I told these guys exactly what I wanted/needed before installation. I also told Chris I did not want a monitor screen, that I would be only using my cell phone to review the camera. He told me everything would be fine. After install, nothing was fine. Come to find out, the ‘tech’ guy who came back to look at my camera after I expressed issue, said that they knew the “app” used for camera was not very good. And that they didn’t work with many cameras with sound so they didn’t know much about that. Even when I expressed before install that sound was important to me. If you guys new about the app and sound you should have just told me that in the beginning and it would have saved us both a lot of time. Instead of trying to sell me something that you knew wouldn’t fit my specific needs. I find that very unprofessional.

I contacted Chris with Door Security to install alarms and sensors throughout my personal residence. Not only did Chris respond immediately, he answered all of my questions and had a consultation at my home just 5 hours after my call.
