We loved the items Rustic Charm had to offer us! They all showed up on time and were packaged well. They were easy to get a hold of and answered many questions. What we weren’t happy about was the frustration of having to pay sales tax for everything (including tax for wear and tear of the items) which wouldn’t have been as frustrating if we would have been told up front about it. Not all rental companies charge sales tax so that bothered me. Also the company wasn’t originally willing to drop off our items early in the morning which led to a lot of stress trying to figure another option out. In the end they did drop our items off early but the stress couldn’t be undone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! It is BEAUTIFUL inside and they have many unique and classy items I couldn’t find elsewhere. The owner/staff went above and beyond to make our event happen. They honored our vision but also had some amazing ideas that added so much! I will certainly use this place in the future!

These people are wonderful. They had everything we needed. They also hauled all of the gear way up into the mountains for us. Our wedding simply would not have happened without them. Thank you again for everything.

Amazing inventory selection! Ive worked quite a bit with Rustic Charm professionally and they also did my wedding in 2015. Everything is clean and in good condition. The delivery service is outstanding! And Tammy will even help with design and layout. Highly recommend!
