They are so inconsistent with the times they come. Its 6:00am 7:30am 12:00 3:00pm. Pick a dang time! It makes it impossible to get trash picked up when its windy and we dont want to put our trash out all night for it to be all on the roads. They need a schedule for each neighborhood so we know when to put it out especially with how bad winds are here

Terrible service. They are supposed to pick up my garbage and they got my neighbors fine. Mine was right there in plain sight as usual but they left it. I called and the girl who answered seemed to think this was funny. She said she would send them back out the next day. No one came. No one has contacted me about the delay. This company is a joke.

The truck didn’t pick up our garbage on pickup day, however we saw our neighbor’s garbage had been picked up. We called and explained the situation that our house was missed and received an apology and assured it would be picked up the following day. No big deal at all, we were happy they answered and would be coming back. They did not show the next day. We called and left a message that day letting them know it still hasn’t been picked up. Now another day later and still no pickup and have not received a call back.

When they came to get our garbage they only got some of.it and then when I called about it they said we would have to wait until next week to have it emptied. Very upset with their customer service because I pay for this service and I dont like my money to be wasted.

Sander Sanitation goes above and beyond. I have been extremely impressed by their level of service. Brianna is wonderful to work with! She is on top of what needs to be done. Ive used Sanders for almost a year now and have been very happy with our service! Our driver is super friendly and the service is great!

We have yet to have our yard waste picked up like they are supposed to do every first week of the month in Box Elder. Unfortunately we where forced into using this company by the city of Box Elder. It’s been over a year now and they still can’t get their schedule figured out. We had Reber prior to this experience and you could count on them to be there on time or within the hour every week. This company is lucky to be there with in a 24 hour window some days. Not impressed and hopefully the city of Box Elder gets their act together and holds this company accountable for not up holding their end of the deal.

They have no ability to pick up trash on a set schedule. For the first year they came to pickup trash around 5pm, now its a toss up of anywhere between 7am and 4pm. Good luck planning a schedule for taking your trash out, especially if it is super windy and you dont want your trash flying everywhere. I think people completely underestimate what a good trash company can do for a community.

Sander Sanitation is so hit and miss with their times. It is hard to put the trash out on time without risk of the wind blowing it over. As we speak, they are picking up trash over 4 hours earlier than usual which has resulted in no trash removal for my family this week. If possible, Id really recommend trying to find a service that is a little better about a schedule so you avoid the risk blowing trash or trashbins.

We had them pick up two old couches from our home in Hot Springs, easy peasy and only $70!

Absolute garbage of a company. Pun intended. I live on a main road that’s gravel and more like an alley. I was told this winter, after I didn’t get picked up twice, that I needed to move my can to the other side of the road as the driver can’t turn around safely. It was basically due to snow and no other reason at all. I have no where on the other side of the road to put my can as I would be on someone else’s property due to the small area of the alley. After the snow melt I left it on my side of the alley as there is ample room at the cult da sac to turn around. I have a 33’ 6” camper that I make a u turn with at the same cult da sac. After I wasn’t picked up today I called to find out what the issue was with not being picked up now. I was told that it needs to be put on the other side of the road even after the snow has melted due to the new truck is bigger then the old one. I’ve literally watched the last two weeks in a row the driver drive to the end of the cult a sac and turn around then come back and pick up the garbage, driving straight past myself and my neighbor. I explained this to the women on the phone only to be told that she’s sorry for the inconvenience but it needs to be on the other side of the road. I explained to her that I’ve witnessed him drive to the cult a sac and turn around twice in the last two weeks as well as my neighbor has seen it too. Got the same, sorry for the inconvenience but it needs to be on the other side of the road. Nothing to acknowledge that the driver has been doing exactly what they’ve stated he can’t do.She stated that it’s a safety issue for the driver to turn around there. But yet the driver backs all the way down the street to pick up the garbage. Anyone who’s been in any type of construction knows that backing a vehicle up without a flagger is the biggest safety issue there is. I then asked if they could send a representative out to look at the alley and the cult a sac to understand that I have no where to put a can but on other peoples property and to see that there is nothing in the drivers way from making a u turn there. There isn’t even a house around the cult a sac. Nothing but a trailer parked no where near the area he would turn around. I was basically shushed off and told that she’ll see but they don’t have time to come look. Absolute garbage for customer service. I guess when you’re guaranteed to get paid regardless of how you treat your customers, who cares if you don’t offer good customer service. The city needs to take a strong look at who they’re awarding these bids. When you just hand a company money and expect mediocre service in return, this is what you’ll get. I’d give this company negative stars if I could.Update: Two months later, closer to three, and still no representative from the company has came to look over the area. No representative has called. Nothing. Driver has backed down the alley more often now but has still been witnessed to drive to the cult da sac and make a u turn.

Inconsistent pick up times (5pm or 7am), today is the second time they skipped our house for recycling. Physically watched from the window as the driver came down my street, turned around at the culdesac, and left, no pickup! If you have an option, skip Sanders and use Keiffer instead.

Sander has now 2 times failed to pick up my garbage on the day it is supposed to be picked up I have to constantly call to have them pick up the trash because they have failed to, same with bulk pick up.. They are contracted through the city of Box Elder to pick up the trash. If I had any choice in the matter I would not use them, but we have no other choice here . They always run behind. If they cannot fulfill their contractual obligations to the city of Box Elder, maybe the city should rethink the contract with them

Why did your people leave 99% of our garage sitting in the street at our house in Deadwood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This company should be rated as Negative 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
