We had a septic system back up in the basement of our house. At first we were frightened and didnt know what to do. I made some phone calls and got a hold of Chad with Simply Clean who showed up right away, Chad is a great listener and answered all of our questions putting us at ease. My partner was being treated for cancer at the time and so it was imperative that it be decontaminated asap. Due to all of these extra expenses, we needed someone to do the work at a bargin. Chad got it and we figured out a win-win solution. Chad was thorough and did everything he said he would do. This way he and I both knew what he was was accountable for, Chad went the extra mile to come through on every promise. My basement is emmaculate and I reccommend Chad at Simply Clean any day. Its unfornuate that he only has one review because he deserves better than this!
