I had rented a car that broke down on me in the middle of nowhere 250 miles away from my home. After calling customer service, I crossed paths with Saul Garcia from Hill enterprise towing. He was immediately concerned with my well being right off that bat because I was shaken up with anxiety. After inspecting the vehicle and getting it prepared for the tow he asked me where I lived. I told him 250 miles away which was over 3 hours drive. He was so sweet and immediately opened his passenger door for me. I was so shocked that he was willing to take me that far. The entire time he was so professional,kind and just genuine. There needs to be more people like him in this world. It really makes a difference.

My pickup stranded me on the freeway and Hills Enterprises Towing responded. The gentleman arrived before the estimated ETA. He was polite and friendly. We left him to load my pickup and headed home in my friends vehicle. The gentleman loaded my pickup and arrived at my house less than 10 minutes after we arrived. I couldnt have asked for better service.

Tow truck service and driver was courteous and expeditiously responded to my vehicles unexpected breakdown. Strangely, no other towing roadside service in 96080 was available at ~10:00 in the morning.

They were very quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

Worth it. Professional, conscientious, will go out of their way to help you, even when youre unsure of something, very reliable, and punctual + polite. For any kind of towing, Id recommend this company in a heart beat. Fair prices too.

The desk clerk is friendly but let me tell you what my truck is still in the tow yard after being illegally towed from private property where I live and park it every night. This was at the direction of the sheriffs department. I have many experiences with Hill Enterprise and this time tops the cake. Many tow codes were violated and I still havent received any paperwork regarding the tow and it has been almost a month. This tow yard has already filed a lean against the vehicle even though they are clearly in violation of many towing regulations. Knowing the law Im waiting to see how far they go with this behavior. I know that I am earning money as days pass but I have jobs that are being lost due to my work rig being hijacked by sheriff and towing staff. Very unprofessional conduct.

Literally the sweetest people ever. We sat on the side of the road for 5 hours because nobody would tow us out of Redding and this dear sweet angel of a man brought us a tire and saved our day. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

I had a flat tire. I called and received great respect and care. Then a different man showed up and treated me and my van with outstanding respect and care. As a woman, traveling with my sister on our way to visit our disabled brother, this was just what i needed to feel safe. I felt like our guy went above and beyond answering all our questions making us feel safe to travel and what we need to do tomorrow. I will never forget this place.

They were so kind and understanding of what their customers are going through and if you didnt really have for them to have taken your vehicle except by a call from local police to pick car up, the workers n owner will work with you.. Very nice folks and I apperciate their business.. They run their place like a business should, like old school ways..

This towing company is capable of doing shady business and has done some things that arent legal more than once. They refuse to let me speak to their owner and after multiple attempts i have not heard from the owner of this business even one time. I have been lied to by employees about simple things that can be verified like the laws for tow companies to manditorily follow in California being broken by hill enterprise. This business is shady and does whatever it decides is ok when i have requested them to not do things that violate my rights as a consumer and a citizen they acted to the contrary. Thugs and racketeers is what im calling these people.

My car got damaged in transit, the owner has no incrimination for his employees actions. The company is not worried if its damaged. Your employees represent the company. Fair prices though

Fair prices, nice at first, but after over a year of trying to fix and register a car that they gave us, after dropping my car off a tow truck for it not being tied down right, ive gone in and left a note and my phone number because now im being told by 2 different mechanic shops that they gave me a car with an illegall piece on it and i still cant get it registered, and i still have yet to receive any phone call from the tow company. I was happy with this place at first but never again

We cant say enough about the service we received. While passing through California on our way home from Washington to Arizona our truck broke down between Redding and Red Bluff on I-5. Huey showed up with a tow truck and upon seeing our age and physical condition called his boss, Steve to come pick us up. Steve showed up soon after with a F-450 crew cab to transport my wife and I to the repair shop along with our luggage. Steve was very helpful with the luggage and suggestions on what to do. We are so appreciative of the friendship we got that day.

This towing company other than the office staff was polite and keeped the contents of my vehicle safe, and I have some expensive gear installed. But the office staff told me one price when I spoke to them the first day when I called to go pick up my truck, they told me it was towed after midnight. then the next day there will only be 1 more day of storage fee applied to the towing charge. The next day there were 3 storage days and they wouldnt let me have a copy of the tow sheet so I could look at it myself. So if I didnt have the extra 150 dollars, I would have had to leave it. You would think that they would provide copies and if they checked on the charge thursday, then Friday it should be the same or they would explain the discrepancy. And of course no one retrieving their towed vehicle is very. Happy. But considering they have been there a long time, you would think they would be good at accuracy.

Probably a good business on the call for service side of things but I have heard the extortion stories on the impound side of this business.

Locked my keys in my car at the gym, called at 9:00pm and he was out in a Jiff and got my keys!!! Great service and very friendly:)
