Paid $250 and tipped $50 for exterior wash, rinse, dry, wax. The end result was mediocre at best, my rims looked like a child tried cleaning them. If I paid $50, I wouldve expected a result like I got--this definitely wasnt a $300 service.

I got a lot more than expected for the price. Have paid almost as much for automated gas station car wash. This was scrubbed and dried by hand. Will definitely come back. Great service at a great price.

Very unprofessional. Talks s#!+ about customers in Spanish thinking they dont understand what shes saying. Because she couldnt do her job right, she got mad. Poor quality of cleaning and detailing. Waste of money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Go somewhere else!

Best Car Wash, did everything I wanted them to do

Had my new car detailed waited inside the office. Upon completion I paid the work done including extra for floor mats Upon opening the drivers door I seen the floor mat was still untouched, I further checked the interior found the interior pretty much untouched. I brought it to the attention of the new owner. After another fifteen minutes I entered the car found it was not cleaned as it should be, especially the floor mats. I finished cleaning the car at home NEVER RETURNED AGAIN

I would not recommend taking your car here for any detailing service. I took a black vehicle and it was left with deep scratches, swirl marks, they damaged the plastic on my vehicle because they hit it with the machine. Or they just didn’t cover it up to protect it.

Its had a number of owners over the years but this owner and workers seem the best. I got the best job ever there this last week. Most full service car washes I touch up afterwards especially cupholders and tire rims. NOT THIS TIME --BOTH EXCEPTIONAL!

My brother in law took my car to get a carwash and got the super delux clean and it was Poorly cleaned, left windows with soap residue, dust and dirt still visible, for the $65 that he spent I could have done it myself.

Spending $64.00 on a car wash &deep clean they didnt really deep clean. Will not be going back. Im not really too particular and my expectations arent that high, but at least do the JOB your being paid for .

If I could give them no stars I would. Went to red bluff car wash today, and they did a horrible job. I went back to show them, and give them another chance they told me they scrubbed it, and did a good job. I showed them 6 places missed that were easily visible. They gave me attitude, so I asked for my money back. They took pictures of my car, and told me they were going to report me to the BBB I said go on right ahead I’ll do the same. If you want to have your car done right, and nice don’t go there. I could of got that same job at a gas station car wash.

They are usually very good, very thorough... but, then, I always make sure to be one of their first customers of the day. They are always much more ready to go first thing in the morning... I cant speak to their quality as the day wears on as I refuse to wait 50+ minutes to have my car washed...

Worse job yet! I paid for a wash inside & out with the wax. They didnt even clean/dust the whole right side of the dashboard! I go there because I am disabled. I dont demand perfection but I at least want the basics! Even the windshield wasnt clean. So I guess they just waxed over the bugs! I Going to look into options for a different car detail place. I may have to get my car washed when I go to Redding. I have put up with their not so great work but after today Im fed up!

This is my 2nd time here now and im so impressed with their customer service and their work ethic. My mom and sister didnt have extra money on them for a drink and were thirsty so she offered them a drink on her . They clean my car really well when i come here. Very efficient and all by hand. Impressive work .

Stopped by late one afternoon hoping to get the inside cleaned up. I was a little hesitant due to the reviews I had read. However, I found they were accommodating and did a nice job. I will return.

The staff is very friendly, and my car looked amazing after it was all done. I had then clean the inside too and it was spotless and looked better than when I got it.

They did not let us know we were supposed to stand by our car until they came to us and then reprimanded us because we couldnt read their mind. We got a wash and vacuum and the first thing I noticed when we got back to leave was grass and debre on the carpet by the doors. Would not recommend them and will not go back.

Well after lunch time, (almost 130) still not opened after lunch. Workers standing around. The two said it would be another 45 minutes before they could wash my car.

I went to this car wash on Tuesday to get my car a full detail and polish and they did an amazing job I would recommend this car wash since the prices are reasonable and the work is excellent. 👍

One star is to generous for this place l took my pick up in for a detail impressing on the man at the counter that the inside was FAR more important then the outside. They had my vehicle from 920 until 445 and failed to get the enterior satisfactorly clean. Sure they smeared armoral or some sort of stuff all over and attempted to vacume it maybe, maybe didnt shampoo it if there was a place for pictures l would have posted proof of the VERRY UNSATISFACTORY ATTEMPT at cleaning my vehicle

They do a good job cleaning the car, but it is slow. We dropped off our car then walked to Tremont for breakfast where service seemed slow, ate breakfast then walked back and our car was being vacuumed out. We waited five more minutes the it was done. If I had waited all that time I would have been very frustrated.
