Where can I start . We installed a generator for this customer awhile back. Everything that could go wrong did. It was unbelievable . I am the owner of SMARTGEN backup energy systems. I dont blame this customer at all for being upset but the facts still remain that I took care of it regardless of my employees walking of the job. I hired a contractor to finish the install. Lately keeping responsible employees or finding good workers is getting more and more harder to find. Anyone reading this post that are OWNERS would confirm this. So in the end here I want to say to the masses that I apologize to Carrie Lambert for the unrest I caused her. Please forgive me. I wanted to reply on google maps review to what Carrie left there but could not find how to do it. So I am doing it on this. Have a blessed day!!

I just went into business connections where they very quickly got me a notary. Cheryl was wonderful and even after everything was signed she refused my payment, telling me they dont charge vets. They won all my business for life, I wont let them refuse the money next time

A friend of mine needed some laborers to help move household goods. I was asked to help arrange the manpower. Business Connections was hired to supply the laborers. Every single time I had any contact with any of the people at Business Connections, I was greeted with respect, dignity and professionalism above reproach. Lynn and all of her employees had the utmost of common curtesy and always maintained professional decorum. Lynn and her staff went far above and beyond the scope of their jobs to make sure every little detail was just right for the job. These people made me feel like part of their family and treated me like that. They showed compassion when needed, and were understanding of any unique requests that were asked of them. Lynns’ exceptional leadership was evident when her employees said they loved working for her and she is the hardest working person in the office. They want to be like her! Great job Lynn. Thank you for a very pleasant experience working with you and your excellent staff. I will be a repeat customer for life.

I’d like to state the same as below!! Robbed me of an entire deposit. Charged me a grand for painting a living room and 1 bedroom. Wasn’t even painted when I moved in!! Charge for landscaping when we made the yard 10x better then when we got in it. They took the stuff we had for the dump, before handing keys over!! The point with that is they had no clue what was for the dump and what wasn’t. After all said and done they ended up with things that they shouldn’t have AFTER we realized we were missing it. Never again!! Or will I recommend them

Thieves. They tried to steal my deposit for an apt that was cleaner than when we moved in. Lucky I had all my receipts and made them email me at that moment to clear the balance owed. They lied about the amount they paid for a cleaner (the neighbor guy, who told us the true amount he was paid which of course was less) I can go on and on but that $700 amount changed after showing I still had all the receipts good thing I still have them in case they try to be shady again. Never go through landlord services its a way for the middle guy to make a buck or $700

This company helped my 91 year old Mom for years before she died. She raved about them before I even met them. After she passed, they were amazing and continued to help me with an eviction and then a sale of the house. I cant say enough about Lynn and this company!

Clearly being loyal clientele and paying rent on time means nothing to this company. Left a home in incredible condition and was charge entire deposit for minor details that were completely unnecessary.Youre better off cutting out the middle man and just renting directly.

Most dishonest people I’ve ever came across. Terrible service. Do not recommend to anyone unless you want to get ripped off.

Unfortunately this is the only place in the entire north state to go for hazmat TSA enrollment, which in itself is a huge pile of bureaucratic BS. They make you wait, theyre unorganized, they charge you good money for treating you like a convict for 30 minutes. What a country.

I had a very poor experience with this business. I was looking for rental houses and went to business connections where I had to pay for credit reports and background checks, only to be turned down for every house I was interested in renting despite having average credit and no criminal background. I inquired about several rentals only to be ignored. So basically they robbed me of my money!! Super shady business. They should be ashamed of themselves. BOO
