I actually have a yearly maintenance package from another company that is supposed to give me priority for services. They said that they could squeeze me in on Friday—it’s Tuesday! There is a heatwave this week! I would have been a puddle on the ground or have burst into flames by the time they could get to me.I searched online for an A/C company that was open 24 hours and found Year Round Heating and Air Conditioning. It was very easy to make an appointment. Ari (I think that was her name) was very helpful! I called around 8:45 PM and was given an appointment for 10 PM—the same night! I was sent a text that had all the details and a picture of the technician. I appreciated that information since I’m a single gal answering her front door at 10 PM at night!Rafael arrived punctually at 10pm to fix my A/C system after calling and texting me when he was on his way. He was very professional and efficient. He fully explained what was wrong with my system and showed me pictures of electrical readings from my system. The accountability was awesome; he talked with me about my A/C system and answered all my questions. He definitely is a great technician who greatly cares about the job he does. I am now enjoying the cold air blasting in my house!

Great customer service from the whole team! Alverto was knowledgeable, friendly and personable, and delivered excellent service, beyond expectations. We started the day with our 32 year old a/c not cooling; Alverto showed up within an hour of my call and had the problem diagnosed and fixed an hour and a half later. We knew that the system was on its last leg, so asked how quickly we could get a manager/salesman out here to discuss replacement. Rafael showed up within an hour and we had a signed contract for a beautiful new system. The crew showed up at 7am the next day, did an amazing install including all new ducts, cleaned up beautifully, and the job was complete by about 5pm! We contacted Year Round Heating after having a home inspection that required we repair our ducts in the attic. I spoke to Rafael and he came over to give us an estimate. He stated that the duct installation could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Since we had sold our house, he was able to get us a good deal on the ducts to replace our old ones. After the estimate, Rafael kept in touch with me the whole time. He told me that Devin would be the person to do the duct replacement and when he would arrive. When Devin showed up to do the work, he was prompt, efficient and clean. He covered our carpet so we didnt get all the old dust and parts from the ducts on it. After Devin was done, I received a call from Rafael again to check to see how everything went and to make sure I was happy with the work. Year Round Heating and Air did a fantastic job and the customer service is stellar. This day and age you dont find many companies that are customer service oriented. I am so pleased with the work they did and the customer service we received. We will refer them to family and friends.

Further, they are committed to the continued proper functioning of the HVAC systems. I had gone around the block on HVAC repair and replacement before. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had.I requested a quote through Yelp at the peak of the first really hot snap . Twenty minutes after my online request, Year Round had me scheduled for a next day 8:00 am repair service call. I received a text the next morning notifying me of the imminent arrival of the technician, Rafael Zaragoza, who arrived dead bang at 8:00 am. Within ten minutes, Mr Zaragoza had my problem diagnosed. He further made sound recommendations for extending the life of the system. These fell into high, medium, and minimal cost categories. I followed the middle path of these recommendations.So, in 45 minutes, the system was repaired, and a plan was in place to prevent similar outages. Now, the cost. It was remarkably reasonable. The repair was a relay. I did not have to replace either the coil or compressor. I did sign up for the maintenance plan. This, however, paid for itself, as one receives 20% discount on the repair upon signing up.Well done to Year Round. If you have a chance, request Mr Zaragoza.

I found this company on thumbtack a few months ago, and I could not be more happy with their service. We needed to replace our furnace and compressor. Each time I contacted Rafael, he responded quickly and would come to our house within hours. Even on weekends!As you know, these are not inexpensive machines, so we tried to go thru our insurance company first. The lady that answered my call was so kind and was quick to set up an appointment for me and wished me a blessed day. I can’t express enough of my appreciation for Year Round Heating & Air’s professional and excellent quality of service. From the person I spoke with on the phone, Ari, to the friendly and honest technicians who came, I was very impressed with all of them and how well they treated and communicated with us.Our experience with this company started a few weeks ago when temperatures were at 116+ and our AC broke down. After calling over a dozen companies, only Year Round came in clutch for us and serviced our AC to get it running again the same day after hours past 9pm. Raphael and Miguel were so professional and honest. Our 20 year old HVAC system will need some major repairs and replacements so we decided to get estimates for a whole new system. We got several estimates and theirs was the most favorable quality package and value.Today Devin and Vincent installed our brand new system and they did such a wonderful job with the installation in one day. They were so helpful, honest and informative, explaining and answering all our questions. They prepped the carpet and floors with coverings to prevent soiling and cleaned up right after installation. Miguel was terrific. He knew right away what the problem was, fixed it and gave us a walk through of all aspects of the repair. He also cleaned coils and other preventative tasks without any additional charge. Price was very fair and hig value work performed. The company protocols and standards are clearly very high and were reflected in every step of the engagement.

Year Round never seems to amaze me!10:38 pm last night our AC stopped cooling when it was still 80 degrees outside, I considered waiting until morning to call the technician but it was getting really hot in the house, so I called their emergency line and left a message.I received a call back immediately and was assured someone would be here shortly. Raphael arrived 30. min later and worked until our system was working. He finally left around midnight.My roommate and I agreed that this is not normal! I loooove this company!!

First I was skeptical because I have no idea about this company and about replacing furnace, but after reading the comments I give them a try. God sent me Rafael he is very knowledgeable about furnace and he even thought us about saving money. Rafael was very patience and thoroughly with us especially because we have no knowledge about this, he stayed until everything goes well and he makes sure we gets it.
