Much respect for this establishment but could only give 3 stars.My screen on my iPad was broken so I dropped off for repair on Monday. I told them I needed it back the next day and they said it shouldnt be a problem. Well the end of the next day comes and I still havent heard from them so I called. I guess Monday they had broken the home screen button and needed to order a new one. The reason for the 3 stars is they never even called to let me know. I had to call them. I should have known the day before that something was damaged.They tried to get a new home screen button but couldnt. So they bought me a completely new iPad to replace the damaged one.They definitely made it right which I appreciate. The no phone call though was bad business and the reason for 3 stars.

Owner says they service Motorola products in the review, but when I took my phone in for a screen repair, they said, No, we dont do any repairs on that or any Motorolas.Maybe the owner needs to specify which Motorola products they will work on.

Gave them my phone to repair the sceen because it died. got the phone back with a fixed screen and broken volume buttons. didnt bother to press them on it, but they broke my volume buttons. phone is stuck in a boot loop now and i cant do a hard reset to make it stop cause no volume buttons. They also required the password on my phone just to fix the screen which is shady and doesnt make sense.

Had to have them fix a crack in the screen on my note 8 only thing is they did not have the grey screen in stock so now i have a 2-tone note which is perfectly fine, actually looks kinda cool. workmanship was excellent, customer service was excellent, repair time was fantastic, it only took them 1 1/2 hrs to replace the screen. just happened to be a bit pricey at 280$ but not having to wait 2+ weeks to fix it through insurance was definitely worth the price. If it ever happens again i will definitely be going back to them.

They fixed my screen it looks perfect but for some reason it keeps not registering my touch when I go to click on stuff or it’ll weird out and click other stuff. This is what it was doing when I went to go fix my screen when it was broke. So I can’t say that it’s anything to do with them. But other than that very awesome customer service and quick.

Friendly staff, complete life savers, had my phone screen fixed in an hour and a half. The the prices are steep, but it is worth it considering how much you use your phone, and the quality of service that comes with fixing it. We decided that I would return as a customer, as long as it wasnt because I broke my phone again! Thanks for turning my bad day into a better one, Nathan and the other 2 guys.

All of my reviews will not even come close to this one. I have never had this level of customer service, politeness and willingness to assist as I did talking to Luke. My brothers S8 plus is broken and I called from Atlanta Georgia to find a local repair shop. Not only did Luke have the part but he could fix this in under one hour. To further the customer service my brother would not be in Rapid City till the next day and he is holding the part. I really wish all places had this level of commitment to customer service. Thanks Luke for everything you do.

Excellent service. It took 45 minutes to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone X. They had a screen in stock and scheduled me for the next morning. I would definitely recommend them and I will not hesitate to use them again!

The hospitality was good they are polite an helpful and detailed when they are doing the work. The one reason I did not give them five stars is because my phone did have a couple of minor scratches where they used the tools to take the screen out. I don’t know if this is something that commonly happens when you changeout a screen. They aren’t that noticeable. My phone works great! Thanks

I brought in my daughters iPhone 7plus for a new screen. It took less time than I had imagined. However I did have to swing back to Batteries Plus - as she could not hear incoming calls. BUT they fixed it instantly with no problems. They did a great job!

My iPhone 6 needed a new battery. I showed up at the store 40 minutes before closing, and expected to have to leave it overnight. The friendly staff said they could do it in 45 minutes if I didnt mind waiting. I said Sure. It only took about 15 minutes. I was out the door well before their closing time. If I had sent the phone in to Apple it would have cost less, but I would have been without the phone for a week or more. Im very happy with their service.

I had my Galaxy S6 repaired here and the repair experience was up and down. On October 29th, I originally had the screen and battery replaced and a screen protector put on. A week later while on a business trip the replacement screen failed.This caused a great inconvenience for me as I was on a business trip and needed my phone to function and to perform my job. I was forced to go and get a new phone from my carrier. Upon my return from my business trip they did honor their warranty and had the phone repaired.In both instances the phone was repaired and the service was quick and the techs were knowledgeable and helpful. However, I wasnt offered any compensation for being inconvenienced. When asked if they could do anything, they said they could not. Now, I understand this business has no control over the circumstances surrounding where I was when their repair failed, but I wouldve hoped that the initial repair wouldve lasted longer than a week.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled time and they took care of me and had the battery in my phone and they had my phone ready to go and the guys were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have recommended this service to a friend that is having problems with a battery in their phone already!

I have had 2 iPhone 7 screens fixed here because the first screen they installed flickered. I returned it and the installed another screen and some problem. I did not have time to return for several months and when I finally came in to have them replace they told me no. I did call them a week after the second screen was installed and explained the problem and that I would come in when I could but of course there is no record of this.Their screens are trash and I would not recommend getting your phone fixed here.

My phone repair was quick, took less than 40 minuets to replace my cracked screen on my iPhone and the price was very reasonable, a lot less than filing an insurance claim with my phone company. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product that was being repaired and also they looked for any promotional items that the store was having to reduce the price even more.

I called a week ago to ask if they could replace my battery in my 6s...they said they expected to get the next shipment of batteries in on 7/9. I got a phone call on 7/8 saying they got them in. I dropped off my phone was told it would take 1.5-2 hours to be done because of a few phones needing to be done before mine. I got a call less than an hour later saying my phone was ready!
