This used to be a great local supplier for me with quality products, with timely service. Placed an order on 5/28/21 and as of today, 8/24/21, am still waiting for the order to ship. My card was charged immediately, but after about a dozen calls over the last 3 months, nobody could give me an estimated ship date until 2 weeks ago, when I was informed that they were working on my order and the sandpaper just needed to cure before shipping. Two weeks later, and it still hasnt shipped, and after being on hold for over an hour, twice, I cannot get in touch with anybody. I will be filing with my credit card to try to get my money back for undelivered goods, as well as filing a report with the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible service dont answer the phone anymore. Took my business to Maverick Abrasives who has AMAZING prices and great service

I gave this two stars instead of one because I love the products. Been waiting over 6 months to get our order. We got the order yesterday but it is the wrong items. If any one got some 6 round sanding paper and wanted the belts, contact me and we can swap!!!!!

Do not order from them!!! Ive been ordering form them for a few years, now. They were always slow to deliver, but my most recent order never arrived. They charged my card 3 months ago. Ive tried to contact them at least a dozen times both via phone and email with no response. I will be filing a complaint with the PA attorney generals office.

They basically stole $60 from me. I contacted them by phone and email about five times with no answer or delivery.

3 weeks no answer. cannot give delivery emailed several times on order. Does anybody no if they are out of business? I guess it is true, when you dont take care of your help, you get the bottom of the barrel.

Over a month after ordering with NO updates from the company. I have called 3 times and they still dont know what the status is (office is trying to be helpful at least). I dont understand how a company with such bad production tracking is still in business.

Order placed on Oct. 21. Im writing this review on November 23. After calling several times, I still do not have my sanding belts (although my card was charged). I would not recommend Keystone Abrasives.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KEYSTONE ABRASIVES!!!! If I could rate them at zero stars I would. Ordered sandpaper over 7 weeks ago. Paid for the order including shipping and I have not received anything. Sent emails and no response. This is THEFT! This place is terrible. I am not sure why they still take orders. I will be pursuing legal action.

Just like all the others here, I placed an order over 6 months ago. They told me they were short staffed due to COVID but have since not replied to anything I sent them. They straight up stole my money, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

We ordered a bunch of sandpaper from this store so my husband could complete a job for a client. A month after our order was processed, we still had not received a shipping notification. After emailing the company, we finally got a call stating that their shipping department isnt operational and they will not be shipping our sandpaper. Had they stated this before or very shortly after we placed the order, this wouldnt have been an issue. They are allowing you to place the order and pay, but not telling you that they wont ship the item until you reach out to them first. This is a very poor business practice and makes them appear untrustworthy. Thankfully, our client understood our troubles and is sticking with us as we choose a different company to conduct business with. If you are looking to order sandpaper online, steer clear from Keystone Abrasives.

Ordered 3 packs of sandpaper over 4 weeks ago and they still have not shipped them out. I emailed them 2 weeks in and they said it should be sent soon as we have the product in stock. Another week goes by and emailed again with the same response. Emailed them another week in telling them to cancel my order and now they will not respond back to my emails. Emailed them 3 days in a row with no response. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I think they are out of business. Rupted!

I don’t know what happen to this co. I’ve been getting my abrasive materials here for years. Placed an order over a month ago still do not have it but my card was charged same day as order. Have been calling and emailing for weeks.....no response. TOTALLY DISGUSTED! Reporting them to BBB

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just read all the other reviews. I even took it to the Attorney Generals office and they were not able to resolve it either. I could sue, but that would cost more than I spent.STAY AWAY...

First time customer. Website is easy to navigate, placed my order and waited a few days, didnt get tracking so I called. Answered right away. The young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and even after my phone call followed up a few days later. Honestly dont get customer service like this any more. Super impressed and will be back
