When I made the appointment for my brother who is handicapped I told them this. When we got there they said they had someone that could help him ticket hearing test. When you ask him if you can hear he agrees to anything then they said they couldnt do it why didnt they just be upfront and not waste my time or money do Medicare and just say they couldnt do it. This place really really sucks if you have a handicapped I need a hearing test I would suggest someone else.
