They are not what i was told as far as professional there not. They even tried the Bs lie trying to say i need a new engine which i know 100% bs on there part because it was in the shop as we talked i tried to get a break instead they wanted stick it in me. Oh they still have not given a price or even taken a look at the car i made it easy because i know the problem head gasket is all car never got hot yet but they are sure it needs a new engine total bs lie to drain ur pocket. If they cant do the work say so but lie ? ? 0 stars out of 5 they made me have to give 1

This mechanic shop is amazing. I’m glad me and my pops found them back when we had our own dealership. They always fixed any of our foreign cars that had any issues and got the job done correctly and fast than and now I’m taking my personal BMW to them! Oil changes and when I need my breaks done. This is a honest business hands down! They stand on there word 🙏 Don’t think twice to come here! If your Benz, jaguar, Volkswagen, or bmw has something wrong with it... these are the guys to fix it! 💯

I brought in my 07’ Mercedes S550, was having some electrical issues. These guys are gentleman, quoted me a more than reasonable diagnostic fee, and kept me in the know as their investigation progressed. Very fair pricing, un-like the dealer who would of totally took advantage of a what seemed a simple repair.They came highly recommended and I can see why. Wally actually came out and showed me the bad parts and explained things to me. Their labor is extremely reasonable, they kept in touch with me throughout the day, and the job was finished in a professional manner the same day. The customer service was outstanding, and the crew was very knowledgeable. They dropped me off at my job and picked me up, which is hard to find. Ill never take my car anywhere else.Great work gents!

I Purchased a Used 2004 Jaguar XJR and had multiple issues right off the bat. Foreign Auto Tech was very fair and took care of me well. If there is an issue they honor their warranty. I wouldnt trust my Jaguar to anyone else. They are the best of the best.

They are the only auto shop that I will take my foreign vehicle to. Ive taken them my BMW before with radiator problems and a few gaskets to be changed, they have the best team of mechanics. When I got my BMW she was running stronger then before. I just recently I took them my Audi with what we thought was a flywheel problem they looked at the car and determined that it was the suspension or the axle actually which made the repair cost to my vehicle a little bit cheaper and they also did the preventative maintenance service on the Audi. My car is running strong and you can really feel the horsepower in my baby now. I recommend this auto shop to anybody they work with you on the cost and repairs and service with the you. As long as I live in Southern California in the County of San Bernardino Foreign Auto Tech are my mechanics.

Its not cheap but the crew and the owners are extremely gentle to deal with, They know how to come up with a diagnosis. without the meaning of miss leading you on what is wrong, they do not go on assumption so quickly just to sale you out something that do not need to be done. I guess working on foreign car is not a easy task, the good thing they are using good parts to work on a good deal cost for you. You can be sure they are working professionally on your car and not try to under mind your needs just because they have a better client on a another stand. Nothing can be so cheap when we own a foreign car like my 2004 station wagon BMW, but at least my car is in between good hands and that is a rare thing to find in this area. Bravo guys for your professionalism and for being kind to people while dealing business.

Service is great and prices are reasonable but expect to have your car there for some time.

Had my Mercedes here they had my car for two weeks!!! 2 weeks!!!! They claimed that the key was causing the car to not start so they ordered a new one. Ok so, after 2 weeks of not having my car guess what!!?? The same problem, no start. So I decided to take it to a different Mercedes mechanic they found the problem, battery was dying witch caused the ignition switch to fail needles to say I had to have those two items replace the price was reasonable, o! btw the key that they said that was causing my car not to start, yea it works alone with the new one. Never again will I use this shop nor reference anyone here!

I brought my car there for brake pads and rotors I I noticed that it was taking a very very long time they also it seem like send somebody in there to engage in conversation with me when I drove there my car was driving beautiful I only needed pads and brakes when I left there my car broke down the engine wouldnt go I dont know what these people did to my car but I believe they may have stole Parts off of it I noticed they sell cars out there and whatever they did they broke my car they charge me $375 and I have no car right now I had to be towed home

Good customer service but bad with waiting period. Sadly its been 6 MONTHS and i still dont have my BMW transmission fixed. I brought my car end of March 2021 and in September 2021 they finally got to taking a look at it and telling me i need a transmission. Its Now October 5th and i still dont have my car back. They have kept my car 6 MONTHS Yes. 6 GAWD DAMNNn MONTHS. Ill be paying the other half of the transmission once they finish the job, maybe in the year 2023 once they finish. I just keep getting that tomorrow it will be done. Same story over and over. Who knows, maybe once they return my car and if they do a good job on the transmission replacement after a few months if my cars transmission runs great still i will reconsider editing the review for the update.

I bought an alternator for my car a year ago and I went to change it by dialing the lifetime warranty and they came out saying that they did not buy that brand of alternator anymore, and they did not solve anything for me, they wanted me to buy another, a complete scam !! !!!
