Christina and the staff at Miracle Ear were fantastic. Christina was very patient and took time to explain everything in detail to me and my father without ever pressuring or even suggesting that we purchase new hearing aids. She took the time to adjust the hearing aids several times to what worked best for my dad. She was very thorough In her exam and overall we are 100% pleased.

Ms. Christina was very professional, down to earth and polite to both my father and I during my fathers annual visit. She was very thorough with my dads hearing tests, explanation of products, services and explained in more detail than most, about my dads hearing loss. I am writing about our experience yesterday at the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center in Middletown/Red Bank, NJ. My wife and I had our free periodic checkup of our hearing aids. We arrived a little early, just before 9:00 a.m., but Duane Hunt, our Hearing Instrument Specialist was there to greet us. We both had our units cleaned, and my wife had a change of her batteries. All our concerns were answered, and we were off.We now can hear better than ever. Were really happy with our choice of Miracle Ear.P.S. Oh yes, we also received a free attachment for our face mask to help avoid the mask from pulling out our hearing aids ... a real plus!

I began my journey several months ago to get a set of hearing aids. I read as much as I could and quite frankly, it was overwhelming. I read about locked hearing aids and hearing aids you could buy online and read all the reviews I could. I finally made an appointment with Miracle Ear and met La-Tasha and Tammy. You could not meet two more pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable people. I had previously been to 3 audiologists and I learned more in one session with La-Tasha about how we hear, my own hearing loss and what I can expect from hearing aids than the 3 audiologists combined. If you think you can purchase hearing aids, walk out of the store and call it a day, you are making a big mistake. Aftercare and maintenance is important and as a first time hearing aid user, I could not be more pleased with the product and services provided by La-Tasha, Tammy and Miracle Ear. I text La-Tasha about any issues or concerns and she responds day or night..... I cannot recommend these people enough, if there were more stars I could give I would. Thank you La-Tasha and Tammy... We love Miracle-Ear because the staff is very knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. La-Tasha came to the house to show my 102 year old father (and he caught on) how to use his cell phone to connect his hearing aid to his tv and now he hears much better.

My father can’t stop raving about Miracle-ear! The product is the best and he loves how adjustable the hearing aids are. This location goes above and beyond any of your needs. Their service is incredible. Very helpful and professional staff. Would definitely recommend!

After leaving Miracle ear today once more I feel relieved and relaxed. Both Tammy and Latasha are always friendly and professional. They always seem to make me feel at home and taken well care of and confident that I am going to hear better and feel better.

I resisted getting a hearing aid for a long time until I finally relented to my wifes urgings. Then I finally walked into the Miracle Ear office where I met Tasha. My hearing was so bad I thought she had introduced herself as Pasha. Tasha gave me a hearing test and then explained in great detail the state of my hearing. I even understood why I had not heard the t in her name. After adjusting two prototypes to my specific hearing parameters, she demonstrated how my hearing would be improved with a pair of Miracle Ear hearing aids. I was so impressed I ordered two hearing aids on the spot.When my hearing aids came in, I went back to Tashas office. Like the prototypes, she adjusted the software in the hearing aids to maximize their performance to my unique hearing capability. Tasha created a mold to fit an earpiece to the contours of my ear canal. She explained how I could use an app on my cell phone to adjust the hearing aid to adapt to specific conditions. For example, if I was in a restaurant with a lot of background noise, I could adjust the hearing aid to focus my hearing in front of me, or to one side or the other, filtering out much of the background noise. Tasha had me come in to the office every so often to check my satisfaction with the devices. Each visit was a delight.After a year, she had me come in for another hearing test. Based on our discussion and the hearing test, she changed out two parts, and again fit the software settings of the hearing aids to my current state of hearing. I was losing hearing on one side, but Tashas fix restored my hearing. Thank you Tasha for returning my hearing to me twice, and for maintaining my hearing through this first year. I appreciate the energy, effervescence, enthusiasm, empathy, and the expertise you exhibit every time I visit. I would recommend you without hesitation to anyone who is struggling with hearing loss.

Seen on time, receptionist (Tammy) pleasant and helpful. Technician (Latasha) presented info, conducted hearing test, and answered questions very well. I needed my report expedited and sent to another doctor and both individuals were extremely helpful in making that happen in a timely manner, much appreciated!

She is amazing!! I learned so much about my hearing; The anatomy of my ear, how I sense my surroundings because of my hearing loss, and so much more. My family is so much happier because the TV is at a lower volume and no one is shouting or getting frustrated. It feels great to hear again! Highly recommend La-Tasha Summerlin.
