They are quick to learn your name and during a return trip they will greet you warmly and in most cases, by your name. They are helpful with selecting gifts when you may be out of ideas. I have made multiple purchases for myself and others, I’ve also had watch repairs done on site. They will handle everything if the watch needs to be sent to the manufacturer. They have selections for most budgets. They polished and rhodium plated an antique solid silver bracelet, it looked like new.

As an authorized dealership, this place is mediocre at best. It’s rare that anyone even bothers to ask if you need help when you walk in. Then when you finally get someone’s attention, the sales assistants are really hit and miss - I had one who was excellent, and another that made it seem that I was a burden. On the latter occasion, the manager spoke to the assistant about me as I stood there - “I’m glad you told him that”, “he should look at that” - instead of directly to me.After enduring the above to make a purchase, they make no real effort to build a relationship with their customers and seemingly rely on the fact they’re the only authorized dealer in the local area. Too bad I’ll be travelling elsewhere to make future purchases.

I took my son there to get his first good watch we selected a tutor for roughly $3000 the price was very reasonable,better than we would’ve paid anywhere else, the salesman was nice enough,my only complaint is that they could’ve been a little Nicer to a 16-year-old purchasing his first watch,just to make the experience a little bit more special. But overall we are very satisfied and we will go back in the future.

I have purchased watches from multiple vendors in the past, but none of these vendors have provided the same level of care, enthusiasm and customer service as Leonardo Jewelers. Leonardos is a family business and they strive to exceed expectations. I recently emailed Michael about a watch at the Red Bank store. Michael immediately responded to my email and was able to ship the watch to the Elizabeth location the same week. I closed the sale with John and he was very informative about the watch and went above and beyond to accommodate some of my other requests/questions. The pricing was very competitive and probably one of the better deals that I’ve seen on a watch at an authorized dealer. Everyone at the store was amazing and I will certainly think of Leonardos again in the future.

My experience with Leonardo Jewelers when purchasing an engagement ring could not have been a more positive one. I coordinated with Marissa Conforti before I arrived, as I had an idea that I was looking for a morganite stone. When I arrived, Marissa and her team and already picked out a couple stones that I might like.I didnt even make it past the first one! I then worked with Marilyn, as we moved into bands and settings. I needed a rose gold band to match the stone. She encouraged me to pick the band/setting that I thought was best, even if it wasnt in rose gold.I settled on a platinum band. They ended up sending the ring out to be made in rose gold. Once it came in, LJ shipped it to me. I received the ring quicker than I had expected. And, best of all, my girlfriend said yes! She has not stopped looking at the ring.All in all, my experience with Leonardo Jewelers was amazing. They were friendly, supportive, understanding, and professional. We will definitely be making our way back down to Red Bank for our wedding rings soon!

Love love love this place. Totally made buying my wifes engagement ring a fun and educational process. Lourdes spent time explaining the differences and also helped me figure out what I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget yet pick out the perfect ring for her. We got our wedding bands and several watches now, every time walked away knowing we got a great value on a quality price on pieces we can keep for our kids one day.

I have a necklace that was purchased a few years back that I needed to know the retail price for insurance purposes. I went in to inquire, sure that they had records. I ended up dealing with the owner who not only was nasty but truly unwilling to help me. As they still had an entire case of the same designer, she wouldn’t give me an appraisal and was snootily told “we don’t do appraisals.” I’ve dealt with small businesses whose main purpose is really customer service. The owner at Leonardo’s was rude and unhelpful and definitely did NOT care that she was either. It’s great when you spend thousands of dollars there, but don’t expect help from them after you’ve made your purchase. They aren’t even worth one star.

My boyfriend and I are in our 20s and live locally. We were going to look at rings for the first time and chose this shop based on Google reviews. The woman behind the counter was knowledgeable enough but ultimately a car salesman. She repeatedly told us she doesnt work on commision, who knows why. The first ring she put on my finger cost $25,000. After sharing our budget she stated maybe down the road he will come into some money and you can just take the small diamond and turn it into earrings. Next she informed us that they offer resizing in case you want to start a family and you put on some weight. As if the ring shopping process isnt enough to think about. Obviously we were both turned off at this point and left. I wont go back and I suggest you dont either.
