Contacted Mr. Robbins for help with an insurance claim. Was very hard to get in touch with. Seemed very knowledgeable but very hard to work with. He promised he would be in touch with me several times and never called me back, i waited over a week with no response. I finally gave up on him and had to move on. I would not recommend his services to anyone that needed a straight forward and timely solution.

The insurance claim adjusters that work for insurance company are representing their insurance company interests, having a conflict of interest in representing us. This alone is reason enough that we decided to have our own insurance adjuster, a “Public Adjuster” that worked for us and represented our interests! We try to handle our claim without a Public Adjuster, however it stands to reason that having a professional in your corner did result in a more positive outcome, less hassle, less worry and a higher settlement.
