Had 2 individuals come to my door with a report to my business that they said they had a work order for, but wouldnt tell me who had requested the report.They trespassed on my property, went up on the roof over the weekend when no-one would see them to get pictures and then came and tried to duress me into an insurance claim due to the hail damage.Be aware, they are not trying to help....and people wonder why insurance rates go up? Terrible business practice.

We live in Panama City, Florida and worked with RestoreMasters after Hurricane Michael severely damaged our primary home, as well as some rental properties. They worked diligently to help us with our insurance company in trying to get things repaired. Id specifically like to express appreciation for our personal representative with the company, Huy Bui. He went above and beyond in answering every question we had, and promptly getting back with us. His professionalism and demeanor represent the company well!

Do not fo bussines with this company. Terrible. Yheir 5 star reviews are from other branches of the franchise. The franchise from Raytown is no good.

The salesman that came to my house was knowledgeable and understood how the process worked. I never filed a hail claim before and they walked me through every step and got me a new roof gutters and even a new paint job on my house when all insurance wanted to pay for was roof. thank you guys for being awesome and taking care of us will def recommend to neighbors and friends!

Joe Rios and his team at Restore Masters did an excellent job! Joe was really helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure he was present while the adjuster was doing his inspection. Once our insurance company approved the claim he was right back at our house that same day and we picked the color of the new roof which was installed just a couple days later. His team was respectful of our property and didnt leave trash or debris behind, anything they moved out of the way for work they replaced when the job was done. Joes team worked really efficiently and had our new roof on in 1 day! I will also add that they went above and beyond and even replaced a couple items that insurance didnt even include and also built a cricket behind our chimney to help with water run off as a courtesy.

Exceptional work done by Restoremasters on my home. They not only repaired the roof but equally made it much better than it was. Im glad I went to them in the first place because I dont know if a different company would have been able to do a perfect job like they did.

Great company! They were there when they said they were going to be, along with all of the materials. They cleaned up before they left and they were a pleasure to work with. The project manager came back the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.They epitomize crooked business, abusive people and liars.They will smooch their way in claiming to be nice and cool and obviously have you sign a contract and tell you this is so we can act on your behalf in front of the insurance Company. THERE IS NO OBLIGATION . but embedded in there there is a clause (never told or explained) that if you end up not using them you are responsible for $1500 (for them doing basically... Nothing!!!)they are the lowest scum on earth.We welcomed these people into our house and treated them like family!! (and Justin can drink too !!!).Mind you that even their assessment is so bad !! we went from $11,000 assessment on their part on our house and barn roof to a $29,500 done by another company (which we ended up using).Im also reporting them to the BBB.These are basically thieves hiding behind a Company name.DONT hire them!!!You have been warned !!!!

Due to hail damage the roofs of our house, gazebo and shed needed to be replaced. Personable and knowledgeable Joe Rios came to give us the necessary information plus we viewed a local home with the Owens Corning Driftwood shingles we wanted on it and then we scheduled a time for the replacement of our roofs which were completed before Christmas in 2017,The work was done quickly and efficiently on the shingles roofing and the sheds metal roof. The workmen we had contact with were polite and considerate. A storm from hell did a horrible damage to my roof. It was so bad that I began to mute the idea of rebuilding my home from the scratch. But when I got in touch with Restoremasters, their technical team advised me against doing so. He said it would cost me a lot of money, time and resources and was unnecessary when compared to just restoring the roof. I saw sense in their advice and subsequently gave them the go ahead to rebuild just the roof. Now that the project is completed, Im so happy with the job they did, and Im fortunate to have consulted them in the firm in the first place because another company may not have been this efficient.

I was cautious at first because of some of the Google reviews. Joe reassured me that he had new crews and he had turned things around. They did my roof and gutters and Im 100% satisfied. Joe was there to walk me through the entire process. Any concerns I had, he was there to answer and to make sure I understood the process. I recommend using this company. Very disappointing. They did an ok job on my roof but the business part is horrifying. I was given a price before they started and after the roof was complete I got a call saying there were more things done and I was going to be charged more than originally said and it was going to have I be out of pocket. After getting an itemized receipt it turned out that they were charging me for things I never got. After this I was told I would get another check from my home insurance to cover any of the new charges. This never happened and collections from restore masters started calling me. And told me I needed to pay for the roof and that I would t be getting another check. There was a lot of back and fourth but finally I told them I needed to send a check off to my mortgage company because it was made out to both of us. Restore masters told me no, they could cash this check. I told them no because the amount would be more than what was owed. They continued to call saying they needed the money and someone could come out and get the check from me. I stupidly agreed and here we are two months later with no money and no one telling me anything just saying that theyll get it to me theres just a lot going on but wont give me the number to the person who writes the checks

A terrible storm wrecked havoc on my property, bringing down trees and doing severe damage on my roof. Everything happened so abruptly and left me in a daze. To worsen issues for me, I havent made any claim prior to this unfortunate incident but Restoremasters stood in the gap for me. Assisting me with the paperwork and subsequently got the roof restored as well. They are indeed well experienced and genuinely willing to be of help to their clients.

Matt came out and did a full inspection of my roof and recommend filing a claim with my insurance company. That is always such a hassle to meet adjusters. He met with my adjuster and handled the claim where I didn’t have to. The nice thing was there were no hidden costs. Customers have a right to leave a negitve review without company retaliation.Im not the one who filed the negative complaint. but when I saw it was Joe with Restormaters that we did business with??? Restoremasters did a good job on my roof after it was damaged by a wind storm. They are obviously well experienced.

After hail damage, I was looking for a reputable roofing company. After asking neighbors and looking at testimonials on-line, I had no hesitation going with RestoreMasters out of Janesville. After the initial No Pressure sales call, Josh stayed in contact with me and my insurance adjuster making sure he was on site when the adjuster came out. He was with the adjuster and pointed out issues that even the adjuster had overlooked, saving me money. From there they were very helpful helping me to navigate the insurance process resulting in me getting a full roof replacement covering the entire amount my insurance company was willing to pay. Installation was very smooth and trouble free and we are extremely pleased with the quality and look. Everything done just as stated verbally and in writing. I have since recommended RestoreMasters to other neighbors and family. If you need any work done on your home, this is one company you can trust to work with you and do a great job!

Restoremasters did a much better job than the last roofing company that did a shoddy work. I will continue using their services for the long haul.

Be cautious, very cautious, I know of 4 households, 3 in Clinton, MO and other in KS that were overbilled almost 40k. One client didn’t catch it until 8 months later and collected $2k they were just keeping.

AWFUL JOB, I Dont recoment this company to anybody. I had a Very bad experience. RESTORE MASTERS installed my roof with lots of flaws and mistakes. I Had to beg them for months to come back to fix their mistakes. 9 months later they havent . The roof was installed in my house with multiple flaws and leaks. I absolutely will not recomend this company to anybody. Document all the communications, save emails, phone calls texts because you will have to take them to court.They installed the roof in october 2016 and they havent come to finish all the mistakes. Save yourself a hassle and Do not hire this company. 0 star⅚sRESTORE MASTERS uses subcontractors and they left lots of flaws in the roof and Restore Masters LLC will not take accountabily. I went through The BEST BUSSINESS BUREAU and I still not able to get Restore Masters to fix the problems. I filed a detailed complaint with BBB and all it took for RESTORE MASTERS LLC to get out of the hook was to sent a email liying saying they went above and beyond and also that they game me a $1000 refund. Completely false statement. Save yourself a headache by not hiring this fiasco of company. By the way some of the revies with 5 starts are from friends and employees. 🤥🤥🤥😡😡

I think it was very tacky for Nicki Irvin from Restore Masters to get on the air on Fox4 and say we made a killing this year it makes you all look greedy and dishonest...word of advice for the future, you should say we had a very good year and just want to give back to the community....but the damage is done, now it’s time to save face to the people and community that heard that tactless statement
