Kelly is an awesome instructor. She takes the time to understand YOUR body’s aches and pains. She will ask about the goals you want to achieve and then puts together an individualized routine that’s best for you. Her method of instruction is tailored to your level of experience with Pilates - she doesn’t just tell you what to do; she will demonstrate and explain the moves if need be.The studio is immaculate and all equipment is well spaced out and has an abundance of natural light. Studio is easily accessible with dedicated parking in the heart of Red Bank.I would recommend Eastside Bodyworks as THE place to be for Pilates.

I recently went in to Eastside Bodyworks for a deep tissue massage due to pain and lack of mobility in my left arm and shoulder. The masseuse, Shelli, gave me an amazing massage that was very therapeutic without being painful. I immediately had less pain and an increased range of motion. Already booked a follow up to maintain the improvement.

Kelly at Eastside Bodyworks is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with! She is amazing at creating workouts tailored to your body and your needs! She helped me regain my strength after a back injury and lose 15lbs for my wedding. She’s the best!

I literally stumbled upon Kelly in Red Bank. I live and work in Red Bank since 2018. I’ve been battling hip issues since a young age. Kelly has been able to stabilize, stretch and strengthen my hips. Thank you and your amazing massage therapist Shelly for helping walk normal again! I highly recommend Eastside Body Works!

I was new to pilates but that didnt keep me from getting a great workout. The studio is spacious, clean, and very nicely setup. The instructor knew that I had never done pilates before and was very helpful. I was very glad that I tried it.I have gone back for small group classes, private sessions and also for Stretchfit. Stretchfit is guided full body stretching and it made me feel incredible.If you have any issues like I did with low back pain or if you just want to feel great and enhance your fitness, try stretchfit. If you want an efficient full body workout get into Eastside bodyworks and do some pilates.

Love going to Kellys classes! I always leave feeling stronger and more relaxed. Its a great workout. I have tons of back issues and Kelly is always very attentive and aware of what I should and shouldnt be doing.

I went to a class of Kellys today and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced. She helped me to build my core and my confidence. She assisted me with going deeper into the poses. It was such a great studio and experience beyond my wildest dreams.

I am a marathon runner - I have run 3 over the past year and am currently training for my 8th marathon in a couple of months. Suffice it to say that I am one big ball of knots. Before I ran my last marathon I booked an appointment w/ Sheli Disher at Eastside Bodyworks. All I can say is I dont know why I waited so long! Sheli is amazing! First, she has a ton of experience working with athletes but second, and just as important, she is going to find out about you: what ails you, what are you trying to accomplish, what injuries have you had, what are you training for. A week later I ran the Chicago Marathon and, in contrast to my prior 3 marathons when I hit the wall at mile 20 and felt physically destroyed for two weeks, I was able to finish strong and 4 days later I was running 4 miles. I plan to keep going back to Sheli.A quick word about the studio: it is a fabulous studio setup for Pilates, which I have not yet tried, but am seriously considering it.If you are an athlete looking for a sports, therapeutic massage, check Sheli out. If you are looking for a more relaxing massage check her out as well - I just fit into the prior category. Run, do not walk to Eastside Bodyworks! Sheli is caring and super friendly and she will take care of you!

I have been going to Kelly for over 6 years now. 5 stars all around for atmosphere, expertise, and total experience at the studio. I have seen the results from taking classes consistently at EastSide BodyWorks and would recommend it for anyone from beginner to expert level. It is a relaxed, welcoming environment that keeps you motivated, engaged, and committed to meeting your personal health and body goals. I began with zero pilates training, and now 6 years later I can confidently say pilates will always be central to my fitness practice for mind and body :)
