I received the package I came for. No complaints.
Wasn’t able to ever be home for my item and was signature only and was about to be sent back. Came here and they were able to reroute to a Walgreens near me where I could pickup nearly anytime. Great service.
Nice and easy. Would like to see them open earlier. 7:00 would be nice. I always need to wait until after 9am.
Was prompted for delivery requests which I filled out. None of the important requests were met, my package containing a 400 dollar plus merchandise was left in my apartment building hallway where things have been stolen from others before. My buzzer wasnt rang, It was in the entry and Im on the top floor. Extremely negligent and half hearted. Definitely avoiding using FedEx again.

I cant believe that in this day and age FedEx would allow a condition like this to exist. The woman at the counter could not have been any more rude than she was. Took her sweet time to process my package, and in the middle of our transaction accepted a personal phone call which took several minutes for her to complete. When done with our personal call she had to restart the whole transaction. My package was of a sensitive matter and required an ID and signature of which she checked for neither, and did not ask for my signature. So much for security! Unbelievable!
I payed extra and ordered package with overnight shipping, it supposed to be here on friday, tracking number says it is in raynham but today it is saturday and it is not delivered yet. And I called customer service they say it will be on monday. Tell me WHAT THE HACK THEN I PAY EXTRA FOR SHIPPING??? What you do there in Raynham? Why you do not delivery packages on time???
Great location. Plenty of parking. Sometimes good service at the counter. Sometimes not so good service today on 5/11/2020 @ 2:15 PM. Counter woman claimed she cant scan my overnight package into the system nor could she manually type it in, it wont come up. The label is clear and the print is dark. Easy to read. Yet when I brought it to a Walgreens location they had no problem typing it in. Selective customer service?
June 15, 2020 at 7:11pm in RaynhamWe unintentionally wrapped our package in brown wrapping paper. This is not acceptable and is clearly labeled at the store location. The customer service member educated us then proceeded to troubleshoot. He wrapped our package in packing tape to ensure the paper wouldn’t get caught on the belt and our package would get to its destination with a label on it! Very easily he could have turned us away but did not. Ironically the next customer in line did made the same mistake but he helped her like he did with us. Thank you for Your patience, understanding, and the great customer service!
Its a super easy process to ship a package here, the staff worked quickly and I didnt have to spend time waiting inside

I’ve never experienced a FedEx facility (or any delivery service) as inept as this location. On multiple occasions I’ve been texted a shipment status that “delivery attempt made no answer” when Ive had multiple people at home! The front desk even openly admitted the drivers do “drive by’s” and say nobody was home when they are running late so they don’t have to stop! They’ve now had a package of mine at this facility for 5 days and each day it had been “scheduled for delivery by 8:00 pm” but never makes it. FedEx Corp needs to gut this facility and start from scratch.

I went to get boxes for my shipment, the lady at the counter said they need the boxes for customers and I should be ordering them online. She also said she would do it this 1 time- really?? I am a customer and I was coming back once I packaged my shipment. There is literally one nice couple that works the service desk - a woman and her husband- the woman works the desk I think the husband was somewhere in back. They are always pleasant and helpful. The rest need customer service training, they do not smile and always seem miserable. I have been going there for a year now and things have not changed. Even when I smile and say hi. Which I always do, they do not return the greeting. I dont get it. If you dont like working with people, maybe you should find somewhere else to work.
The actual walk in place is not bad. But when you call the 1800 number. Horrible service. Everyone gives you a different answer to your question and they sure do lie. They will tell you one thing and by the time you know it is a different store. Come in guys you are a huge company and people trust you to deliver their things have a better system and professionalism.
I’m not sure if Fedex is aware of of this, but in the state of MA, the law requires stores to accept cash and credit. This week I went into the Raynham ship center, and not only was the attendant rude, but she also refused my cash payment. This is unacceptable, and Coronavirus or not (now moving into phase two of reopen), cash is a form of currency. Not everyone has access to a debit card, and most restaurant workers are paid cash.
I felt like a nuisance to the lady that helped me. There was no line. Its an air conditioned building. Id expect someone who deals with customers all day to be a little more pleasant. 🤷♂️

If youre coming to JUST drop something off, (not ask a question, or pay for it using your actual FedEx acct for packing supplies, box, ect,) this place is okay. But the person i delt with was slow, and not mych for customer service.

HORRIBLE and LAZY! I live in a condominium building, which does have a buzzer for packages to be delivered. They never ring the buzzer, they either leave it right outside unsecured in the common area or they leave and say nobody was home. The buzzer is fully functioning and they simply need to take the ten seconds. Service is also extremely slow when you go to the location.
Nice people, they make it easier to ship packages.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had getting a package. Order a package and try to pick it up and the lady tells me shes all alone and cant get it from the container by herself. So youre incapable of doing your job and I pay the price.

Had a package to be delivered and I was home waiting for it. Next thing I know it says there was a failed delivery attempt! I was home, no one knocked or rang the doorbell. No tag left behind saying where I could pick it up despite FedEx saying they left one. Flat out the driver lied never showed up. All this company does is deliver packages and they cant even do that.

HORRIBLE customer service! I tried returning 2 packages, there were 2 women working both very aggravated just at the sight of people walking in the door. I had never returned a package before I was asking for help, maybe asking questions that they thought I should already know the answer to, they were both barking answers at me. I was with my 6 year old daughter too. 1 of the ladies was dealing with other customers at the time and still found the energy to yell over answers at me while the woman I was dealing with was doing the same. The 2 guys the other woman was “helping” were both upset too by the way they were being treated. I’ve been in customer service over 10 years & im not sure how these 2 have jobs at all! So disappointed, next time I’ll just go to UPS. Maybe they have nicer employees on weekedays?? I went on a Saturday.
I havent gone there yet. Planning on going in today when they open To pick up some packages that failed to be delivered. They keep sending me tracking updates the delivery day comes and goes with no delivery this has been going on for almost 2 weeks.hopefully I can just pick them up at 9with no issue.but if the service is like the lack of delivery then these mostly bad reviews are spot on.
Dont come here if you dont have plenty of time to waste. The line will be out the door, plenty of employees wandering around but only one counter open. Cashier tells me to put my item in a box and points to the rack, I find a box that fits and bring it up. Turns out I picked an express box, and shipping would be half the cost of the item I was returning. Maybe if someone had given me a little direction I would have gone through with shipping with Fedex, but went with USPS instead.
As a Medical Courier I am at this location at least 6 times per week the service is outstanding. Plenty of parking as well
Made the grave mistake of choosing to have a package held at this location. After getting a call to notify me that my package was waiting for me, the miserable and rude woman behind the counter told me it would not be there until the next day. The tracking number clearly showed it had arrived at the Raynham facility the night before, but this seemingly disgruntled employee argued that it wasnt supposed to arrive until tomorrow. After verifying with her supervisor that it was in fact there somewhere on the rack the woman who was helping me barked that it was going to take a long time for her to find it and she couldnt go over her hours. Forty-five min later she comes out with my package and tells me the shipper made a mistake on their zip code so she couldnt process it. We figured out the zip code and we finally got through the rest of the transaction. She was downright nasty! It was like a sketch from SNL - absolutely the worst service ever. I would rather drive 20 miles out of my way than have a package held at this Fedex facility again.

Is there a minus stars I can give this location, because I would.Do not have your package shipped here for pick up or hold, these lazy people will refuse it, and ship back to sender. Then give you the run around. Go anywhere but here, horrible service, and they quite frankly dont care.

This place has by far the stupidest people on the planet working there. Lazy does not begin to describe these over paid morons. Raynham fed ex worker should all be fired and replaced with UPS workers. Maybe then people will receive packages on time.

Your package has to have a label printed and ready to go. They are not able to print your label from email or otherwise. If you dont have a printer you will have to go to a nearby Staples.
