Hoyt-Cole provided a wonderful service to me in behalf of my deceased husband. It was hassle free and the details were attended to in a professional manner. Jack attended the memorial service and the service at the Veterans Cemetery and ensured that everything was done in a quiet, peaceful, professional manner. Amy was very professional when helping me with my husbands interment. She went through all the steps and explained what I needed to do. A very nice place to deal with.

They did a awesome job. I couldnt asked for better they helped me with my Dads funeral 25 years ago. And now with my Mom i worked with Kate to make the plans for my Mom and im so thankful it turned out so nice.

Mr. Cox was attentive, informative, and knowledgeable. I was treated respectfully and my wishes and concerns were his priority. I never felt pressured to spend more, but all the options were offered and explained to me. Paying for the arrangments I chose was made affordable and easy. I highly recommend this business.

From the moment my family and myself walked in the door to make the arrangements for my mother service we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were given many options and allowed to make personal contributions in order to make my mothers Memorial very special. Their main concern was our comfort.

Jack and Amy helped me through my mothers passing. Theyre so experienced and a difficult time was handled with a lot less stress. Very knowledgeable and helped me through the legal aspects of dealing with a Trust. Great people and truly a gift from God.

This place has always helped my family when we are in need. They try to fit to your every need or they will try and make it happen. All the people there are sweet and caring, and most importantly care about the loss of our love one.

Amy has been such an amazing person . Her helpfulness, mindfulness, empathy and efficiency was something I did not expect from all of this. She was thurough and went above and beyond for us . During this dark time she brought so much light .. She stayed in contact with any updates or questions. She was so kind. I know I couldnt have done this with out all of her help. The cost is slightly more than other funeral homes/chapels, but it is well worth it... Hoyte-Cole is definitly the place to go when in need of services for a deceased loved one... or just to make a plan for when your final day comes. I highly recommend.

Very expensive and unhelpful unless you have at least $3100 just to pick up the body. Had a way better stress free experience with Allen and Dahl. I left them with a lighter heart, unlike at Hoyt-Cole where i left in shock and dispare.. Allen and Dahl have offices in red bluff, cottonwood and Redding. Call them first!!

Having to do something like this the first time... I didnt know what to expect or how things shouldve been done, but I think they handled us well.Ill give em 4 stars, hopefully I dont have to do this anytime soon again.Take this rating as a unknown from me being it is the first time.
