It was so ridiculously over priced… I had them tow my car half a mile away…. Cost me 140 dollars…. Absolutely never again

They were dispatched by my AAA. When they got there after the tow the driver stated they dont take AAA? Then how did you get the call??? And why would you take it of you knew it was a AAA customer? Instead you charged $154.00 cash? Then took the registration of the car and didnt give it back? Called the office and was told rudely that cannot get ot til Monday? THEN HUNG UP!!! You have left my teenage daughter stranded in New Jersey as you wont give her the registration to come home!!!! You cant meet her for 2 minutes??? You charged her for a tow that AAA dispatched you to!!! Who does that!!! Who leaves a young female stuck in a state she doesnt live in because you cannot give her back the registration you NEVER should of had in your hand!!! I WILL BE CALLING MY LAWYER FIRST THING MONDAY!!!!

Dishonest service. They do not honor their quote. Called in on Friday, 6/26 and requested the quote for a tow on Monday, 6/29. Spoke with Chris. Arrangement was to pick up the vehicle at the private residence in Middletown NJ, load it on the flatbed and drive it approx 16 miles to the nearby Home Depot parking lot where the vehicle was to be loaded on the 18 wheeler so it can be transported out of state. Chris quoted me $150 and no more than $200 if towed afterhours due to overtime expenses. Called another towing place and they quoted me $200 flat. I decided to go with Central Towing and was told by Chris to call on Monday couple of hours prior to needing the tow truck. Called them on Monday around 4:30PM (spoke to Janine) and told her about being quoted by Chris and provided all the details. They loaded the vehicle by 6:35 PM on their truck, drove to the Home Depot and were done with the job by 7:25PM. Driver who said his name was Thomas said bill was $404. I told him about the quote but he would not honor it. I asked Thomas to speak with Chris but was told Chris not available. I called the main number but was told I reached afterhours call line, Chris was not available and there was nothing they can do. Finally, Thomas told me I either pay or he would call police. Since I was not on the site and had 18 wheeler truck and driver waiting there I paid the $404. This was a non emergency tow and I had plenty of time to shop around. If they had quoted me $404 I would not have used them.

The customer service IN the office is completely ridiculous. The woman at the desk told us “hang on a minute” because her show was on as she watched it from her 1980’s projector screen. We came to get belongings from the car and they put it in a giant puddle, we went to ask if someone could just pull it out for a 5 minutes and she told us no, and “good luck buddy”. That’s not how you treat people who were in an accident, lose the attitude or lose this women off your payroll because that’s ridiculous to say to people.

They came to my rescue fast on the parkway and helped me out and the driver was very friendly A+++++

4 mile tow was $225 about $100 more than normal

Yo clean off your flat bed trucks before driving on the highway People work hard for their vehicles not for debris to fly off n hit them seriously how hard is it to get a broom
