This place has been a true blessing! To say I have dental anxiety would be an understatement, but they continuously stay so kind and patient. The front desk ladies are insanely helpful and sweet. And the dental hygienists are gentle and compassionate about your fears, and the actual dentist was such a professional dealing with me. Im not one who enjoys a dentist visit. At all. Matter of fact, if a dentist hurts me in any way, I never go back. Wel, I must say, this was the best experience I have ever had. No noise, no smell, no pain at the time. Never felt a needle. Nothing. I will get everything done needed here. I would recommend 100 %. On a customer service note. The Best. Had my crown replaced Dr. Heinzen after the crown popped off in August 2021. I requested sedation dentistry for the crown replacement due to panic attacks and fear of the dentist since early childhood. This specific crown had been replaced three times and popped off more times then I could count. Doctor Heinzen listened to my fears without judgement or shame. He respected my request for a higher level of sedation. Doctor Heinzen ensured I felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable. I truly appreciate the office staff members and the Providers. My husband and I have been patients of Moore & Pascarella since January 2018.

First time seen at this dental practice and everyone was wonderful! The receptionist was very kind and told me ahead of time that my insurance was not contracted with the business but I decided to keep my appointment with them. The dental assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and has a bubbly personality! Dr. Moore was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Both of them caught some details in my dental work that I did not know of and also things I was aware of and came up with a game plan to fix it all. I felt very comfortable the entire time and felt as if I have been going there for years already! I was very pleased with the staff, the scope of knowledge and caring and the detailed information provided to me. I dont think Ive been that pleased with a dental office before! Thanks again!

Very nice staff. I have never really enjoyed a dentist visit but I actually did enjoy this visit. I had to get a crown and everything was explained to me thoroughly and I got to actually see how the machine makes the crown. I traveled from Redding to Red Bluff for the appointment and would gladly do so again.

Woke up to a front tooth crown missing...fortunately it was in my bed. Dental office was quick to get me in to see Dr. Moore and because I have other issues with my teeth, after asking Dr. about them, he gave me a very simple answer to fix the situation, which I have not had from other dentists. So, I am very excited and appreciate the entire professionalism of this doctor and office. Highly recommend.

We love Dr Heinzen, Dr Pascarella, and Dr Moore! They all go above and beyond at their office! My daughters love them and my 2yr old is spoken to and calmed down so well by them all.Only disappointment is not going to them sooner when they first opened up and had their farm fair for the kids lol

Love that Moore and Pascarella in red bluff is like walking into a home instead of a regular dentist office. They are amazing all around. My daughter never has a problem going!! And that’s saying something for an eight year old.

I went in to get a consultation for my wisdom teeth and the staff was amazing from the start. They made me feel uncomfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing. I am ridiculously fearful of going to the dentist even if its just a cleaning because my teeth are super sensitive. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and my nervousness was treated with sincere understanding and compassion. As an added plus, there was absolutely no pain.

Class act group here @ M&P in Red Bluff. Ive been a patient for over 10 years. Ive had everything from basic cleanings to invisalign. Its always a pleasant experience. Dr Pascarella is the best.

The receptionist was wonderful, the The tech was also great and the dentist I really like him but I went to check out and there was some woman there trying to tell me about gum disease I’m 72 years old I have had lots of lectures about gum disease I don’t need more

I went to Moore & Pascarella because they offer BPA free fillings. Dr. Moore and staff were very nice. They explained every step of the procedure and gladly answered any questions I had. Their technique is great. There was no pain! Ill definitely recommend them to my friends. On top of that the Red Bluff office is absolutely gorgeous! My dental visit was very nice! Thank you!

This place is terrible, my son has been going here for almost two years to fix his bottle rot on his four front teeth.They first recommended Dalmatian spot treatment, which is supposed to stop the rot.. but leaves unsightly black marks on his teeth.I agreeed because I was more worried about the health of his teeth than the appearances; with the promise that when he turned three they would cap his teeth.When he was a little over three we came back in where they tried to give him nitrogen oxide instead of a sleeping sedative.. the dentist didn’t have the right caps and instead tried to fill them and then grind them down while he was awake. My son as any three year old would started to freak out.. and the dentist told me they could try again in six months they DIDN’T FIX OR FILL ANY OF HIS TEETH and are billing me almost 300$ for NOTHING! DONT GO HERE!

Condition of teeth was described in depth and to my understanding. I have confidence that I will be treated with the highest concern for my welfare and dental needs. Staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I have been a (happy) patient at Moore & Pascarellas office in Redding for several years but when I broke a crown and needed to prepare for an implant, I drove to their Red Bluff office for the prep work which would take about 1-1/2 hrs. On the drive to R. B. I was full of dread, visualizing drills the size that oil drillers use in Texas but when I got to that beautiful antique house, now used as an office, I felt better and even better when I met some of the R. B. staff who were as friendly and easy-going as the Redding staff is. Then, a miracle took place before my eyes! I could pick out a documentary on Netflix and watch till the cows came home, or until the prep was over. They numbed me for the event and I floated away to the story-line on Netflix. The prep ended almost at the same time as the documentary and I sat up, took off that bib-thingy and was sent on my way home. It seems strange to say I had fun when leaving a dental office but those words were true. I always feel that way when I leave the Redding office too so I highly recommend Moore & Pascarella, no matter where you live!
