I have had five windows replaced in my home by Moules Tehama County Glass. Plus a large picture window, as well as a new front door and back door and two sliding glass doors (replacing old French doors). I have ordered a replacement garage door and can hardly wait for the install! My experience with the office staff was outstanding (namely Julie). While waiting for my window(s)/door(s) to arrive at their store from the warehouse, the office staff always kept me informed whether my item (s) were on time or rescheduled for delivery. I was given options for install dates that accommodated my schedule. The installers were always very professional and friendly. They took great care and consideration of my home and family while they worked endlessly until their jobs were complete. My home has stayed cooler and my PG&E bill has been lower this summer since having my windows and doors replaced. I chose to upgrade to a low-e window tint and built in blind in one my back door and sliding glass doors. I look forward to seeing how much warmer my house stays and hw much lower my PG&E will be this winter. I feel fortunate to have had so many great experiences with this company. I am a firm believer in keeping my money local! I would recommend anyone to call Moules for their household or commercial needs! If I could give a higher rating than a 5-star, I would!!!

Customer service is the provision of service to customers, before, during, and after a purchase. Moule’s glass by far exceeded my expectations. Before my purchase I was given sound courteous customer service, during the installation the company respected the fact that I couldn’t take time off work and called me at work as soon as the inspection was complete. Lastly, after my purchase I received a sweet card in the mail thanking me for my business.It’s always hard to measure intangible things like character qualities. Yet, the way Moule’s Glass treated me as a customer not only reflected the way this company handles business but showed the way this company values relationships and the business they receive from our community.Thank you Moule’s Glass! I need a windshield next, I’ll be back for sure!

Not the most reasonable place to do business. I think 70 dollars is a bit expensive for a peace of plastic, but I needed it to replace a broken wind.

Liz and her crew Terry and Kevin did a fantastic job installing a new insulated garage door with windows as well as window screens to the front of the house for the harsh summer heat.They were fast on time and cleaned up everything while they worked and before they left. Very slow, After 2 weeks waiting on our order,we called and they lost our order,ordered again and it took 3 days, I suggest if you order and they dont call you within 2 days call and see if they are working on it

This is a great little place for glass shower enclosure. They came out & measured 1st and then ordered the glass & then came out & installed it... looks great! They didnt initially put the silicone caulking in, but said if I decided that I wanted it they would come back out & do it! I have water exiting the shower and I called & they will be coming out next week to put silicone caulking... Thank Moules... You all have done a great job! 😁

Lousy they take advantage of elderly and people on a fixed income. Charged us $125.00, 4 an estimate. We r in r 80s. They never said anything about an estimate. We have a single pane window,charged us $125.00 estimate and $260.00 4 work. Never said anything on phone or conversation about fee 4 estimate . We now will not have heat 4 the month. We needed 2 pay them. Its heinous and outrageous 4 the 5 mins they were here. I would never use moules . Called them said it was my fault. Dont use MOULES. THEY DONT CARE! They r going 2 make bunches over fire, they wont help you if it doesnt benefit them. ALL ABOUT $$
