Really got us out of a jam! We were stranded in 110 degree heat in a broken down car and no one would get us for at least two hours. She came right away, cranked up her AC and took us to town. Was pleasant, fun to talk to, and a REAL LIFESAVER!

I was stranded in red Bluff. I was trying to get an Uber but I couldnt get a good enough signal on my phone for the app to load, so I called this place. She said she couldnt get there until 4:45 and I just asked her ok about what time is it now? (It was about 4pmish) And she proceeds to yell at me I DONT KNOW IM DRIVING AND STUCK IN TRAFFIC!! Ok, jeez lady. I cant see through the phone. I was kinda desperate for a ride so I just agreed to wait, even after her yelling at me but after thinking about it a few minutes, I decided to just call and cancel the ride because I was so put off by her surly attitude. Happy Cab did not seem particularly happy.

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY. The operator didn’t even listen to my request or allow me to explain the full situation. She only listened half of what I said and told me she didn’t want to do it and hung up. Completely rude and unprofessional. I have a flat tire and pets in the car — one elderly dog who can’t walk very far.

Every single time I call them, which has been a couple times within the last few years, they are always extremely rude and act as if you are such an inconvenience and also act as if to have the “audacity” to even call them and ask them ANYTHING. I have been putting off doing a review for a while, but I seriously cannot STAND it when the lady answers the phone. She sighs loudly when you ask her a question and answers you in an extremely condescending way. I seriously have NO IDEA how they are still in business. I will always use Uber and Lyft over this horrible company. Never again.

We broke down 8 miles out of Red Bluff and she was able to pick us up and take us 20 miles south to Orland when no one else would. Shes a lifesaver and thank you Happy Cab-Signed Texas

I saw Happy Cab run a red light today at 4:25 PM at the Hwy 5 exit and Antelope Blvd, hanging a fast right headed east on Antelope. I called to ask her to slow down, because I regularly see her exceeding the limit on our residential street. I did NOT report this to law enforcement as a courtesy to her. Still, she was NOT happy, as others have noted here. Neither is she a safe driver.

When I called them for a ride to take my autistic son on a taxi ride for fun, it was 10:30a. She answered that sure they could get to us at 2p (fare doesn’t make them much money, apparently). Whe I told her that certainly wouldn’t work to sit here for all those hours she said “so walk.” Absolutely unprofessional, thoughtless attitude.

Called to get a ride Saturday night at 6pm as soon as she answered the phone she said rudely happy cab Im closed, I just said ok and hung up. The times a cab should run is when there is no other available transportation. Especially Friday and Saturday nights to drive drunk drivers home. Poorly run to say the least.

Called a lil while ago. I needed a ride across town at midnight and whoever picked up the phone said they were closed. What cab company closes before that?

Lifesaver!!!! I am a recent transplant from the Bay Area and Happy Cab has been so great! I moved here with a broken leg, unable to drive with twice weekly Doctors Visits. My first time I had to go to the MD, I looked for Uber or Lyft. I was quite surprised that Red Bluff has neither one. My daughter told me to call Sunset Cab, but they were out of business. The only ride I could find was Happy Cab and I sure am glad I found her! She has taken me to many appointments at this point. She is a pleasure. Super friendly, I could sit and talk with her for hours....5 stars!!!!!
