Made an appt., with local office, which was confirmed twice by HR Block. When I showed for appt. on time, doors were locked, and no one answered my phone call at the local number. The representative at the toll-free number basivally asked me to stick around for 15 minutes to see if someone shows up and said, Good luck when ending the call. What a waste of time that I cannot get back.

It was fast and efficient and everyone was so helpful. Theodore was awesome. Hes a funny dude and so sweet. I had showed up WAY early to my appointment (oops, I thought it was at 10 but it wasnt until 1) and he made time for me asap. Hes a great guy.

Because the sign on the door said that your business honored the mask requirement. Your employees said they would be honoring the mask requirement. When I arrived for my appointment it was clear they didnt care one way or another if people wore masks. Your employee was half wearing hers. I wanted to be safe while doing my taxes and your store in Red Bluff, Ca. put me at risk.

Tim was so helpful and we were finished in less than an hour.

So i made exactly the same income back to back for 2 years in a row and 1 of those years i filed taxes here. With H&R Block i got back a $200 tax refund. And one year, with my now preferred person to do my taxes, I got back a $600 tax refund. H&R did have friendly customer service and asked me about 20 questions to help me out with my tax return. The other place asks me about 200 questions and basically seeks out every penny i can get back to help me out. Nothing bad to say but you do have other choices. Good luck guys.
