I have been at SPI for almost a year and I could not be happier with my decision to join. The gym is clean (and doesnt smell), the equipment is amazing, and its spacious enough for numerous people to be working out at one time.The classes are great for any fitness level and age. I never feel out of place being at a class whether its spinning, yoga, or an Exos adult class. The staff are amazing as well. Ive had the privilege to work out with each coach and they are all professional, supportive, and personable.

I have been working out here for the last 6 months. It has been a wonderful experience and I can tell a big difference in my overall condition and my wife has noticed the changes in my muscle tone and overall appearance. The coaches and staff are very helpful and are always concerned with injury prevention and making sure proper techniques are used. One of the best things I have done for myself in the last year.
