Always a struggle to find assistance.Lowes is Lowes as far as inventory. But this one most employees avoid or look down to avoid the customer.Very poor home service. Lifting floor, leaking pipes
Clean,well stocked. Very helpful employees. The reason the 4 stars and not 5. No registers open!!! 1 person on a register in garden on a Saturday morning in June??? It was not raining so they were very busy. It took 35 minutes to check out.
Bought a 24,000 BTU air conditioner exactly 3 months ago and it stopped working during the heat wave. I called and they said that there was nothing they could do, they would not exchange it, and to call GE. I spent an hour on the phone with GE and they told me they could not schedule an appointment till the following week. A technician showed up a week after that and said that they all had a faulty part. Online reviews stated the same thing. He told me that the part had to come from China And they should just replace the unit, but he couldn’t do anything. Right after he left, GE called and told me that they had to locate a part and that it would take at least three days, before they would know. The GE repair man told me he checked and no part would be available until October 4? I explain to GE that I had COPD and really needed the air conditioning and we had already been without it for quite a while and why couldn’t they just expedite things and replace it. No response . Now what do I do?
Bought item missing parts called and was told a Mgr would call back never did. Returned item asked to speak to a Mgr associate said we have 6 of these never came back. Wanted to buy an expensive item needed help no one to help pushed button twice no one! Asked customer service for help no one came I had to stop someone walking from customer service to ask for help very disappointed.

Kingston MA location.Best tended parking lot. Always there are carts put inside and never will you have to search for a loader. Big shout out to Tim, the best loader, forklift operator and the mayor of this location. 👌

Great if they have what you need in stock. If you have to speak to an associate, ask for help or order something...forget it. Better off going elsewhere or a store that has a product you need readily available. And if you call plan on being transferred or but on hold for awhile. Hope this is the start of Lowes demise. Worst red vest staff. I was looking for installation on a garage door opener. Asked a red vest associate Christian from flooring and was told he couldnt help me. Then when I was still walking around looking for help, the same associate was helping another customer with an installation order. If you shop here dont need help or you will be waiting
Went to have some keys made. Was told they dont make them but there is s machine up front. Found the machine and asked the girl next to it at self check out how to use it. She did not know. How much, she did not know. Called over the radio and got no assistance

It was a very good visit at Lowes I actually was at home Depot and could not find what I wanted or get help so I left home Depot and I drove to Lowes and found everything I need and got the help I needed

Purchased a dishwasher on memorial day weekend to be installed. 2 weeks later no communication from installer. Call lowes nobody ever answers the phone. Finally got a hold of someone and said they would reach out to the installer. Still no word. Going to lowes and getting my money back. Ridiculous awful sevice all the way around. Dont go here if you need something installed. Go to home depot.

Went to Lowes today as they are typically more helpful than Home Depot. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience today. Waited 15minutes for an employee in the door department to assist us. Okay no problem, understandable as he was helping someone and said he would be right with us. Well its our turn we show him the measurements we need and he said theres no such measurement okay. We showed him how we got the measurement and he suggested the next size up. Okay great. We are excited to get our door or so qe thought. As we are walking over to show him which ones we like and discuss options etc. Another customer grabs him and he complety ditched us while in the midst of assisting to help the other couple. Are you serious? I just wait 15 minutes for assistance am ready to make a selection for purchase with his assistance and then he just ditched me? Thanks for the help. I will not be returning there as apparently the customer service I previously recieved must have been a fluke. Needless to say I still dont have a door and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to Lowe’s in Raynham Ma today store number 1857 and they didn’t have the item I was looking for. The employees Helen an Kirk went beyond their means to accommodate me and was successful in doing so. People are quick to say negative things about employees and businesses, well this go’s to prove it’s not everyone one. And I hope Raynham realizes that they have some great employees. We had a great experience at Lowes, thanks to an employee named Steve. We were on the hunt for a bathroom medicine cabinet, which was sold out at all the five nearby stores. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we could get our cabinet!
I needed to order laminate flooring. Waited 10 minutes for Steve in flooring to help me. When he got off of his phone he then told me he would be right back. Then he walked off. 10 minutes later I was told he went to lunch. Every other employee seemed very helpful. But because of Steve in flooring I will not shop at Lowes anymore

When I got to the aisle I needed, it was closed off for stocking. They opened it up in 20 seconds and came with me to measure the needed item immediately. Good, fast service.

Whats left to say? Im a remodeling contractor and I find myself in lumber yards and Big Box stores everyday. Lowes in Raynham Mass. Is the closest to me. Theyre usually very well stocked and the associates are helpful, when you can find one. I say usually because this Chinese Flue has made sourcing many building materials a wait and see kind of endeavor, not unique to Lowes.

This is my second home. I keep coming here to buy. Tools in Home Improvement, I renovated my hardwood floor and I was able to do this because they wasnt gentleman who helped me find all the tools. In the hardwood floor, I need it. Im very happy with the program you guys have with the help buttons to get great customer service for people who come in. Also, a lot of people are very knowledgeable with the products. And thats a lot of friendly people there. Im very happy that this place is well-organized and its easy to find the products. Keep up the great work people.

The employees dont seem to know what they are talking about. Went there looking for washer dryer and gave us wrong information and were not very helpful as to helping us find what we needed for our home. Found what we needed at a mom and pops store .
This has been the absolute worst experience I have had with any company. My fiance and I purchased over $5,000 worth of appliances from this Lowes store. We spent 3 hours at the store trying to complete the order (due to COVID... totally understandable at the time).A few days before delivery (the microwave still was not in stock), I realize they ordered the wrong fridge. I kept patient and the store got us the correct fridge but still made us pay the difference. Me paying for their error does not make sense to me.On delivery day, they brought us the WRONG RANGE. A month or so later, I get a call that my microwave is scheduled for delivery, which no one scheduled with me first. I call and ask them to hold off until we are ready for both microwave & range. The next morning, I get a call from the delivery company that they there with my microwave. UNREAL. I inform them I already canceled this.Fast forward to this past Wednesday, Nov. 25th, we are ready to schedule delivery. The first person I speak to tells me that I still have an open order for a range and they cant find my microwave order. Finally he finds my microwave under a separate order and assures me that both range and microwave will be delivered on Friday. Nov. 27th. He puts me on hold when I ask him to confirm that both items are indeed there to be shipped. He does and then I get hung up on.I call right back and speak to a different person who makes no effort to connect me with the guy I was speaking to before. I have to explain the entire story yet again. This rep also assures me that both microwave and range will be delivered on the 27th. She even tells me that she put a note on the shipping order so it wont be overlooked.The delivery showed up on the 27th--nearly three hours later than the window we were provided (I had to call and ask where they were, no one called to inform me of a delay)--with no microwave. They install the range and tell us that there was no microwave for them to deliver.I immediately get back on the phone with the appliance supervisor at Lowes (I asked to speak to the store manager and they sent me there instead). She tells me that my microwave was signed off on as delivered. As if I am lying. We did NOT get the microwave. She tells me she will have to look into this and I tell her that well take any other microwave. We hang up and I find one in stock on their website not even a half hour later. I call back and ask to speak with her, instead I get transferred to an associate in appliances. Now I have to explain my entire story again. I give the associate the item number from the website and explain that it says it is in stock. I ask to have the supervisor to call me back ASAP.She calls me back nearly 5 hours after we first hung up. The associate NEVER PASSED HER MY MESSAGE. She tells me she will find the microwave I saw online and will put it aside for me. I ask for a phone call first thing in the morning once the truck inventories are reviewed. She assures me I will get that call.NO ONE CALLED so I went to the store myself and asked to speak to the actual store manager. Once again I dont get the store manager. I have to explain my entire situation AGAIN. This manager (who was very understanding) goes and looks for the microwave that the supervisor SAID she put aside. The microwave cant be found. Im sent home with no microwave but am assured Ill have one hand delivered by end of day today.The supervisor calls me after noontime and says there are no microwaves in stock. I tell her no one called me that morning and she did not care. I tell her at this point I want a refund AND the microwave. Her only response is that she doesnt have the power to do that, only the store manager can. Since she doesnt offer, I tell her to have the store manager call me ASAP. Well, folks, its been another three hours and my phone has been silent.I want my microwave, I want my money back, and now I want to be compensated for my time dealing with this.

Horrible customer service at Home Depot in Taunton trying to buy a not-inexpensive off- color toilet.Went to Lowes and got great service from a young man named Connor who took just a bit of time and got me squared away...toilet ordered...and I happily spent over $300 there for the silly dang thing. Thanks Lowes. You and Connor will be getting my business from now on.
Visited to pick up some pool chemicals but the selection was barely there. They need to clean up that area and order supplies. We did pick up some veggie plants that were very well taken care of.
I would like to give this store 0 stars. I have been waiting for 1 month for a 4 ft ladder that I ordered online. It is coming from Pennsylvania and I am in MA. I COULD HAVE DRIVEN THERE QUICKER. Now I am on hold with a manager for 30 minutes.. I will go to Home Depot from now on. Horrible service!!!

Great Lowes with lots of items in stock that I dont find in others. The only negative is that they have no self-checkout at this location but so far it hasnt been a problem with any type of waiting or long lines to checkout.

Althea from the Raynham store greeted my husband and me as soon as we walked in the store. Without her help we would have been in the store for so long looking for everything on our list. We had quite a few things we wanted to purchase today and her knowledge was so valuable to us. She had genuine care for what she was doing and she shared a lot of information with us. It was great to meet her and I will look for her every time I shop there.
I stop here while getting my car serviced at one of the car dealers. Nice to pick up stuff you need while close by. Nice people here.

Dont try to use their curbside pickup. Nobody will answer the phone. I tried extension 2 three times. Calling the service pros will get you dumped into a hold where nobody answers.
