I come through tidal wave almost every day, and they never disappoint, the washes are a fantastic steal despite any and all claims of possible overcharging for a service, whenever a technical issue occurs, I ask politely about it and the workers up there are all wonderful people, I like the two assistant managers up there, I think their names are life and jessica?(apologies if I butcher the name)they’re always looking to help where they can and they truly do care about service and quality being upheld, I love everything about the place, and I am constantly asked whether or not there’s any room for improvement on any front of the business and it really is an amazing example of service that is being set by everyone working up there, they’re all so hardworking and I feel they are very much under appreciated and they don’t get the credit that is due to them for working as hard as they do, the site manager kyle is a great guy as well! He’s a formal yet welcoming person and he will always listen to anything you have to say in regards to the business, overall, this is a fantastic place to get a car washed, the location is such a good spot, high volume but always very efficient, the lines may be long at times but they’re always ran very smoothly, and I truly can’t stress how hard they work up there, whether the car needs to be rewashed or something didn’t get cleaned, they are always willing and able to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy!

Raytown location start very good the crew always helpful but the towels usually are not clean and I know because my windshield looks dirty

Up until July 29th I really enjoyed tidal waves but recently I had some damages done to my car with no signs outside the building saying they do not pay for damages for cars over 10 years I proceeded through the wash bay and damages were done to the top of my SUV I reached out to tidal wave to get payment for the damage done to my SUV I was talked to rudely ignored and told that I wasnt going to receive payment because of how old my truck is which I think is unfair because the damage occurred in your wash bay the management Mike if thats his name was very rude to me I called the head office they were no help I just want to know is there anybody else out there that had damages done to your vehicle and wasnt received payment for it I give title very unprofessional and if you have if you have damages done to your car they will not pay you so my advice is dont go there and only reason why I gave him one star is because before this I thought that was an upstanding business

I dont personally have the wash membership, but my boyfriend does and we love this place. Im like a little kid riding thru the wash.... 😂Its fun and colorful and its super quick. Does a great job then you can grab towels to further dry your vehicle and or vacuum the inside. Location in my opinion kinda sucks. Causes traffics jams. That really wasnt a big enough space for all they have. Other then that I like it

It is a very thorough car wash, my car always comes out very clean. I wish they wouldnt cram the cars so close together in there. But very well run business overall.

Great car wash with nice staff! My jeep barely fits height wise (5.5 lift) and if my tires were any bigger (37x12.5) they wouldnt even fit in the track. Didnt get clean the first time today but they sent it right back through and as you can see she cleans up good.

I absolutely love this place well when its not totally packed! We pay for a monthly pass which is the most convenient option for us. Once I lost $340 cash there, I went back and one of the employees had found it and gave it back to me. Now its hard to find good employees who are honest, dedicated also nice these days. Went in for a car wash one day didnt use the vacuum came back the next day and was stopped and given static about using the vacuums which is free the following day had my receipt for the car wash

This location is being shady. I just asked an employee if there dry and shine is broken and he said its been broken for over a month now.because Im a Member at this car wash and know what to expect. 4x now that the dry and shine is down. It stays in the air but doesnt dry your car off like its supposed to. I feel sorry for the ppl spending 25 bucks to expect this service yet cant get it. But they still collecting money. They should be offering a discount until its fixed.

Raytown’s newest car wash addition is awesome! The service is great. The facilities are very nice, and the car wash does an excellent job cleaning your car. The brush at the end of the car wash, after the blowers, really works well at taking away dust. The vacuums are very strong and do not require a code. The membership options are priced very reasonably.

The only wash I visit for automatic washes. Others just push you through, but at Tidal Wave they scrub where usually the wash misses such as front and back. It is not always perfect, but the convenience of the vacuums, cleanliness of the facility, and the added perk of microfiber rags to detail while Im there keep me coming back.

I love the wash! My car is clean and shiny every time. The facilities staff are friendly and helpful. The vacuums are strong and the cleaning supplies are always tidy and plentiful. The location couldnt be better, and I love the monthly price.

There was multiple streaks of soap that did not get rinsed off and a couple spots that are still dirty. Contacted the company before posting and they said Next time you visit you might want to take advantage of the cleaning station supplies including microfiber towels to touch up any damp areas. So the wash was supposed to be $20 then Im supposed to get out and finish cleaning the outside of my car?so they responded again when I first contacted them I didnt plan on making a review but there response of well next time you can dry off your car with our rags kind of disappointing. At first I just wanted to give the company feedback on how my car came out wasnt the best but it was opening day and free but the original response showed they dont care.

This place doesnt monstrous business theyre on top of everything in this car washes and tip top shape and get your car cleaned on the outside I used to provide towns and what not to clean the exterior of your car and interior but I dont know what happened to that but it doesnt seem to be Hampton anymore maybe its too hot out or the attendance are too lazy although the manager of the joints on top of things hes pretty sharp fellow you get a chance to tell him hi you got to check them though or theyll charge you every month for the maximum charge on your credit card if you dont tell him to hey youre not washing your car here anymore other than that theyre good company

I was with my spouse in the passenger seat who you treated very bad by 3 of your evening employees who ganged up on him to argue because your polishing wheel wasnt working and YOUR FAILURE to tell customers BEFORE THEY PAY and not after you enter the car wash . You dont only loose one customer you lost two. We might not be able to take 100 customers away from you, but we can sure take 25 of them away. I hope your losses is worth your bad attitudes on the nite shift on May 26th, 2021 at 8:51pm.

I really think this is a good value with just very few complaints. I pay for the unlimited package. Multiple times I have went through and my truck wasnt clean. Truck wasnt covered in mud mine you, but it didnt remove the bird poop. Unlimited means unlimited especially if it doesnt come clean the first time through. You need to ammend your decription of the package or make it truely unlimited. We dissagree on what unlimited means and it doesnt mean once a day everyday. To the attendants credit they have let me run it back through to get it clean, but it is a 10 minute ordeal to get it done. Lastly it does seem to break down quite a bit for a relativily new car wash. Good value and the staff has been very helpful, just needs a little tweaking for 5 stars.

I have had the monthly membership for some time now. Their dry roller seems to be out of order more often than not. I pay for the top monthly membership of $39.99 and Im not getting my moneys worth. Please fix the problem or start discounting my membership charge. Thank you for your time and attention.

Im disappointed with tidal wave auto spa. When they first open I signed up for there special buy one get one half package and when I had to update my credit card I lost the special package and had to buy a new plan. And the plan do not offer half price on second vehicle. Contact corporate office and said they couldnt do anything.

Not to excited about this business. This was my first visit to this business. For the price I paid here. I would prefer Waterway for my car care needs. Wasnt to keen on having to vacuum & wipe down my own vehicle. I could have done this at a regular car wash.

I have the top of the he line wash. Seems nice, but not sure what the ceramic coating is supposed to do. Did look the same as the $25 wash, right underneath the top of the line. But I do like the he vacuum. I hate that they say unlimited when its really just once a day. Other unlimitedly car washes I have gone too are really unlimited. When it rains after I gave washed my car, I have to wait until the next day to rewash it. Other than that I would have given it a five-star rating.

3 month old truck. First time using a drive thru car wash. Now it has micro scratches everywhere. Nice enough place, but I hoped this place would be better for vehicles. I could have gotten the same results at a $5 gas station wash.

I got a ceramic sea wash for $25. My Car was left dirty. I had to go to another car wash. Only $10 and they got me right. I have the receipts to prove. Got a car wash on Saturday From them and had to go on Sunday to get a new one.

I took my daughters 2009 Mini Cooper for a wash. Had it in before no problem. Went in came out minus a trim piece. Site leader told me its my problem and he automatically started telling me why the damage caused is my problem. First he said it was its not an original part? Then when I overcame that objection he asked how old my car was. He said since its 10 years old its not covered.

I love this car wash but unfortunately my satellite radio antenna broke off in the carwash and it’s going to cost me $450 to fix. So I’m going to cancel my membership over this because I can’t go though anything that will snap off the rest of the electronically components. I’m very sad and that’s why I only give it 4 stars. I have never had this happen before and don’t necessarily blame the business.

OK but when u try to cancel your membership u are completely ignored, I moved to a different city, I had to close my bank account, when u call the number, u reach another state, car wash is ok but if you drive a suv u may have to drive thru twice to clean the back, they offer towels and window cleaner...

This place is the best and I love the vacuum the whole concept of having towels and all purpose spray for customers to use...the tire shine with the carwash ...there is no wonder to why this place is always crowded.

Love this place... Have a membership to this place!!! My grandkids love going through this wash... it even smells clean not like recycled water.

Great staff and service. My only suggestion is that the side skirts on the vehicles be washed or sprayed by the staff. Sometimes mine are still dirty after getting my car washed, overall I would recommend this car wash to anyone.

Stopped by on my way to work a day or two ago to try out the wash and was very pleased with the end results. I had a few questions after I finished washing and vacuuming my car out and using the towels and cleaner (which is awesome!!) about the monthly plans. One of your employees answered ALL of my questions in detail and definitely sold me on being a return customer in the future. I believe his name was Evan, at least that’s the name on the card I received from the young man. Very great employee to have help me and a very great car wash overall!

One of the best car washes in the city. Really good washes. Love the fact that they are the only car wash that has rags and all purpose cleaning solution that you can use for your car. It is really great. The attendants are always very friendly. The price for monthly car washes are reasonable starting at 19.95. Worth the drive to experience.

I tell u what this place is absolutely fantastic! The wheel cleaner and wheel shine is absolutely the greatest thing this place has that surprises me here! The free vac has you spoiled and towels. Went to a car wash on Noland Rd and there vac is not even free!! So this place is the one for me for now on and its just less than a half mile from my home!

Terrible employees ruin this place. They don’t even look when guiding you in, they are lazy and usually have a friend they are chatting with holding the line up constantly: I had the manager 1 time and he did a great job! Unless I see some better employees this will likely be my last month of memberships I’ll be going elsewhere....

I have the unlimited package and i go about once a week and this place leaves my truck shining every time. Every once and a while it will miss a spot but they provide detail spray and microfiber rags at no extra cost to clean missed spots.
