WARNING! THIEF!!!!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE - AND LUIS (OWNER) - AT ALL COSTS.I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS!Brought in my fully functional phone to get the battery replaced. Luis Broke the battery and bent up frame of the phone when trying to get the battery out. He was unable to get the glass back on and said that I would have to PAY HIM MORE to fix his mistake!When I explained that the phone was more functional when I came in than in its current state he said that he agreed and that he would replace it since he broke it. He then stopped answering the phone, email and text message when I would try to get in touch with him.He had me stung along and I had to make FIVE trips to his shop for something that he said would only take 40 minutes.... then two hours... then three days .... then he disappeared and stopped communicating entirely.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Excellent service. It was my first visit to Middletown Mobile. I had a charging port issue with my Samsung Galaxy. They had the port- in stock- and Luis completed the repair/installation in 45 minutes....while I waited. Im back in business. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Luis! Brian

Well after going there several times they were closed and finally when I did get my phone back and got home to plug it in to charge there was nothing there. Literally the port was a big black hole, the abyss, no phone guts inside the phone. Nothing but a shell was handed back to me and I paid for.the repair :(

Had a 7 plus repaired in less than 1 hour. Also they were the best priced around by far. The guy Luis was very helpful and even gave me additional $10 off. Loved this place will be back !

GREAT SERVICE! Cracked my screen on my IPHONE 6S. Took it to MM for repair. They were awesome guys and fixed it withing 15 mins. at a very fair price! Highly recommended!

Ive used them 2 times now and had positive experiences both times. Just today, I went in thinking I had to replace my charging port but it turned out that it just needed to be cleaned out. The guy working cleaned it out and gave it back to me no charge. He very easily could have said he needed to change out the part and charged me but he didnt. I definitely recommend them.

FYI PLACE IS CLOSEDBrought in a galaxy back in the summer and seemed like he had no idea how to fix it. Came in nearly every day for 3 weeks for him to tell me everytime there was something new wrong. I did finally get my phone back but a friend happened to drop his phone there(I never told him the place I went) and the dude disappeared. Police have come by but the store is closed and the owner hasnt been back in a few months.

They repaired my 6s after in sustained water damage and the screen stopped working. It was fast, well done, and inexpensive! i Know where i am going next time i break my phone!Update: Had the replacement screen for over a year and it still works perfectly. I ended up dropping my phone again and cracking the screen, so i went back to Middletown Mobile for them to put another on. It was once again inexpensive, fast, and expertely done!

Brought my phone in last week to get screen repaired. Came back the next day and every day there after to pick it up and they’ve been closed. Their store phone line is disconnected. And they’re not responding to texts.Thieves.It’s a shame they fell off the radar with this because I had such a great experience there in the past. It’s my son’s Christmas present so I’ve been forced to file a police report for recovery.

DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE READ IF YOU DONT WANT TO DESTROY YOUR PHONE. Cracked my phone screen (only time I ever broke it) brought it in to be fixed by the next day only to come back and have them forget which was my phone as well completely forgot to repair it. When I got it back, I had a new problem. My battery stopped working, brought it to Apple and they literally showed me pictures from inside my phone when they were repairing it and these damn crooks stole many parts in my phone. So unless you want your parts sold for money without consent don’t bother with this place, only costed me extra in the long run.

Dropped my sons phone off here almost 5 weeks ago, with them telling me it would be done in about 4 days.After a week without hearing anything, I called to be told someone would call me back. I called and heard that same thing every day for a week.At 2 weeks, I called to be told they had to order more parts.At 3 weeks, I called again to be told the part was coming from China.At 4 weeks, I called to be told the part was coming from California and would be here next week.This week, I finally called (because they have literally NEVER called me at any point in the last 5 weeks) to have them tell me to pick it up at 3:00, only to be told when we got there that it could not be fixed.It took 5 weeks to figure that out?? What a waste of time and money. They stated that my $90 downpayment would be refunded to my card, but I am not holding my breath.

I bought a Groupon Deal to fix a broken iPad screen. I brought my iPad there to be fixed just before Thanksgiving. Luis said it would be fixed by Monday. I came in to pick it up, and he said the logic board was damaged and wanted another $30.00 to fix it. I said ok. He said come back on Wednesday. Store was closed, lights are off, door is locked. Phone # is disconnected. The other number he gave me goes to voicemail but the box is full. I went back several times and the store is always closed. He has my iPad. I cant recommend using this store at all. Im out a $150.00 iPad 4. I cant afford to replace it.

I gave my iPad air 2 for repair with a screen that looked unrepairable but Middletown mobile was able to fix it for a reasonable price. They are not only kind & understanding but also guarantee their work.

Was in there today and they fixed my s6 on the spot. Would definitely recommend.

Kept getting the run around on the phone to get it back. Ended up giving me back refurbished IPad with nothing on it. They never told me that they needed to back up the IPad and now all the data is lost. Recommend going to Mdrepairs in Lincroft.

Great service but took longer than they said

I took my wifes cell phone to this location to have it repaired but little did I know that theyre reviews were horrible and that they take a long time returning your phone. I will not take any of my quipment to this facility for repairs ever again. When I got my wifes cellphone back it had a hotspot on the back side of phone indicating that it had been overheated. There was also an indication of glue in the corner of the screen which revealed that it had not fully cured.

Worst company ever. The shop is shady. I had to go back and forth to this store multiple times to get my phone fixed because he did not fix it properly. His hours are nonsense, he isn’t open when he is supposed to be. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Low prices on repairs but store hours vary. Arrived at 12 on Sunday when they opened but had to wait an hour for someone to open shop. My iPhone 7 plus screen was fixed however now the front facing camera is having issues. Ill update my review once I see what theyll do for me.

I took my wife’s phone to this shop and he took forever to return the phone and when we get the phone back it was cracked from the back and we asked him to fixed it he said i will order and call me i will tell you to come and i will replace it, since then never pick up my call, i will never recommend any of my friend circle to go to this place.

Took my phone there with just a cracked screen (mind you the phone still worked) from what was supposed to take 2 hours went until 2 days,then when I went to pick it up, it didnt work at all!!! To top it off, got my phone home opened it up and the screws were missing!!! Very unprofessional, do not answer none of the business phones,bad customer service,dont know how there still in business

I would give a lower rating if at all possible. Multiple calls, multiple trips, being told the phone was ready. 2 months later, finally got the unrepaired phone back. Still waiting for refund of deposit as 2 out of 3 business phone numbers for this company are out of service and they are still not open at 11:30 on a Saturday.

It says that it would open at 11 but we were here till 12 and no one showed up pore service!!

This is the worst place ever! Took my daughters phone there, was supposed to fix it because the screen didnt turn on. It worked for a week, didnt bother about taking it back. Bad customer service!
