We had a great experience. The staff was excellent and so nice. The only problem I had was at the end. They made it awkward questioning why I was taking my son in to get his hearing tested because he has a speech delay and is getting speech therapy. And we just came in to rule out that his hearing is fine. They asked why I was taking him in because THEY thought his speech was fine, when they had only met him for 10 minutes. I obviously know my son and and know he has a speech delay and the therapist know it too from helping work with him. Just wish they wouldn’t questing someone who is there for hearing and not speech.

The staff was so great with my young son! We drove a long way for this appointment and if you would have asked him, he would have thought this was a play date or an adventure, not a doctors appointment. He had so much fun and they were just so sweet. I appreciate them for making that experience special for him.

This office was a warm and inviting space. The staff was courteous and helped in a timely manner. The doctors were really excellent with my 2 year old son. We were able to get his hearing test done with minimal disruption.

Angela is so sweet. She saw my son in 2005 when he was 3 really good with him. Now Im going to her. She always explaines things to me so I can understand and uses visuals. Which I love. Really good all around audiologist! 😀

My mom encountered a profound hearing loss in one ear. The doctors and the hearing aid centers could not help. Angelas office was quick, professional and they were able to diagnose her issue and choose a hearing aid which has given my 83-year old mom back a huge piece of her quality of life! They were all very friendly - theyll take care of your mom too!!!

My son had a hearing test by Angela. He is 2 years old exactly. The test went well, Angela and her assistant were super nice to him and the test was quick and easy. Also I think he had fun playing with the blocks while the test was going on. Highly recommend.

Angelas entire office and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. My daughter is 2 and doesnt always cooperate in public (you know that terrible 2 stage) and they did such a great job getting her to warm up to them. I was surprised how well she was cooperating with them. I wish she was that well behaved for me! Ha ha! Great job! :)

Appreciated Angela’s approachable manner as well as her knowledge. They were accommodating with my toddler during the time I did some hearing tests which was an added help!

Angela and her staff are professional and very considerate of the patients that come in. They treat the children with care and respect. Both of my sons have been seen by them and they have gone above and beyond to make sure that they were comfortable and that the tests went smoothly and accurately. Dr. Batini is amazing with my sons! One has down syndrome with limited vocabulary, while the other has ADHD with a pretty limited attention span. She works wonderfully with bith of them!! I couldnt ask for a better audiologist!

Dr. Batini was gracious, very friendly and warm, and wasnt too busy to answer questions Ive had for years that other doctors couldnt answer. Its not always that a doctor has time to have the patience to be gracious and engaged with something theyve done thousands of times, so when you find a Dr. like this it really makes a difference. Thank you Dr. Batini.(Oh and if you figure out what that blinking muscle/yawning/rush of blood to the ears/ physical feeling of crackling reflex is, I would still love to know)

I am a veteran that is having severe problems with Tinnitus and Hearing loss. After years of neglect and being pushed around by the VA, I decided to seek out professional help to determine the damage and file a claim on my own. Angela was extremely thorough in her exam on my hearing and explained everything that she was testing for and why that is essential to understanding how that was effected by service related incidents. After feeling I was fighting an uphill battle for so long sometimes we just dont want to hassle, but it is a complete game changer when you start to loose your hearing at a young age. It effects everything you do, your work, your family, and your way of life. I have a job that is dangerous and I find myself being disable to complete certain tasks without risking my safety or the safety of others without the support of an assistant because of it. I am hoping that now I can start down a path to find out my options and how to regain some ground in life. Thank you!

Pretty amazing audiologist. The atmosphere of the office was amazing. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. The ear exam didnt last long, and we were done before we knew it.

My only complaint is with my childrens doctor office having inadequate hearing test devices, therefore creating an inconvenience to schedule another appointment. Thus, Ive been given referrals to Batinis office. Appointments have been on time or within 20 minutes and only last about 20 minutes....so in and out fairly quickly for hearing test. Friendly staff :) When I scheduled, they were about 2 months out and had limited times (tried to work around my sons school schedule and my 9-4 work schedule.

There was very little wait time, and we were seen at the time of our appointment. The associates were great with my two year old, who can be uncooperative with strangers at times.

Amazing!! My daughter is shy and they were calm and understanding. The doctor took her time and really explained what was going on with my daughters hearing!
