their jobs correctly! No complaints!

Ask for SONIA!!!!! I USED to hate this lapcorp but since Sonia became the coordinator it is a completely different experience. She will fix mistakes that others have made, she is full of knowledge and help if something has gone wrong (especially if you have complicated lab work like I always do)If she takes your blood it never hurts, she always finds even difficult veins, and she checks every detail to make sure everything is correct for your lab orderThis place has NEEDED Sonia for a lonnnnng time and she is just absolutely amazing. I am so glad she is there now because I have very frequent lab orders and now I know I dont have to be concerned about my experience. I literally cant say enough good things about her. Give this woman a raise (she seriouslyyyyyy deserves it) THANK YOU LABCORP for hiring her!!!!

Facility is clean. Express check-in is a joke. Scans your info but cant read your card so you have to manually enter your info anyway. What happened to customer service? I guess human interaction is too much to ask anymore

Okay, I will start backwards. 1) They are in violation of state and federal specimen integrity. Upon contributing a urine sample and placing it in the sample passthrough, there were already 4 samples sitting there. This is a CLIA violation, amongst others.2) their checkin is not ADA compliant, they directed everyone to self checkin on ipad mini’s that did not have a verbal or large font option.3) the waiting room reeks of piss and BO.4) I called ahead for making an appt online, they advised me to just come in—as walkins were fine, however upon arriving there were many people who had checked-in online.5) was told wait would be 30min, it was 2 hrs.

Those people are great. They are crowded sometimes and empty at other times. Just make an appointment. Without an appointment you will not like any labs. And whatever you do, never go to the one in San Bernardino.

What a great place to have your blood drawn! You go online, make an appointment, show up, sign in and you are guaranteed a ten minute or less wait time. They took me right in, I waited a few minutes and the friendly phlebotomist shows up and draws my blood and I was out of the door in less than 15 minutes. This has been my experience every time I need their services. They are conveniently located across from Redlands Community Hospital. Parking is available close by, not a long distance to walk. Everyone there is kind and helpful. I wont go anywhere else.

This place can be super busy or you could be in and out in 20 minutes. Im here pretty often and have experienced both ends of the spectrum. The office staff is usually busy but kind, especially if youre friendly to them (I think theyre just busy and trying to get you seen and are more focused on that). Ive had great experiences as well as not so great (one visit left me with pain and bruised for about a week, though I havent seen that person here again for a long time, while another gal was super). Brought my children here and it went well too (very kind, friendly, engaging, knew what she was doing, no pain afterward) but I did hear a little one in another room not so happy about his visit another day (who wants to be poked, but maybe some can brush up on the skill of working with children). I guess it just depends on who you get. Better waiting room than other lab corps weve been to (newer, larger, cleaner). This place is out of the way for me by worth driving to as far as Im concerned.

The Redlands location is so efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Normally its at least an hour wait at other locations.

I go here at least twice a year and they often get to me quickly. They are very professional and are pretty great at drawing blood.

Website says they close at 4pm. Got there at 3:30pm and their hours on the door say that they closed at 3pm

Take too long and rude staff! Great pharmacy though.

Delayed my care for two weeks. When they finally saw me (after having been turned away twice) they were resentful and rude.

Get there as early as possible. Check the order a day before. Nurses can sometimes be mean, but get the job done.
