Fantastic, that is the best word I can think of to describe Julie Foster Allstate. Everyone there is friendly, cheerful, honest and knowledgeable. Very important is the fact that there is always someone there to help, usually Mercy. It is, in this day and age, unusual to have a live body answer the phone as opposed to a machine. In a profession that is usually very impersonal Fosters is the exception. As an added bonus, aside from being happy to work with them, they saved me thousands of dollars with more coverage than I had with Farmers. If you are insured elsewhere it is probably costing you money. Talk to Juli Foster.

After being rear ended, this office took care of walking me through the claims process, ensuring my complete satisfaction with the repairs and getting me back on the road ASAP. Allstate, Julie Foster and the employees at her office have all been very helpful and have done a great job with all my needs. DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Now let me preface this review with some history as to why you should not go with her. We have been customers for years, in fact, we were customers when Treed owned the Red Bluff office. I stuck with July because a family member advised me to. I had multiple issues with this office. I signed up for renters insurance and for two months it was fine, they charged my bank just fine, then it lapsed and they did not charge. I called them multiple times over this and one of the workers told me that they did not have the right info, it was a simple mistake. However, they had my info as they charged for my auto just fine. This was frustrating as if my house had burned down or been robbed I would have been out of luck due to the offices negligence. Months later I had someone try to buy sneakers on my bank account, my bank did an immediate hold and I had to get a new ATM card. I called every place who I had bills with, including Allstate. I told them to take the money out of my wifes account not mine as mine was on hold. They charged both my account and my wifes subsequently. It was lunacy. I moved to Chico and switched agents later on. Upon getting an email to leave a comment about my experience I decided it was time to state how things were with this office. I did this very politely but I made sure to list what you have already read in this review, the mistakes. Julie decided to bring this up to my family member and let her know she would love to fix the mistake and this review hurt her business. Even though I was well within my rights and morally fine leaving such a review I decided against my better judgement to call Julie and talk to her about what had happened and had full intention to revoke my review simply to be nice. However, what I got from Julie was not her trying to make things right, instead she told me I made her business lose 1% of their total income per year with my review. She proceeded to guilt me and make excuses as to why things happened stating I never got a hold of her personally. I did, she then found on her computer that I had indeed called. She again blamed it on something else. When I let her know this was not the case and she was responsible for her employees and the business she proceeded to steamroll the conversation by re stating I made them lose money and she just hopes I know now to be more careful with things I say and then hung up on me before I could say anything else. Keep in mind this was a totally neutral conversation on my end. I was not aggressive or agitated. I called to try and help her out knowing I somehow hurt her business which was not my intention. I simply was leaving a comment about her services, which I thought went to Allstate, not her or her reviews. However, after her behavior I feel I need to let everyone know how her office works. Please shop around, and avoid this office as they have had quite a few employees come and go due to negligence by those employees and its just a circus. Thanks
